The Meeting

Inside of the Hokage's office on the top floor of the tower, a large group of people are all talking to each other.

Hiruzen sighs, "Council, I understand that the boy's a problem, but we cannot kill him, nor can we hide his possession of the Byakugan. I say we let him move in with the Hyuga and treat him as a member of the main family due to his talent. What do you say Hiashi?"

Before Hiashi could answer, a tall elderly man who wears a large grey kimono and had half of his body covered in bandages announced, "That may not necessarily be true. If you would give me permission, I would be more than happy to train him in my Root."

Hiruzen sighs, "No Donzo. I will not allow you this child to be corrupted by you."

Majority of the council nods in agreement. After a few moments, Hiashi, the leader of the Hyuga clan, which happens to be one of Konoha's strongest shinobi clans stands up.

Hiashi is a tall man with long, brown hair and featureless white eyes, which is the Byakugan, like all members of his clan. He is wearing a very traditional, loose fitting robes with a long-sleeved, brown haori.

"I will not be able to take him in. As the Hyuga clan is extremely prideful, it cannot be allowed as he is not of our blood. However, I believe that my brother Hizashi would be perfectly capable of taking him in."

Hiruzen nods, "While I believe that will be acceptable, what of the birdcage seal?"

Hiashi shakes his head, "As he is not of our clan that tradition shall not be forced upon him. I will ensure it."

Hiruzen nods, "Then so be it. He will be brought to your clans lands in only a few days. His name, is Zenoshiki Hyuga."
