A Fool

As the adamantine chains from the traitor attacked Yoriichi, He body flickered backwards while the chains continued to follow him and attack him.

Yoriichi instead of worrying for his life was rather amused at the turn of the events.

"Ah, I see so you want to use me as a hostage and a bargaining chip against the Uzukage and the village to escape from here." Yoriichi concluded from the man's earlier words.

"That's right. You should blame your grandpa for it. Who told the Uzukage to have our minds read by a Yamanaka? I will make this village burn in flames one day. And I would kill the Uzukage and his entire family." The traitor angrily shouted

"Ah! A sob story?" Yoriichi said sarcastically as he thought 'What could my kind grandpa have done to him for him to betray the village?'

"During the end of the warring states period, my dad was going to head the Uzumaki clan and would have been responsible for building this village Uzushiogakure. But he died on a mission. Ashira declared that he died protecting his teammates including him. But I have information that it was Ashira who killed him. Why would he kill him, you ask? He was next in line to become the head of the Uzumaki clan. So he fu*king killed him to take his position." The traitor narrated his sob story without Yoriichi asking for it

Yoriichi quickly found something interesting that the traitor just told.

"Oh let me guess the one who shared this information with you was mist?" Yoriichi asked but he was fairly certain

' It seems the mist targets our village the most compared to other villages even including stone and cloud.

The question is why? Let's see, One of the reasons could be the traitorous Yuki clan which is in mist which might want the Uzu Yuki dead. But still there should be more reasons. What does mist want the most or rather the Land of water want the most?

Ummm...Land yes mist wants connection to the mainland. Since our village or rather the island is the closest to the land of fire, they want it to increase their trade and maybe gain land on the main continent.

They may also fear our strength since we are also the closest village to them. Besides, we are already stealing a lot of missions from them that come from the land of the water.

So these should be most of their reasons. If I look at it this way, they genuinely have a good reason to go to war against Uzushiogakure. A pity that it's the village where I and my friends and family live.' Yoriichi while evading the Adamantine chains deduced the reasons for the mist to attack Uzushiogakure

"A fool" Yoriichi said

"What?" The traitor was confused at Yoriichi's words

"You are just a fool. No, the biggest fool I have ever seen in my life. I can't even count the number of times you have been fooled. Firstly, Are you stupid? How would the mist know about my grandpa murdering your dad? If ever he did murder him which he didn't, he would be smart enough for others to not know that he did it. He is the best fuinjutsu master in the whole world and he couldn't hide that he murdered his fellow clan member? The mist is just using you. Secondly, There was no Yamanaka that was going to read memories. It was just a made up thing to catch traitors like you." Yoriichi said

The traitor was shocked to hear all this. But he still maintained his composure befitting of a strong Shinobi and a master fuinmaster as he said "But the mkist gave me all the proof. You are definitely lying. As for the second thing, it doesn't matter now if I capture you and escape from here. I would destroy the village in the future."

"A fool indeed. Well the next foolish thing you did was to attack me and think you could take me out before the others sense you?" Yoriichi said

The traitor didn't say anything as four clones appeared with seals and hand signs already made as they made quite a strong barrier.

'Huh, so he already had earth clones making a barrier. He probably had it as a fail safe if his initial attacks failed. Too bad Genkai is here from the very beginning. Guess, he didn't know that he could teleport.' Yoriichi mused

Genkai had already teleported near Yoriichi a few minutes ago and was listening to their conversation and gaining more information.

He didn't intervene as he wanted Yoriichi to handle it and knew he was strong enough to handle it.

"Well, The most foolish thing you did was to think that I would be weak without my sword. You definitely didn't know about my exploits in the kage summit. Oh well, I am quite bored with the fight so let's just end it quickly. Besides I don't want my training spot to get damaged much." As Yoriichi said that his eyes glowed yellow

Several black rods impaled all the four limbs of the traitor in a second.

The traitor was shocked beyond belief. The Uzukage's grandson had a Dojutsu. Not only a Dojutsu but a never before seen one. Before he could go further on his thoughts, several black rods which came out of nowhere directly impaling him.

"Sensei, he is all yours." Yoriichi said as he went back to practicing with his sword.

While Genkai appeared and took him to the meeting room while ignoring the barrier the traitor placed.

'That was quite underwhelming. I wanted to see some epic fight between this traitor and my student.' Genkai thought
