The Flying Thunder God Technique was an S-rank jutsu developed by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju. With this technique, the Second Hokage could defeat Uchiha Izuna, Madara's brother who possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan.

During the Third Shinobi World War, the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, further perfected this technique. He used it to eliminate fifty Iwagakure Jonin and held his own against the A-B Combination of Kumogakure, earning the moniker "Yellow Flash" and becoming widely renowned.

Minato's mastery of the Flying Thunder God Technique was one of the reasons he was chosen as the Fourth Hokage over Orochimaru.

Learning the Flying Thunder God Technique was extremely challenging. Even with Zhixiang's talent and aptitude, it would take him over a month to get a basic grasp. To use it as proficiently in battle as the Second and Fourth Hokage did would require much more time.

Zhixiang sighed as he looked at the sleeping Naruto again. He needed more time before he could deliberately make contact with Naruto. Until Naruto showed his support for the Will of Fire, the Third Hokage wouldn't allow anyone to interfere with Naruto's affairs. Not even Danzo could.

Danzo had often grumbled to the Third Hokage about wanting to bring Naruto into the Root division, saying, "Hiruzen, you will regret this!"

To which the Third Hokage would retort, "Danzo, I am the Hokage."

Fire Source City was a bustling town not far from Konoha, only about a ten-hour journey for a ninja. For civilians, it would take five to six days.

The city was rich in mineral resources, attracting various forces, making it a place full of mixed elements and somewhat chaotic in terms of security. It was also known as a city of indulgence in the Land of Fire, offering a variety of pleasures such as food, drink, gambling, and more. The streets were lined with merchants, izakayas, and casinos, with scantily clad women enticing passersby.

Zhixiang approached a casino named "Good Luck Casino." He glanced at the sign and pushed the door open. Inside, he noted the presence of five rogue ninjas, including one sensory type, likely stationed to prevent skilled ninjas from cheating.

Activating his Sharingan, Zhixiang scanned the hidden casino ninjas. Approaching the counter, he handed over his money, "Give me five 10,000 ryo chips."

Zhixiang had only 50,000 ryo, which he had saved up since childhood, allowing him to exchange for five 10,000 ryo chips.

He took the chips and sat at a table for betting on dice rolls. The rules were simple: bet on whether the sum of the dice would be high, low, or a specific triplet. Winning doubled the bet, while losing meant the house took the wager. Guessing the exact triplet paid ten times the bet.

The house also took a 5% cut from winners each round, making it hard for the casino to lose money.

"Place your bets," the beautiful dealer said after shaking the dice and covering them with a cup. Zhixiang casually threw a 10,000 ryo chip on 'low.'

The dealer revealed the dice: three, five, and six—high.

"Congratulations to those who bet on high," the dealer announced politely, collecting the losing chips and starting the next round.

Zhixiang remained expressionless and continued to bet. He placed four chips on a specific triplet. Noticing this, the dealer glanced curiously at Zhixiang before revealing the dice: one, one, one—triplet!

"Wow," the surrounding gamblers exclaimed. "He actually hit the triplet."

Zhixiang, still expressionless, collected his 400,000 ryo in chips and continued betting. After the first round, he had sent his nano-scale Swarm Bugs to attach to the dice. With fewer than 100,000 of these microscopic bugs, not even a Mangekyo Sharingan could detect them, let alone the casino ninjas.

With the system's help, Zhixiang could see his bugs clearly. Thus, no matter how the dealer shook the dice, he could always 'guess' correctly.

Within half an hour, Zhixiang had amassed over a million ryo in chips. The dealer was replaced by the casino's owner, a beautiful woman, while the crowd around Zhixiang grew thicker.

The casino owner, sweating nervously, hesitated to reveal the dice under her hand. The crowd waited silently, watching the cup.

Zhixiang had bet all his million ryo on another triplet. If he won, the casino would owe him ten million ryo—a fortune the surrounding gamblers could only dream of earning in a lifetime.

Some gamblers had already memorized Zhixiang's appearance, planning to rob him later.

The casino owner, however, had confirmed Zhixiang's ninja status and his formidable strength with her sensory ninja. She didn't want to provoke him.
