After listening to Kakashi's response, Sakura had no argument to counter what he had just said.

After the brief meeting, Kakashi left. Jugram and Sasuke also departed and headed to training ground number three, where Jugram had instructed all members of the 'Sternritter' to assemble.

When Jugram and Sasuke reached training ground number 3, all the other members of the 'Sternritter' were already present. This was to be expected since Kakashi was the only Jonin instructor who arrived very late; the rest of the Jonin instructors had already taken their respective teams with them long before Kakashi brought his team.

"You are very late," remarked Kiba.

"It's not our fault that our Jonin instructor was very late," replied Sasuke.

"Okay, let's not start arguing over nothing," intervened Jugram, halting the argument before it could escalate.

Then Jugram continued, "Yesterday, I gave you all new abilities, and you might have already tried them. Now, what you need to do is practice those abilities, and how you use them depends entirely on your creativity. I will certainly help by giving you a few ideas on how to utilize your abilities properly, but the ultimate decision on how to utilize them rests with you."

Everyone present here understood what Jugram said, and everyone shared this mentality. Their collective nodding indicated their agreement and readiness to proceed with the training.

"Now, one more important thing," Jugram continued, his voice commanding attention amidst the rustling of leaves and the soft murmur of the wind. "You all must choose any kind of weapon to your liking. I master archery, swordsmanship, and taijutsu. So, I can only teach you these three. If you choose another kind of weapon, then you will have to rely on yourself to learn and master that weapon."

As Jugram's words hung in the air, each member of the Sternritter contemplated their choice. Some glanced at their comrades, silently weighing their options, while others gazed into the distance, lost in thought.

After Jugram asked everyone to choose a weapon, each person started announcing their preferred weapon one by one, breaking the silence that enveloped the training ground.

"I don't particularly like any weapons," Shino began, his voice calm yet determined, "but to utilize my abilities more effectively, I am thinking of mastering pointed long kunais as my weapon. And my insects will also act as my weapons."

Jugram nodded in agreement and said, "You've made a good choice."

Kiba said, "I think my ability will best suit both archery and swordsmanship, so I will choose both bow and sword."

Jugram nodded, agreeing with Kiba.

Hinata said, "I choose the bow as it will best suit my 'Byakugan'."

"Excellent. I was also thinking of suggesting you use the bow if you chose some other weapon. Because a bow paired with your 'Byakugan' will be very lethal," said Jugram, praising Hinata for her excellent choice.

Then it was Shikamaru's turn, "My choice of weapon will be the bow."

Jugram nodded and then looked towards Choji, "I choose a broad double-edged sword."

Lastly, Jugram looked towards Ino, "I choose the sword."

"Long-range weapons would suit you better than swords," suggested Jugram.

But Ino, while shaking her head, said, "No, I have made up my mind."

"As you wish," said Jugram. Then, Jugram looked towards Sasuke and said, "Introduce your choice of weapon."

Sasuke replied, "My choice of weapon is a sword."

"Very good. Now that you all have selected your respective weapons, you can start training accordingly. You have already mastered the 'Shadow Clone Technique,' and its use must have been explained by Sasuke yesterday. So, go ahead and start training," ordered Jugram.

Just as everyone was about to leave for training, Naruto arrived at training ground number 3.

Naruto asked Jugram, "Jugram, I also want to join the 'Sternritter.' How can I join?"

Before Jugram could even reply to Naruto's question, Sasuke was the first to interject, "'Sternritter' is only for geniuses, not for losers like you."

"Hmph! I am more powerful than you," retorted Naruto, ready to fight Sasuke. Sasuke, equally unafraid, prepared to respond to any attacks from Naruto.

However, before they could engage in combat, they were interrupted by Jugram. Jugram said, "Although what Sasuke just said may sound harsh to you, it is the bitter truth. I only recruit geniuses in 'Sternritter,' so I'm sorry, but I can't accept you into it."

Upon hearing Jugram's response, Naruto felt disheartened.

Seeing Naruto's sadness, Jugram said, "Let's do this: as you know, I am on your team. From today onwards, I will keep an eye on you. I will give you three months, and if within this time, you prove to me that you are no less than a genius, then I promise to let you join 'Sternritter.' I'll even reserve a seat for you."

Upon hearing Jugram's words, Naruto's face lit up with joy, and he asked, "Really?"

Jugram replied with a smile, "Of course, so work hard. I am watching you."
