Chapter 29

(First big timeskip. There wasn't much to write when it came to him training in the academy. And, I decided to write more BS in this chapter and the next. I wrote this before I slept, and I am lazy to correct it again. So, you are free to skip anything you don't like.)

*Timeskip 8 years*

We were standing in a circle, with our teacher and some human dummies in the center. Our teacher announced "Today, we can finally get rid of you kids. It's time for your graduation. You are to show me all the ninjutsu you learnt during the last 8 years. After that, we will check your physical strength by the double lariat.

You will perform the lariat with me, and if you fail to match my strength, you can't perform the lariat. Based on your results, we will assign you to your teams. Any doubts?"

Everyone were silent, so our teacher took that as a no. It was weird that even G and T were silent. I didn't know the reason, but both of them weren't that excited like others when they heard about graduation.

It wasn't just them, almost all the girls weren't happy about the graduation. At first I thought that they were just nervous about the graduation, but I could tell that it wasn't the case. I decided to think about it later.

The last 8 years were the best ones in both my previous and present life. I didn't have to work for anyone, listen to anyone, or mind my actions around others. I could do all I wanted and no one could question me.

Our academy also was totally different from the one in Konoha. Our classes were completely oriented to battle and military knowledge. We weren't taught about the usual math, geography, or history. A nerd did question our teacher about it and the answer we got from him was "You will learn about our history from the people of this village gossiping, treat that as information gathering practice. As for geography, you will be sent to many missions around the world, you can learn about geography at that time. And as for math of projectiles, you will learn about it through experience."

I also needed just that. I already learnt the basics in Root. I didn't want to learn the same lessons again. Since all we learnt for the past 8 years was ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu and medical ninjutsu, we all had a lot of time to practice and master the knowledge given to us.

I improved in my genjutsu and taijutsu skills. And since I had sharingan, I mastered genjutsu faster than others, but there was a catch here. Genjutsu only worked when they see my sharingan, which was impossible as I had to cover the eyes and couldn't show it openly.

I also decided to do something good for the Hyuga clan. The Byakugan I got was the best thing I had. It was even more useful than the sharingan.

I managed to learn enough about the human body and the Byakugan helped a lot. If Orochimaru used the Byakugan once, he wouldn't be after an Uchiha, but a Hyuga.

I had many ideas, after I learnt about the human body in this world. First was to get cool eyes, because anyone would agree that cool eyes are something you must have when you come to a Naruto world.

But this wasn't that easy. Even if I had the eyes altered with my dna, each and every ability would drain a huge amount of chakra. That got me to my next idea of Hashirama's cells.

Although tempting to try them out, it was difficult to fuse those cells with mine. Even the great scientist Orochimaru almost failed in this field. His only successful experiment was Yamato.

So, I didn't want to risk it till I was 100% sure that nothing would happen to me. The past 8 years taught me an important thing that, Chakra is gold here.

If you have the necessary chakra, you can do anything. There are only two ways to increase chakra effectively.

One is obviously the traditional method of training the mind and body and the second method is to depend completely on the cells of the God of shinobi.

Both had serious drawbacks. The traditional method had a limit and the other method had a low rate of success.

So, I decided to go for the first method and actually follow the words I hated in the past, 'Surpass your limits'.

My mind was increasing at an alarming rate, but the body reached its limit for the age. I could only wait till I grow up.

So, I decided to surpass the limits of my body through science, or in this case medical skills. To put it in simple words, I was trying to create a Super Soldier Serum and was close.

It did take 8 years, but the chakra and Byakugan made it possible. I was close to completion and was just waiting for the right age to use it.

Now, back to the graduation, it was first the test of ninjutsu and we were called in order to display our ninjutsu.

Me and G were obviously called at the end, because if we ended up showing off our ninjutsu skills, it would only decrease the confidence of other students.

The went ahead and showed the basic ones like clone technique, body flicker technique, cloak technique, transformation technique and substitution technique.

Apart from these, the battle class students also displayed Lightning release: Thunderbolt, Lightning release: Lightning rod and Lightning Ball, not all three. Some could perform two of these while some only one.

These were the ones that could be learnt in academy after you master the basic ones. (These are some jutsu I classified as D-rank jutsu based on the power output. You can correct me if I am wrong.)

As for the students from support class, they displayed their genjutsu on the battle class students. Our teacher's statement on this decision was "You battle class students have built a hierarchy. So, this will serve as both an eye opener and a serious blow to bring you kids to reality."

And sure enough, they still couldn't master the art of escaping genjutsu, even when we were taught this in our battle classes.

For medical ninjutsu test, we were asked to make flower buds bloom. Since I was in both battle And support class, I participated in all the tests.

Next, it came to ninjutsu, it was already our turn. Our teacher called G and said "Now, show us what the top students can do."

G first displayed the basic ones and the D-rank ones. The test wasn't only to check our ninjutsu talent. It was also to see the amount of chakra control we had.

If we had to show all these at a time, the big ones usually drain a lot of chakra and this is exactly what had happened to the kids who displayed their ninjutsu before. They drained their chakra while displaying the D-rank ones.

G didn't show any signs of low chakra levels, but he did have signs of being tired, clear from his heavy breathes.
