[time-skip-1 week later]-Currently 12th day after his reincarnation.

It was nighttime, dark everywhere except lights from lanterns could be seen in every house. Satoru was in his room executing the Pythagorean memory technique. He was reviewing, How his day was spent, particularly in what activities and doing what?

[MC POV]

Today after eating breakfast. I didn't do anything nor memorizing or exercise. I thought to give myself a break. If u r under stress, then taking a break from time to time, it really helps. A week ago, I thought about visiting outside. Today I went outside. After breakfast, as usual, my mother and father went to their jobs(here apparently there are no weekly holidays in Konoha, u have to work every day)I wore a black shirt with short pants on. I didn't know any place in Konoha. So I thought might as well roam around randomly. I started with a market, there were stores or tents build on both sides of the road. There were different stores. Plus the market was divided into different divisions, like

i)The book stores

ii)The food stores

iii)The weapon stores

iv)The clothing stores etc(as long as u get d idea)

I specifically went to the weapon store division and book store division. Well in the weapon store division, I could see various weapons from sword to spear, halberd to spade, shuriken to kunai, etc everything. But I was just a kid, I wasn't permitted to touch weapons, forget about buying one(not that he had money anyway). But it is worth mentioning that ninjas were patrolling in every division and marching around. After seeing around quite a bit, I went to the Book division

The book division had fewer people compared to the weapon division. That's normal considering 70% of the people are ninjas. Even though I was a kid, I was allowed to touch books. So I picked up a book and read the title. I was shocked seeing the title. It was none other than the legendary Icha Icha of Jiraiya. After turning some pages over, I kept the book on the shelf of the store. As I was keeping the book, I thought, 'wait for me Icha-chan, I shall be back within 10 years I promise '.

Another matter I should mention is when I was busy visiting the book shops. I seem to hear some whispers about a certain demon. Apparently, that demon was making quite a turmoil. That demon seems to prank around all day. Plus judging by their tone, they seemed to have pure disdain towards that demon.

Well, about the demon though, that's for another day. I shall not think about it for the time being. Next after roaming around a bit I seem to come towards a legendary place. That every otaku if reincarnated in naruto will visit. That's right, "The women's bathhouse". Nah just kidding, "The Ichiraku ramen shop ". But as I enter the very next moment I exit. Because I didn't have money.

But Teuchi-san saw me and shouted, "wait, kid". I turned back and asked," me???". He with a smirk on his face, "if not then who?". I enter the shop again and he told me to sit. I didn't think about it too much and sat down. He asked, "what's ur name, kid? Didn't saw u around here?". To which I replied, "My name is Satoru Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen". He obviously didn't get what Jujutsu Kaisen means. probably didn't even care about it. He then said giving me a ramen bowl, "Satoru-Kun, eat this before u go". I thought, " I never say no to free food, let's dig in, shall we??", but still politely replied, "I don't have the money". He with a large smile said, "On the house, kid".

After I ate the ramen. I exited before saying, " I shall come again". As I was exiting I saw the apparent demon everyone was talking about. I laughed in my thoughts, "fate is really unpredictable". I saw him enter the Ichiraku ramen shop with a big smile. Then as I began to walk away I looked back and his back was facing my way. I saw loneliness from him. This time I felt sorry for him.

I could very well and go talk with him. But it might come with certain circumstances. First being in the eye of Anbu guarding him. Second, informing Hokage about me and going through a background check. Third, as Anbu background checks me, I might come in the eye of a certain one-eyed freak. That certainly I don't want.

Well, normally a kid meeting another kid would be nothing special. But he was a Jinchūriki. His normal life goes staying alone and that remains constant every day. If for anyone that changes, Anbu checks that person's background to see if they might be a spy or not.

Visiting the village took me about 3 hours. I reached home at 11:00 am. The rest of the day was spent sleeping around. I did take a full rest. And as night closed in, the rest was the same as usual. After he finished executing the Pythagorean memory technique, he huffed a sigh and mumbled, "huh, It took me 27 minutes to review what happened today".

Speaking of which my powers upgraded quite a lot in these 7 days. Let's talk about the refining technique.

My single string of energy has upgraded from 8cm to 16cm. After the 4th day, I thought my single string shall increase to about 4cm. But it didn't, rather it increased to 3cm. The very next day it increased to 2cm, then 1.5cm, then 1 cm, then 0.5cm. In total the single string increased to 16cm giving me 4 units of energy. Double of the previous week. Here 2 units of energy belong to the spiritual part and the latter 2 belong to the physical part.

Now consider perceiving the energy around u which is the first condition of refining technique. The amount u perceive ain't necessarily the amount u intake. What I mean is, suppose u perceive 100% energy but u can absorb 50% of that energy, and the rest 50% is dissolved in the air.

Before I start, let's consider,

1st day-4cm string be (base/1st string-1st increment)

2nd day-4cm string be (1st string-2nd increment)

3rd day-3cm string be (1st string-3rd increment)

4th day-2cm string be (1st string-4th increment)

5th day-1.5 cm string be (1st string-5th increment)

6th day-1cm string be (1st string-6th increment)

7th day-0.5cm string be (1st string-7th increment)

I could absorb about 60% of the total energy I perceived. The first string-1st increment probably needed less than that 60% energy (1st string-1st increment < 60% energy)

while the 1st string-2nd increment needed full 60% energy (1st string-2nd increment = 60% energy).

But the question is if I am absorbing the same 60% energy which helps to create the increments of the first string, why is it that the 1st string-3rd increment(3rd day's 3 cm) or 1st string-4th increment(4th day's 2 cm) in spite taking 60% of the energy gives me 0.7 and 0.3 unit energy respectively.

Here we have to consider the 1st string-1st increment as a base. To increase the base string from 4cm to 8cm or bigger, I have to perform three things:

I)creating a 0.1 cm newly string

II)connection

III)increase

At first, I create a 0.1cm string. Then the base(4cm string) is connected with this newly created 0.1 cm string. Here the connection needs energy which it takes from the 60% energy I absorbed. After the connection is done, whatever rest amount of energy from the 60% remains is used to increase the length of the 0.1cm string.

In the case of the 1st string-2nd increment, 60% energy could afford to create a 0.1 cm string plus connecting with base and whatever remained could easily increase the amount of that 0.1cm string to 4cm. Due to which I got (4cm+ 4cm)=8cm on the 4th day after my reincarnation.

For the 1st string-3rd increment, I had to connect 0.1cm string with the base first, then the 1st string-2nd increment, and connecting it with the two increments (1st, 2nd) took more of the 60% absorbed energy and whatever was remaining was used to increase the length of the string by 3 cm.

The same is with the rest of the string increment. For the 4th increment I had to connect 0.1cm string with the base first, then the 1st string-2nd increment, then the 3rd increment and again connecting with three increments (1st, 2nd,3rd) took more of the 60% absorbed energy and whatever was remaining was used to increase the length of the string by 2 cm.

Just like that, I could increase my chakra to an amount of 4 units of number.
