Chapter 21 :

In the forest, Namua was waiting for his master, and he was told that the master would arrive at the core area of the western forest by noon. As he looked at the sky, he saw someone flying in his direction. Even without seeing the person, he knew it was the person he was waiting for. Merlin, seeing his servant, slows down his speed and lands on the ground.

Bowing down his head, Namua addressed his master. "Master, I've been waiting for you since morning." It was true he had been waiting for him since morning; it was because he was intoxicated by the power Merlin bestowed upon him. As a commoner with no chakra, he understood that he would not have much hope in this world to survive, but his master was capable of turning an ordinary person into someone who was capable of defeating a Shinobi. 

" Namua It seems that you are living a good life."

"It is all thanks to the master, and I did not dare forget the mission the master gave me."

"It is good that you have not forgotten the mission. Led me to the hideout you made."

Following Namua, Merlin reached the west side of the forest. As he reached the hideout, Merlin saw a cave covered in roots. As he entered the hideout, Namua began to introduce the cave. The reason Merlin asked Nauma to locate the battle field used by Sannin is because, as long as they used summation, the space node would not disappear as the animals do. As he walked out, he saw Namua waiting for him. "Master, I have found out the battlefield used by Leaf Sannin Jiraya to summon toads."

Looking at his hardworking servant, Merlin truly felt satisfied, so he decided to motivate him. "After this task is completed, you will be rewarded for your hard work. Don't worry, those who work for me will not suffer."

Following the lead, Merlin reached the location that was once a battlefield. There are even kunais and shuriken lying around; even the smell of blood is not completely gone. As he reached the place where Jiraya Summend was, his toad, Merlin, instructed Namua to look out for anyone entering this area.

'So this is the area where Jiraya used his summen to fight'. Looking around the ground, Merlin started to lay a trap array to prevent the creature from running away. "Now it's time to start." activating his chakra Merlin started to concentrate his attention on finding the remaining space node. 'Finally, I found the location of Toads holy land.' Channeling the chakra activated the summarizing technique.

The ground beneath Merlin started to form different geometrical symbols, and it was glowing blue soon. With a loud bang, a huge tode with a purple color came in front of him.

"Where am I?" Looking at the human in front of the purple toad, he spoke furiously. "Are you the one who summoned me? But besides Jiraya, no one has to toad summoning techic. how you managed to summon me."

However, Merlin did not bother to give any reply and activated the trapping array he placed earlier. Soon, the ground started to glow a gold color, forming a square pyramid that trapped the toad. Seeing that he was trapped, the toad started to hit the barrier with his weapon. "What are you doing, human? Release me now, or else you will be persuaded by the toads of the holy land."

Hearing this, Merlin looked at the toad and laughed. "Don't bother to break the barrier; it's been specially made to trap you. Worry not, you have been selected for a higher purpose, giving me the natural energy formed in your body." Placing the natural energy storage crystal in front of him, Merlin activated the other array.

Soon, the toad felt the ground beneath his feet start to heat up. "What is happening?" Seeing he was not in a favorable situation, the toad used reverse summarizing to go back, but he failed. 

Seeing the magic circle completed, Merlin started to chant, "By binding light and shadow's edge, imprisoned soul, I make this pledge. Into crystal, essence flows. Bound by will, you shall not go."

Soon, the toad started to feel its skin start to melt. "No save me," mustering it's remaining strength, he started to hit the barrier, but no, there was not a single crack in the barrier. "Damn you, human; you will be hunted by the toads of the holy land, and you." He was not able to finish his cursing. His body began to melt, and his blood and flesh started to flow to the crystal. 

The crystal now started to glow a white color and dimmed.

After completing the process, Merlin was out of breath. "System is the natural energy formed in the crystal."

"Reporting that the crystal is 30% full and the host needs to capture more creatures with nature's energy"

"As I expected, I need to capture more animals from the holy land."
