Chapter 1: Konohagakure

As I opened my eye's, I was meet with an unfamiliar ceiling, "What the hell?" I exclaimed, this definitely wasn't where I feel asleep last night.

But as I tried to recall the previous events of last night, all my memories were fuzzy, brief glimpses but mostly out of focus.

'Weird…' I thought to myself as I sat up and looked around the room I was in.

It was a small room with a tatami floor, and architecture similar to Japan, the room was quite empty, only a small futon in the corner, which at the moment I was laying on, and a picture frame on the opposite side of the room right next to a door.

Getting out of the small futon I was sleeping in, I stood up and stumbled, it felt unnatural to walk for some reason, like I wasn't comfortable in my own body.

Stumbling over to the picture frame, It was slightly dusty, It seemed to be a family picture of two parents standing next to their young kid, the parents were wearing weird outfits, a red and white symbol of a fan on them.

Looking at the picture, I could feel my memories get slightly clearer, I felt something from the bottom of my heart…

Stumbling over to the door, I opened it and went through into the next room.

'A weapon shop?' I thought to myself as I looked at the many weapons hung up on the walls.

The weapons looked familiar but also confusing, Kunai's and Shuriken's weren't common weapons, but for some reason it feels wrong saying that, my memories were feeling even clearer.

Stumbling towards the window of the shop, I gazed outside, I watched as a few people walked past the shop I was in, the scenery outside felt alien to me, It was like I was in another world…

I zoned out for a second, before focusing on my reflection, 'Wait a second! That's not what I'm supposed to look like!?'

My I no longer had short black hair, instead I had brown hair tied into a ponytail, my hazel eyes were now black, my face had a more gentle features.

It seemed like I looked at something I wasn't supposed to see, as I fell to the ground, clenching my head with a splitting headache right after I looked at my reflection.

The pain was unbearable, and I blacked out.

Opening my eyes, I was no longer in that small shop, instead I was floating?

The room was dark, so dark, but I saw someone also floating in front of me.

The figure turned around, and looked at me with a smile, it was the same figure I saw in my reflection.

"Hello, I'm Kara, It's nice to meet you Yuuma-san." the figure said with a gentle smile.

Upon hearing this, I was extremely confused, 'How does he know my name?' I thought to myself before deciding to respond.

"Uhh, Hello Kara-san, it's nice meeting you to, can you please tell me what's going on?" I asked politely.

Kara let out a small chuckle before responding, "I'm not sure either, actually, but I saw your actions in my body, I think I might've died, and you possessed me." Kara explained, seeming more calm than he should be.

"Shouldn't you be a little more worried?" I asked, feeling guilty.

Kara shrugged and responded, "Even if you possessed me doesn't change the fact that I died, but once you came a long I felt connected to your soul." Kara explained, seeming to already accept his fate.

"I see, but what does that mean for me?" I asked Kara, if I'm also here, I must also be dead.

A gentle smile appeared on Kara's face, "I've come to terms with my death, but it seems you haven't, I leave everything I have to you Yuuma-san, maybe you can be a person I could only dream of becoming." Kara offered, extending his hand for a shake.

The gentle smile on Kara's face was reassuring; "Alright, I promise, even if I die trying." I reassured, shaking Kara's hand.

"Thank you, Yumma-san, I believe you." Kara encouraged, before a bright light engulfed both of us.

Opening my eyes, I once again woke up in the small shop, still on the floor where I collapsed at.

I felt different, somehow I changed, my memories were no longer fuzzy, I could not only recall my own, but also Kara's, I couldn't help but to think to myself, 'Is this what he meant by leaving everything he has to me?'

As I got off the ground, I felt comfortable in my body, I could walk properly without stumbling everywhere.

Walking back into the backroom, I sat down on my futon, I still had to think some stuff over, this clearly was a different world from what I've seen in Kara's memories.

'Guess I should stop referring to Kara as someone else, technically I am Kara, and he is me, so I'll refer to him as myself.'

'I was born into the prestigious Uchiha Clan, but I couldn't use Chakra as a birth defect, my parents didn't care and still loved me, but some clansmen treated me differently.'

'My parents recently passed away in the Third Ninja War, they were both Chunin, but even after their sacrifice the war is still raging on.' I couldn't help but be slightly emotional as I thought about my dead parents.

'I've recently opened this Ninja Supply Store after saving up enough money, it's not that popular, but I'm making enough to get by.'

'Currently, I'm 16 years old, the current date is January 8th 1666, and I'm living in Konohagakure.'

Letting out a sigh, I laid down on my futon, 'It was always Kara's wish to become a Ninja like his parents, but how am I going to do that without chakra…'

(A:N Currently MC has no knowledge of the world but will receive it later, aka next chapter from the system)

"Damn, this is going to be frustrating, I don't even know the 'Status' of my body." I remarked, a bit angry, but the miracle to solve all my options appeared right in front of me.

"What the hell?!" I shouted at this magic blue screen that appeared in front of me.

*Downloading Information: Naruto World*

'Naruto World? What the hell is that supposed to mean, am I hallucinating?' I thought to myself for the sheer absurdness of the magic blue screen.

Before anyone asks, the MC is not a cultured person like us, so he doesn't know about systems, and hasn't seen Naruto, but is receiving the information from the system, alright yeah that's about it hoped you enjoyed the chapter.
