Chakra training 2

-Don't underestimate your training. Your chakra control today is masterful compared to the old you. Doing something as basic as channeling chakra into your hand and spinning it around is a lot easier than slowly expanding it finger by finger until it reaches your shoulder-

"S-so I bought all this for nothing!?" Looking at the thousands of water balloons around him, Naruto exclaimed angrily.

-This is all your training?-

"Sigh" Shaking his head while sighing in frustration, Naruto replied "Now I have to buy rubber balls and do the same exercise"

-That would be much more difficult... and expensive-

"Damn, don't even remind me" Scratching his hair in annoyance, Naruto grumbled.

-But it'll take you a long time to buy the rubber balls... how about you keep training with your water balloons for today?-

"Didn't you already say it's useless for me?"

-Trying to learn how to do it as if it were something difficult is the useless thing, doing it to perfection is the difficult thing-

"I don't understand"

-You just tried to pour less chakra to see what would happen with the water balloon, didn't you?-

"Yes..."

-But it still exploded after a few seconds-

Once you master the minimum speed and chakra at minimum, start playing with the amount and speed, but always keeping in mind that you can't exceed the limit of the water balloon-

-And once you've mastered that control, you could try doing it with both hands, so your chakra channels will be equally trained... and worn out-

"This is really exciting" Finally forming a bright smile on his face trans long, Naruto ignored the exploding water balloon in his hand and quickly took another one, having a significant sparkle in his previously dry and empty looking eyes.

With a sweaty face and heaving breath, Sasuke slowly walked through the trees towards the direction of the river, then looked at the only sitting Naruto with a smile on his face and approached him.

"We're leaving?"

"It's already night!?" Looking up into the dark sky as his hands held two water balloons, Naruto exclaimed in surprise.

With strangeness on his face, Sasuke looked at the large amount of rubber lying around and asked, "How did your training go?"

"Look at this!" excitedly, Naruto awkwardly raised his two trembling hands and only a second later, suddenly the balloons began to shake violently, then formed a slight bulge next to him and slowly stretched to the point where both balloons touched.

"That's... good?" With confusion, Sasuke asked.

"This is amazing!" Nodding quickly, Naruto retracted the balloon bulge again and expanded them again, but this time from different points "This is a star!"

"..."

"A triangle!"

"..."

"Rectangle!"

"..." Shaking his head as he watched the excited young man make different shapes with the water balloon, Sasuke asked "Will you stay?"

Splash Splash.

"I'd like to, but I can't even feel my hands anymore" Laughing as he jumps up after popping the balloons, Naruto stretched his stiff body and continued "My chakra channels are extremely worn out, if I continue I'll seriously injure myself"

"Is it useful?"

"Dattebayo!" Holding up his thumb towards Sasuke, Naruto continued with his big smile "My chakra control took a big leap!"

"When I finish my body training, will you teach me?"

"I need lots of rubber balls, and water balloons for you"

"I'll buy them"

"Excellent" Nodding with satisfaction, Naruto looked at the large amount of rubber on the floor and commented as he turned around "Tomorrow I'll clean this up, let's go eat"

"..." Staring at Naruto with a strange face, Sasuke commented "What's wrong with you?"

"Why do you ask?" Cocking his head to one side, Naruto asked.

"Today you seem to be more like your inner self... you even went back to saying that thing you always gave at the end of every sentence."

"Dattebayo?"

"Yes..."

"Now that you mention it... I really had stopped saying it" With a slight surprise, Naruto rubbed his chin for a few seconds and finally shrugged "I guess I was too stressed out."

"Not anymore?"

"I feel pretty happy" With a smile, Naruto continued "I don't remember the last time I felt like this, but it's nice"

"..."

"Are you coming to eat or not?"

"Won't you take off the weights?"

"I didn't train my body much and even though I feel pretty exhausted, I think I won't have any problems using it for the rest of the day" Shaking his head while waving his arms, Naruto started walking towards the forest and continued excitedly "I'll eat twice as much ramen today!"

"..." Looking at Naruto's back as Naruto walks away, Sasuke shook his head and followed him silently.

After a night where Naruto finally had no trouble sleeping after so long, another day began and as always, he got up early and a new round of training began.

"Hehe~" With a smile of happiness, Naruto stared at the numerous bags filled with rubber balls and quickly formed a hundred clones around him, then took the bags and ran towards the river while waving his hand towards the silent Sasuke "Thanks, see you when we have to go eat!"

"..." Looking at the numerous clones running alongside Naruto, Sasuke just sighed and walked towards his training area ready for another grueling day.

Arriving by the river, Naruto had each of his clones take dozens of rubber balls and each positioned themselves with some distance from the others.

Sitting in lotus position, Naruto took a rubber ball to his side and with excitement in his eyes, he carefully recalled the details of this training.

"Power... the same step, but with more chakra" After a few seconds of memorization, Naruto repeated the same step as with the water balloons and watched instantly as the rubber ball shook violently in his hand, but unlike the water balloon, the ball did not explode despite having far exceeded the chakra supplied.

Not feeling the least bit frustrated, Naruto smiled and muttered "The water was flowing with my chakra with no problem at all, but the rubber... it feels like my chakra is constantly being held back and suppressed... it's like swimming against the current."

"Mn?" feeling the pain running from his hand up his arm, Naruto frowned slightly and muttered "I'm still in pain from yesterday's training?"

-It's from the rubber-

"What?"

-You expel chakra through your hands and inject it into the ball, but the rubber holds it back like a dam and everything that flows through your chakra channels is unnaturally held back... what you're doing now is supplying more and more chakra where you clearly can't, causing an overload on your chakra channels and damaging them in the process-

"I see..." Frowning slightly in thought, Naruto asked "So I should just force until I get used to it?"

-Only in that nonsense can you think?-

"..." Remaining silent for a couple of minutes, Naruto finally commented "The chakra control I already have... I know that, if I force my chakra, this ball will explode without problems, but it will end up damaging me and delaying my training... what is affecting me is that of all the chakra I draw through my hands, only a small part goes into the ball and the rest gets congested in my chakra channel causing pressure and damaging me in the process"

-Good reasoning, he continues-

"Then I should lower my chakra flow and get used to the dam slowly, then slowly increase the flow until my chakra flows smoothly"

-Not a bad idea, this will help you tremendously in your chakra control-

"Here we go!" with an excited smile while nodding towards his clones, Naruto began to slowly circulate the chakra and having a mental image of the center of his palm, he began to slowly introduce it towards the rubber ball.

Unlike how he introduced his chakra freely with the water balloons, right now Naruto was so thorough, that the chakra introduced had no more density or size than a needle, slowly entering between the rubber and then slowly flowing it inside.

With calm breathing and absolute concentration, Naruto spent the next few hours totally lost in his chakra and the rubber ball, staying the rest of the day without even stopping the constant flow of chakra or dispelling his clones.

"..." Sitting on a tree trunk and being covered in dust, Sasuke stared at the numerous clones staring at the rubber balls in his hands and looked up into the dark sky, then muttered "His concentration is incredible... but more incredible is how much a person can change in such a short time"

Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa

Startled by the sudden noise that surrounded the place, Sasuke quickly turned his gaze downwards and noticed that all the clones disappeared as the rubber fell everywhere, then turned his gaze towards the one and only Naruto and frowned slightly as he noticed his extremely pale complexion.

Jumping down from the tree, Sasuke approached Naruto and looked at his dazed face, then looked around and asked "Are you okay?"

"..."

"Naruto?"

"..." With vacant eyes, Naruto was silent for a few long seconds and finally blinked, then looked up at Sasuke and smiled weakly "I'm fine, I just overdemanded myself"

"You're pale"

Thud

"I used up all my chakra" Dropping to the grass as his clothes clung to his entire body thanks to the large amount of sweat covering his skin, Naruto took a shaky breath and stared up at the starry sky, then turned his gaze to Sasuke and asked "Is it time for dinner yet?"

"We should have left an hour or two ago"

"I'm sorry, I kept you waiting"

"It's okay..." Shaking his head, Sasuke asked "How did your training go?"

"It was difficult, but it's a success" Holding up his thumb, Naruto continued "Although I don't know if I'll be able to train with my chakra tomorrow... my chakra channels are so worn out, right now I can't mobilize even a tiny bit without suffering"

"Can you walk?"

"Yes, don't worry" Inhaling deeply to calm his exhausted mind, Naruto sat down and slowly stood up, then stretched his body and yawned "I feel like I've been crushed by a train"

"Was it worth it?"

"Every second" Nodding, Naruto bent down and picked up one of the rubber balls, then smiled and with only a second later, the ball exploded.

"Is it good to explode the ball?"

"Try it" Throwing another ball towards Sasuke, Naruto continued "Inject chakra as if you were walking on trees, and then keep the flow going as if you were walking on water."

"Right..." Taking the ball, Sasuke slowly mobilized his chakra and frowned slightly at not being able to inject a single strand inside, then looked up at Naruto and asked "How do you do it?"

"Do what?"

"Put chakra in"

"This... I don't know, I just do it" Thinking for a few seconds, Naruto continued "I think you need more chakra control to do it... start by forming a chakra blanket around one finger, then two and so on"
