"What do you want from me?" he asked, defeated.

"Simple," Kazuki said calmly, his Sharingan gleaming.

"I want Konoha under my control, and for that, I'll need you to play your part. First, tell me why do you want Karin."

Danzo, now completely under Kazuki's influence, answered obediently,

"I planned to make her the One-Tail Jinchuuriki for Konoha. With her abilities and the power of Shukaku, Konoha's influence would grow. Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado agreed, but they only did so to stall me. They want the new Hokage to decide."

Kazuki considered this for a moment, then nodded.

"You're right. If you control the Jinchuuriki, you'll have more leverage. But to secure that power, we need to eliminate the old guard." His eyes gleamed as he spoke.

"What about the councillors? Can you handle them?"

Danzo hesitated but quickly revealed,

"There are sixteen Anbu assigned to protect them, including an elite Jounin and several Chunin. Their defenses are well-guarded, but I've memorized all their positions."

Kazuki raised an eyebrow in surprise. "You've been planning this for a while, haven't you?"

"I always have contingencies," Danzo replied, his tone bitter.

"But with your strength, we can finally take full control of Konoha."

Kazuki considered the possibilities. With his enhanced Sharingan, no shinobi in Konoha could challenge him. And now, with Danzo under his thumb, he could play the long game.

"Very well," Kazuki said.

"We'll eliminate the councillors. But what about the daimyo? He holds too much power. If we kill the councillors, we risk losing his favor. What if we eliminate him as well?"

Danzo froze, momentarily unsure of how to respond. Killing the daimyo of the Land of Fire was no small feat.

"The daimyo's protection is formidable," Danzo began cautiously.

"If he dies, the fallout could destabilize not just Konoha but the entire country. It's a delicate situation."

Kazuki's expression darkened. "Delicate or not, the current system is flawed. Why should someone with no real power over shinobi control our fates? The daimyo holds power because of wealth and influence. But in the end, shinobi rule this world."

A dangerous glint crossed his eyes as he mused, "Perhaps it's time for that to change."

Danzo remained silent, knowing there was no arguing with Kazuki's logic. He had once believed the same but had been more cautious in his approach. Now, under Kazuki's Genjutsu, all his reservations were gone.

"Very well," Danzo said. "What do you need me to do?"

"Good," Kazuki said with a nod of approval.

"First, let's deal with the councillors. After that, we'll see about the daimyo."

He knew that the moment he pushed Danzo into the Hokage's seat, Konoha would be his. The village, the secrets, and the power — all under the control of the Gekko Clan.

Kazuki smiled to himself, the future already unfolding before him as the moonlight filtered through the windows of the Hokage building. His revenge was only just beginning.
