Title: Kurama's Rampage

In a room so dark that even the brightest ray of light would be swallowed, a being of humongous proportions lay. In front of him were pillars so thick and tall that they reached the skies where his sight couldn't reach and below him, was a massive sea of water.

Suddenly, two beams of light were introduced into this room. It was so bright, yet, no one could still see what was within this room..

Or rather, a cage.

"What an interesting fragrance. What's this..? Despair? Anger? Hatred? Good. Wonderful. Perhaps this is it…I'll finally get to leave this place." A loud booming voice sounded from within.

"In fact…Let me help."

However, before this being could flare his chakra at the pillar in front of him, a beam of light shot out from a paper talisman in front of the Gates.

"Kurama," a voice, oh so familiar to the being called out.

"Y-You…you're aniki?" The being, Kurama, asked with a trembling voice as a familiar Illusory figure formed in front of him.

"Hm. I just felt you were about to do something stupid and decided to pay you a visit."

"Me? Do something stupid? That's not possible. How can this great me be like that stupid raccoon?" Kurama said, dodging the figures' eyes.

"That's good. However, I believe you and your siblings have been keeping in contact these past few years." The figure said.

"Hm. Only that some organization has begun capturing them and sealing them away." Kurama answered, this time, with a bit of anger and disgust.

"I don't like that…" the figure pointed out.

"What? We've been treated this way by them and you expect me to just not feel disgusted?"

"I am a human, so was the old man, Indra and Ashura. The men, women and children back then too." The figure pointed out again.

"I know, but still, Ashura and Indra's descendants are the cause of why I and my siblings are going through this."

"I know, but have you forgotten what I always say about misfortunes?"

"It's the prelude to fortune?"

"Yeah, you only need to let go and go with the flow?" The man said with an endearing smile.

"..."

"That'd be hard, aniki." Kurama snorted and turned away. The man didn't feel insulted by this but laughed.

"I would actually feel suspicious if you agreed with my words. But…what do you think of your current partner?"

"He's not my partner!" Kurama snapped angrily. "He's my prison. A prison I'm in for a reason I don't even know. Or maybe, just because I exist and they fear me?"

"I didn't come here to get emotional or philosophical with you Kurama. You're one of the oldest and smartest persons I know on this planet now. I know you've been cooped up for so long and I would like to offer you something in exchange for something."

"What am I exchanging?"

"Your patience."

"Patience?"

"I need you to remain patient with the boy. I know that despite all this facade, you enjoy the time he spends telling you about his life and annoyances."

"That's nit–"

"I know. I'm not judging. I just want you to remain patient. Plus, even if you did try to break out, his father wasn't an idiot. You and your siblings rejected my offer to learn about Fuinjutsu in the past."

"Heh. In front of our might, all those pesky signs and symbols would fall." Kurama snorted in disdain.

"Yet, here you are. Sealed away by the very same pesky signs and symbols."

"Humph."

"Anyways, the boy's father wasn't stupid, he managed to leave a piece of his soul here. The moment you become a threat to his son, he'd appear and seal you away, and even repair the cracks you've made all these years."

"Then what would you offer me in exchange for my Patience?"

"Momentary freedom." The man said. "The leader of the organization sealing your siblings away is currently fighting Naruto, and guess what?"

"Hmm?"

"He has the old man's eyes."

"What…Eh?! What!?" Kurama didn't feel exactly moved initially, but after letting it sink in, he stood up in both fright and anger.

"Don't get so riled up. He didn't steal Pop's eyes, it was awakened. But doesn't the fact that someone with the old man's eye is out there tarnishing the old man's name bother you?"

"You're damn right it does!! Let me have at him. Aniki, you've got to let me have at him."

"Of course, that's what I'd like to offer. I just hope that you didn't get as complacent with your human form as you did with Fuinjutsu."

"Eh? What do you mean?"

"I mean, while Naruto has a talk with his father, you'll have the time of your life fighting…with Naruto's body…in his human form."

"A-aniki…you must be joking right? I'm a fox goddamnit. Not a human."

"Unfortunately. I don't want his body damaged. Your chakra, not controlled, is extremely corrosive."

"But his body got strengthened recently."

"And you're fighting with someone with Pop's eyes. Are you sure you can defeat him without going all out?"

"That…makes sense." Kurama finally relented, albeit with reluctance, afterall, he'd be getting to control the body and have a sniff of the outside world in close to sixteen years.

"Well then…" Saying this, the figure disappeared.

…

"It was just like this…My parents were killed right before my eyes by Konoha's Shinobi."

"Out of love, sacrifice is born…Hate is born…And we…we are able to know pain."

BA-DUM!!*

As Naruto grappled with his inner turmoil, the air crackled with an electrifying tension. The village lay still, shrouded in an unsettling silence.

Then, with a primal roar that echoed through the village and beyond, the seal restraining the Kyuubi's chakra began to waver.

A veil of red energy enveloped Naruto, transforming him into a spectral figure as a thick red energy beam shot into the skies.

The already destabilized Village along with the grieving Shinobis erupted into chaos as Kyuubi's chakra manifested, swirling around Naruto like a tempest unleashed. The very air pulsated with the intensity of raw power.

The aura of the Kyuubi swept through as it generated winds so strong that some Shinobi standing miles away were forced off their feets.

"What's that!?" Sakura asked in horror as she managed to keep herself on the ground while protecting Tsunade's weakened body.

"Oh…no. That's…"

The otherworldly crimson mist that sent shivers down the spines of those who dared witness its wrath.

As the Kyuubi's aura reached its zenith, Naruto's silhouette shifted, his eyes ablaze with a mix of rage and agony.

"Do you hate me?"

"The power of the Nine Tails…"

"It's responding to Naruto's rage…"

Tendo observed As Naruto's body morphed with several tails and heads sprouting out from all over his spectral form.

The winds generated from his movements alone were enough to form numerous whirlwinds that were all directed towards Tendo, who, still utilizing his gravity Field, formed a dome around his body.

The whirlwinds all came in contact with the dome and shattered, yet, before Tendo could catch a breath, the ground around him began shattering.

As if under the control of Naruto, all the debris just floated around him and Tendo without any one of them making a move.

However, as soon as the debris all came to a halt, Tendo found that both he and Naruto were not enclosed in what looked like a poorly made fighting arena.

"It seems you're still the one in there, Naruto. Afraid of further damaging your precious village?" Tendo asked as he readied himself for battle.

However…Naruto, with his tails, began shooting small rocks at Tendo to which Tendo dodged and shattered before coming to a stop with style.

But before the dust could settle, a gigantic rock made for him, and being unable to shatter nor block with his Shinra Tensei, he was hit and propelled backwards by the rock.

Thankfully, his cool down came to a stop and he quickly bisected the rock in two, however before he could catch his breath, Naruto was already unto him.

BOOM!*

Mercilessly, Naruto gave the path a punch that sent ripples through his face before he was shit backwards.

Mid-air, he managed to balance himself and came to a halt before slowly descending, but as soon as he landed, Naruto, holding a massive rectangular cuboidal shaped rock, slammed Tendo into the ground.

"Do you hate me?" Tendo asked as only his head was visible at this rate.

"Do you still think people can understand each other?" He continued asking despite not getting any answer.

Naruto meanwhile simply transitioned from his four tails state to the six tails directly.

"Um. Your actions are justified." Tendo nodded. "But know this…My pain is greater than yours!!"

Shouting this, he slammed his fist into the ground and directly converted the entire rocky terrain into a river spamming the entire village.

"Damn. What massive chakra and control." Shun Mentioned. Although Nagato wasn't using the full potential of the Rinnegan, he still got the Elemental Manipulation down.

However, since Water was his original release, he probably mastered it to perfection while neglecting the rest, after all, why would he need them when he could just Shinra Tensei them to oblivion?

"However, it is about time."

Shun watched as Naruto and Tendo fought all across the village while demolishing the area around them. Naruto shot numerous mini bijuudama which Tendo either smartly dodged or blocked with his Shinra Tensei.

"Heh, is that all you've got?" Tendo sneered through the mist as Naruto's barrage came to a stop.

However, he spoke too soon as another barrage of bijuudama struck him, this time, his cool down was on so he was hit squarely.

"This chakra…I've felt it before." Sakura said as she held her hands in silent shiver. "What's going on?"

"Lady Hinata went to save Naruto…however..

As they were talking, Tendo had managed to trap Naruto under a giant boulder only for the Kyuubi chakra to melt the entire rock into lava,

ROOOAAARRR!*

Naruto roared again as his tail went from six to seven. He was already on the verge of losing his mind but his hatred and anger just burned too brightly.

It was at this moment that the Crystal Necklace Tsunade had given him activated and the sealing Jutsu left Within by Hashirama activated and tried to seal back the Kyuubi's chakra.

However… Naruto stretched his hands out and caught it before breaking it.

After getting released from the seal, Naruto floated down from the position he was in and down to the river Tendo had created.

Now, they both faced each other.

'He can fly?' Tendo thought, but what he didn't know was that at this point, it wasn't Naruto fighting again but Kurama, and Kurama was someone who understood chakra and domain expansion.

To Kurama, everywhere his chakra had passed was now an extension of his body and by extension…under his control.

"Come!" Tendo declared only for Kurama to disappear.

'Its that movement technique again.' Tendo remembered the void steps from earlier.

Looking left and right, he didn't catch sight of Naruto at all.

Unbeknownst to him, Kurama ran all the way to the edge of the river body and ran round the village for three good laps just to create enough acceleration for a punch.

When Tendo finally caught sight of Kurama, it was as though he was commanding the entire river body to move with him.

'He's fast.' he thought, however he also noticed that the water around him was now converging on his position. But that wasn't a problem as he simply floated atop it.

The Punch however came faster than he thought, but still he clapped his hands together. "Shinra Tensei!"

A massive dome of around 5 meters around him formed and tried to repel the water that came down upon him.

The water however remained, the same applied to Naruto or Kurama who merely withstood this repulsive force with his mere body.

'Impossible! He's unaffected by the Shinra Tensei?!' Tendo thought, but that little moment was all it took for Kurama to punch through the dome and grab Tendo by his face.

"You…are one interesting kid…although weaker than I expected. So much for the preparation." A guttural voice came out of Kurama's fox-like body much to Tendo's shock.

"Kyuubi!"

"In the flesh." Kurama said with a foxy smile. "Now then…" saying this, he released Tendo and allowed his Shinra Tensei to clash with his own hydro generated force.

Unfortunately, Tendo couldn't particularly win against a true force of nature in the form of a mini tsunami and was shit backwards.

'Impossible…The Shinra Tensei failed..?' he thought as his body flew and was embedded headfirst in a rock nearby before it collapsed on his body.

Kurama had observed the puppet for a good while and figured that mere physical attack wouldn't do much damage, hence he opened his mouth. 'This is uncomfortable with this body.' he thought as Yin and Yang Chakra gathered and formed an authentic bijuudama.

Not the makeshift stuff that Naruto was making on the fly.

At the same time, Tendo's hands appeared out of the ground and clapped. "Bansho Tei'in!"

In response to his words, a massive boulder the size of three storeys floated and shit towards Kurama who showed no signs of dodging as his bijuudama was ready.

And at the moment of collision, the scene that followed was one similar to the detonation of a nuclear bomb.

It was pure destruction. Anyone watching would wonder whether the space of Konoha was even enlarged to accommodate that level of attack.

The reason being that the Shinobi still in the village didn't seem to feel a thing despite the effects of the attacks.

To them, it was just windy, sometimes cold, sometimes hot and that was it.

As for Tendo, who was in the area of effect, he wisely choose to hide back underground to avoid the heat coming from the effects of the explosion.

"What was that?" Sakura asked, seeing the mushroom shaped cloud that rose into the sky.

"Oh my God…What is that?" The Hyūga beside her repeated the same question. But different from Sakura who asked for the cause of the explosion, he was curious on what was actually fighting Tendo with this much power.

"How is Naruto doing?" Shakira asked.

"How can I put this..? Naruto is showing Seven tails right now." He replied. "At this rate, he may end up transforming into the Kyuubi."

"Seven tails?" Sakura asked, although not understanding much about Jinchurikis, she knew it was bad.

"Lady Katsuyu, please tell everyone to evacuate immediately." She asked.

"Hai."

"Now what..? The village is beyond recognition." The bestackled lady beside the Nara father and son said.

"..." No one really had a reply to that one as it was the truth.

"At least the civilians managed to evacuate." Shikaku said without a change in his expression.

What kind of destruction hadn't he seen? Please, it's just property damage, at most they'd ask for a couple loans and rebuild the village. Life is what's important.

"Orders from above." Katsuyu immediately interrupted. "You must all evacuate as far away as you can! This is due to Naruto's Nine Tails Power!"

"What do you mean? The Kyuubi is rampaging?"

"We don't know for sure. I only know this because my clone beside Naruto has been evaporated." Katsuyu replied.

"He transformed into the Kyuubi." Shikamaru stated.

"But Yamato and Kakashi should have placed a Fuinjutsu on him." Inoichi said.

"How did this happen?" Another Jounin asked.

"It's Hinata. She tried to save Naruto and was taken down right in front of him. And then Naruto…." Her voice turned sorrowful. She heard and practically felt everything that Hinata had for Naruto before she was killed mercilessly.

"So that triggered his transformation?" Shikamaru asked.

"Yes…probably." Katsuyu replied.

"And where's Yamato?"

"What's he doing at a time like this?"

Meanwhile Kurama and Tendo were still going at it, however, unlike his previous appearance, as soon as he reached the eight tails, Kurama's chakra was forcibly pulled back into his body

Right now, he had the appearance of Naruto, only that his hair was red, with fox-like ears on the top of his head, his eyes slitted similar to that of a Cox and a protruding canine, similar to a beast.

He was currently on his trousers as he chest lay bare for all to see, all around his body were black links that seemed to be sealing something in.

In short…He looked similar to Sakuna in Yuji's body. The only difference being that he didn't have the number of eyes Sakuna had.

"How repulsive…to be caged in a human form." He said while rubbing his hair and pushing them backwards.

"But still…how nice it is to have a breath of fresh air." Snapping his eyes to Tendo who just climbed out of the ground. "I have you to thank for this."

"The pleasure Is mine." Tendo said. "But I must say… your power, how magnificent,"

"It is, second only to one person alive right now." Kurama nodded in pride. Now…time for round three. This would decide which of us gets to live."

Hearing this, Tendo squinted his eyes and made to run only to feel a strong breeze graze his cheeks from behind.

"Turning your back towards someone superior in combat. A foolish move." Kurama's voice came from behind him. He was so close yet, Tendo didn't even feel him come.

"That'll be your last warning. There'll be no next time."

Tendo, realizing the gravity of the situation, swiftly turned around to face Kurama, who stood there with an air of dominance. The ground beneath them still bore the scars of their previous clashes, a testament to the intensity of their battle.

Without wasting a moment, Tendo activated the Deva Path, forming a defensive barrier around him. Kurama, undeterred, took a step forward, causing the very air around him to ripple with unrestrained power.

"You may be a god, but you're still limited in that human shell," Tendo remarked, his eyes narrowing.

Kurama grinned, revealing sharp canines. "Limitations make battles interesting. Let's see if you can keep up."

In an instant, Kurama closed the distance, launching a barrage of high-speed punches and kicks. Tendo skillfully utilized his gravity manipulation, deflecting the attacks with precision. The clash of their powers created shockwaves that reverberated through the battered landscape.

Tendo, realizing the need for offense, countered with his Shinra Tensei. A wave of invisible force expanded outward, pushing Kurama back momentarily. Seizing the opportunity, Tendo conjured a chakra rod and hurled it towards Kurama, aiming for a direct hit.

However, Kurama's reflexes were unmatched. He deftly dodged the chakra rod, swiftly closing the gap again. The battle became a dance of speed and power, each move calculated, each counter precise.

As they clashed, Kurama's eyes glowed with intensity. "You've seen nothing yet," he declared.

With a surge of chakra, Kurama unleashed a series of chakra arms, each one wielding devastating power. Tendo, now on the defensive, struggled to maintain his composure. The chakra arms moved with incredible speed, leaving Tendo with little room to breathe.

Despite the pressure, Tendo managed to activate the Preta Path, absorbing Kurama's chakra attacks. The battleground became a spectacle of lights and energy, a manifestation of two mighty forces locked in combat.

In a daring move, Tendo unleashed the Chibaku Tensei, creating a colossal celestial body to crush Kurama. The enormous sphere descended from the sky, threatening to engulf everything in its gravitational pull.

Yet, Kurama's eyes glowed brighter as he tapped into his immense chakra reserves. With a powerful roar, he shattered the celestial body, dispersing its fragments in all directions.

Tendo, now visibly strained, faced Kurama's renewed onslaught. The air crackled with energy as their clash reached its zenith. Each strike, each maneuver, echoed the power and determination of two beings unwilling to yield.

In the midst of the chaos, a voice resonated in Kurama's mind. "Hold on, Naruto. We can't let the Kyuubi consume you entirely."

It was Yamato, the guardian entrusted with maintaining the seal. Kurama recognised the voice, realizing that his time in this unleashed form was limited.

"Tch, tot begone!" He roared in his mind, shaking off the telepathic link Yamato had tried to establish with Naruto to pull him back.

As far as Kurama knew, Naruto was currently meeting with his father's soul right now, and until they were done, he wasn't giving up control over this body.

"What..?"

"What's the problem?" Sakura asked.

"Naruto and pain are moving away from the village."

"Naruto?"

"Hm, he seems to have regained control over the Kyuubi and has transformed back although…his appearance now." The Hyūga said with a bit of admiration.

That body and appearance was to die for. It was a good thing there was no woman who saw him now.

"It seems Pain is fleeing from Naruto."

"Serves him right!" Gamakichi z Naruto's personal toad and friend laughed happily. His previous worries were washed away by the good news.

"This is no time for laughs. We have to make sure Naruto is okay, then go help Naruto."

"I agree with you on the first one, but there's no Shinobi currently capable of helping Naruto right now. We should stay within our limit." The Hyūga said.

Meanwhile, as the battle continued, Tendo ran as fast as he could as Naruto ran after him.. following Naruto was the entire body of water, like servants following their master to battle.

Tendo couldn't help but wonder. 'Wasn't I the one who conjured this water?'

But even if he thought that, he couldn't dwell on it as any mistake would lead to his loss.

Kurama, on the other hand, was having the time of his life. He just found out that there was a peculiar joy that came with fighting with a human body.

In his original body, he could use Ninjutsu. He was only capable of using his raw brute strength as well as the bijuudama to win all his battles; he'd never had a need for all this pesky elemental manipulation.

However, taking control over Naruto's body, he could comfortably use all the elements, from fire, wind, earth and now water.

As he pursued Tendo, he couldn't help grinning like a madman on steroids.

Unbeknownst to Kurama though, Tendo wasn't actually running for his life, but was running towards Nagato. In this way, he could better control Tendo.

In the tree house that Nagato and his friends were at, he opened his eyes and said. "I've brought Tendo close enough."

"[Chibaku Tensei]" (Planetary Devastation)

"You don't have to go that far, Nagato." Konan said.

"She's right, Nagato-nii. Your body can't take anymore." Rin said pleadingly.

"Silence. I need to focus." Nagato said.

Rin and Konan turned to Yahiko to have him say something but he shrugged and shook his head without saying anything.

Nagato focused his chakra as Tendo, formed a small sphere that held a massive gravitational force and threw it up into the air.

As the sphere reached a certain altitude, it stopped as the very air seemed to thicken due to the catastrophic jutsu, Chibaku Tensei.

The ground beneath Kurama and Tendo began to tremble as immense gravity pulled everything towards a central point. Rocks, trees, and even the water from the river were drawn into a colossal sphere that materialized in the sky.

Kurama, sensing the impending danger, halted his pursuit of Tendo and turned his attention to the growing celestial body above.

As the Chibaku Tensei reached its completion, it expanded, encapsulating Kurama within its gravitational grasp. The sphere's surface shimmered with an ethereal glow, signifying the potent chakra contained within.

With a burst of force, the celestial body condensed, trapping Kurama within its rocky prison. Tendo, panting heavily, observed the successful execution of his plan.

"Got you now, Kyuubi," Tendo muttered triumphantly.

However, within the confines of the Chibaku Tensei, Kurama's eyes glowed ominously. Despite being bound, his chakra surged defiantly, causing cracks to form on the rocky surface that held him captive.

"This isn't over yet," Kurama's voice echoed, reverberating through the prison.

Tendo, realizing the gravity of the situation, maintained focus on maintaining the Chibaku Tensei. The surrounding area bore witness to the colossal sphere hanging ominously in the sky, a testament to the power of the Rinnegan.

Back in the village, Sakura and the others observed the unfolding events with a mix of worry and awe.

"What's happening now?" Gamakichi questioned, his earlier cheerfulness replaced with concern.

"They're fighting on a whole different level," the Hyūga remarked, his Byakugan scanning the distant celestial body.

In the treehouse, Nagato's body weakened under the strain of using such a powerful jutsu. Rin and Konan exchanged worried glances, realizing the toll this battle took on their friend.

"We need to do something," Konan said, concern etched on her face.

I'm gonna take a break now. I dunno how y'all saw this battle but I really gave it my all. All my brain cells went into writing this.

I'll be rounding up soon, so don't be surprised if you see a weird Timeskip in the subsequent chapters.
