Fire country Konoha Village:-

As the sun began to set over Konoha Village, an eerie silence hung over the entire Uchiha clan. It felt as though something monumental was about to happen. This feeling was not unfounded, as only a few months earlier, the Uchiha clan's most powerful ninja, Shisui, also known as 'Shisui of the body flicker', had died in what appeared to be a suicide in the eyes of the outside world.

Now, in the present moment, the Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, stood on the top stage of the Hokage building, his hands clasped behind his back. He was joined by Uchiha Itachi, who was dressed as an Anbu ninja and kneeling before him.

Sarutobi Hiruzen turned to face Itachi and asked in a solemn tone, "Have you made your decision, Itachi?" It was clear that this decision was of great importance and weight, and both men understood the gravity of the situation. What was Itachi's decision, and how would it impact the fate of the Uchiha clan and Konoha Village as a whole? These were questions that weighed heavily on the minds of those present.

Itachi bowed his head, his voice unwavering as he spoke, "Yes, I have made my decision, and I suppose you are aware of my last request?"

As of that night, he would take on the burden of the most heinous crime of slaughtering his own clan and family in the name of peace. His final wish was that his younger brother, Sasuke, be spared from the same fate.

Hiruzen exhaled heavily and spoke solemnly, his tone filled with concern. However, those who knew him well could sense that there was more to his words than met the eye. "Do not worry, Itachi. As long as I am alive, I will ensure that your brother faces no troubles."

"Thank you." With those words, Itachi donned his Anbu mask and vanished from the Hokage building. After Itachi left, Hiruzen lifted his hand, and in a flash, two Anbu guards appeared at his side. It was clear that there was much more at play than what was visible on the surface, and only time would reveal the true extent of the events that had transpired.

The identities of the two individuals standing before Hiruzen were not just special, they were of utmost importance to him. In fact, the true identities of the Anbu wearing masks were none other than Hiruzen's eldest son and daughter-in-law, who happened to be Konohamaru's parents.

"Get ready," Hiruzen spoke these words simply, yet with a weight that only those closest to him could understand. The Uchiha incident was the village's most closely guarded secret, known only to those who were Hiruzen's most trusted confidants.

"Lord Hokage, shall we proceed?" Hiruzen's son, Sarutobi Shinnosuke, wearing a distinct patterned mask, asked.

Hiruzen hesitated for a moment before responding, "If it is already too late..."

Although he didn't express it explicitly, the meaning was clear. Hiruzen knew that Itachi was not one to show mercy, but the Uchiha clan was still a significant force in the village. It was possible that some of them might escape, and in that case, someone like Hiruzen or Shimura Danzō would need to step in to deal with the situation.

The tension in the air was palpable as the fate of the Uchiha clan hung in the balance. Hiruzen, his son, and daughter-in-law stood ready, prepared to do what was necessary to protect the village and maintain its delicate balance of power.

Without another word, Hiruzen's son and daughter-in-law vanished from the room, ready to carry out their orders. The fate of the Uchiha clan and the future of the village now rested in the hands of a select few, who would do whatever it takes to preserve the peace and stability of Konoha.

As the night wore on, Uchiha Sasuke remained at the Ninja Academy, undergoing special training under the watchful eye of Iruka. Little did they know, however, that there was a deeper purpose behind this training, and the true gravity of the situation was yet to be revealed.

Meanwhile, Uchiha Itachi perched atop an electric pole within the Uchiha clan, his piercing Three Tomoe Sharingan glinting ominously in the moonlight. He radiated a deadly, cold energy that seemed to mark him as a harbinger of death.

In an instant, Itachi vanished from his perch, leaving the village in a state of uneasy tension. The fate of the Uchiha clan and the future of Konoha hung in the balance as events continued to unfold in the dead of night.

Along the borders of the Uchiha clan, a group of highly trusted Anbu members, handpicked by Sarutobi Hiruzen himself, lay in wait, poised to capture any Uchiha clan members who might attempt to slip through the cracks. These elite operatives were all members of the Sarutobi clan, individuals whom Hiruzen had complete faith in and knew would not betray their mission.

The stakes were high, and even renowned elites like Kakashi were not permitted to participate in this operation. Only those who had proven themselves to be completely loyal to the Hokage and the village could be trusted with this critical task.

In The Uchiha Clan:

"It's finally the day…" Inside the Uchiha clan, in a shabby hut, a voice said like he was waiting for this day to come to he known this day would come.

Just at this moment a mechanical voice sounded in his mind.

The young man was Uchiha Kenya, the captain of the Uchiha Guard Unit under Uchiha Fugaku. Despite being only 16 years old, he had already reached the strength level of Jōnin, making him a valuable member of the clan. However, his talent paled in comparison to the likes of Shisui and Uchiha Itachi, who were considered to be true geniuses.

Despite this, Uchiha Fugaku valued Kenya's loyalty and dedication to the clan. He was considered to be a caretaker of sorts, always looking out for the members of the Uchiha clan. It was this trait that made him indispensable to Fugaku and the clan as a whole.

As Kenya stood in his hut, he knew that something big was about to happen. He could feel it in his bones. Little did he know that tonight would be the night that would change the fate of the Uchiha clan forever.

Uchiha Fugaku has recognized the potential in Uchiha Kenya and sees him as a promising young man whom he can train to be his son's Itachi's right-hand man. Uchiha Shisui, on the other hand, despite being extremely talented, was at odds with the village and the clan, causing Fugaku to be dissatisfied with him.

What Uchiha Fugaku is unaware of is that Uchiha Kenya's body is now occupied by a soul from Earth, and he has crossed over into the world of 'Naruto.' Upon crossing over, he learned that he arrived at the critical moment when Uchiha Itachi and high-ranking Konoha officials are about to initiate a plan to eradicate the Uchiha clan.

The despair he felt was indescribable, but his cheat gained from the traversal came to his mind at that time.

Before crossing into the Naruto world, Kenya was playing a mobile game based on the Naruto series. He couldn't remember the exact name of the game, but he knew it was related to the Naruto franchise.

After a night of gaming, he turned off his mobile phone and went to sleep. However, he woke up in a completely unknown body and a strange world – the world of Naruto.

It was an overwhelming experience for him, but what was more astonishing was that he had gained Aizen Sōsuke's template ability.

Over the next three months, Kenya spent his time practicing and mastering his abilities in the system space.

Finally, he succeeded in manifesting Zanpakutō on his waist, which was the Shikai of Kyōka Suigetsu.

However, his power was only at 10% of the Aizen Sōsuke template power.

Kenya realized that he was not powerful enough to challenge the whole Konoha Village, especially not Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Obito, known as Uchiha Madara to some.

Knowing the risk, he decided to leave Konoha Village. Through Reiatsu's perception, Kenya could sense that the breath of the Uchiha's clan people was rapidly diminishing. He believed it was Uchiha Itachi who was behind it.

Kenya's voice rang out in the quiet hut, "For the sake of the village, personally bury your own people, is this your path to peace? Uchiha Itachi." His tone was a bit complicated as he talked to himself.

He had travelled to this world and had no nostalgia for his previous life, as his only relative, his grandfather, had passed away a few years ago. In this world, in order to survive, he had trained like a devil or a slave for three months without much rest.

Whenever he had free time, he would begin to train even harder, knowing that he had to survive the genocide night no matter what. He hadn't even negotiated with protagonists like Kakashi or Naruto.

However, in Kenya's view, Uchiha Itachi's approach was really impossible to understand.

Along the way, Kenya could smell the stench of blood, indicating that it was too late to step out of the Uchiha clan. Suddenly, he was confronted by Shinnosuke, who was accompanied by five masked Anbu ninjas.

Shinnosuke asked coldly, "Uchiha Kenya, where are you going?"

Kenya replied flatly, "I've a bit insomnia, yeah-I want to go out and take a walk."

Shinnosuke, in a cold and authoritative tone, commanded Kenya to go back, stating that he couldn't leave.

Kenya sneered at the official authority, questioning why a Shinobi of Konoha village needed Anbu to tell him whether to walk or not.

Shinnosuke ignored Kenya's question and reminds himself that he had received his father's kill order.

Kenya knew that the Uchiha clan members, except for Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Sasuke, would not survive tonight. Before Kenya could react, the four Anbu ninjas on both sides of him drew their swords.

However, just before they could attack, Kenya pulled out his Zanpakutō, Kyōka Suigetsu, which was hanging on his waist, and activated its ability, shattering the perception of the Anbu ninjas.

Uchiha Kenya confidently shouted, "Shatter! Kyōka Suigetsu!" The next moment, the four Anbu ninjas were taken aback by Kenya's words, which were spoken with a ghostly tone.

He then asked them with a slight smile, "You guys, did you see my sword?" The Anbu ninjas were startled and looked around for Kenya's sword, but before they could even locate it, Kenya had already appeared next to them in the blink of an eye.

The suddenness of his movement left them all surprised and confused. The four of them reflexively slashed their swords in different directions, hitting each other instead of Kenya.

The sound of the swords slicing through flesh echoed in the air, and blood spurted out from the injured Anbu ninjas. Except for Shinnosuke, who managed to dodge the attack, the other four were severely injured by their own companions.
