Chapter Five: Time Skip and Beginnings

~2 years later~

The third ninja war that was happening throughout the whole of my childhood started to end. Jutsus kept being fired off by the iwa and kohona ninja at the final battlefield, Kanabi Bridge. Team Minato was off to save their teammate Rin Nohara who was captured when Minato and them got separated. Kakashi Hatake and Obito Uchiha were having their anime awakening moment, Obito got his sharingan awakened and Kakashi lost his left eye. As the team finally managed to save Rin, they were ambushed by the enemy and the time to act was now.

'When I first came to this world I didn't want to effect cannon unless I controlled all the variables. I decided that Obito will still get manipulated like in the original and my plans make it so there will be no double crossing like he managed to pull off with Madara. Akatsuki will be taken care of by Shisui who now won't become a 'will of fire' idiot and Naruto will gain a 'friend' of my choosing.'

Kakashi & Rin: "Obito!"

As Obito pushed Kakashi out of the way from a boulder and then got smashed over half of his body, but before Kakashi and Rin were able start looking at the site a blue zetsu appeared from the ground and took him away first.

~In the underground base~

A six year old boy could be seen on a very luxurious throne, behind him three individuals were standing respectfully, these figures could be identified as Night Zetsu, Seb, and Shisui. The reason all of these guys were in the throne room today was because they awaited for Obito to be delivered.

"How much longer do we have to wait? I want to capture Obito at the first possible moment where he gets crushed so that he wouldn't be able to give away one of his sharingan to Kakashi."

'Kamui is a cheat like power in naruto. In the anime Obito couldn't get hit by even the most powerful jutsu unless he made mistakes but it was all due to his kamui mangekyou sharingan ability that made him unbeatable. Obito in the original gave his sharingan to kakashi as he thought he would die, but as he survived and turned bad that became his worst choice as kakashi could access his powers late in the story and defeat him. This time Obito would now have both of his eyes thanks to timing and my blue zetsu.'

The three servants came forward and replied,

Night Zetsu: "Don't worry master, I've only brought the blue zetsu that finished their training to be commanded and take on missions. According to your plan he should be arriving any moment."

Seb: "Master, do you want some dangos while you wait? Trust in Niisan and relax."

Shisui: "I agree with you master, he should have been here before you even began to mention the issue. I should have been the one to capture Obito and bring him to you! I just want to start doing master's missions! I already finished training and already qualify as a kage rank ninja. Could you please command me next time master, I'll work extra hard and give it 100%!"

"Taking into account Night Zetsu's hellish training I will wait awhile longer, also I would like some dango and Shisui your mission starts as soon as Obito arrives. In the future I will mainly depend on you three to stand at the top of this world so work hard to never fail me."

Night Zetsu, Seb and Shisui: "Yes master!"

After a couple of minutes a blue zetsu appeared with an unconscious Obito.

Blue Zetsu: "I've brought the Konoha chunin Obito as requested master."

"Excellent work, stand by for further instructions."

Blue zetsu placed Obito in Seb's hands and stood to the side, then he started to walk over to me. Just like with Shisui, my hands began to glow blue and pull red energy from Obito's body, then infuse blue energy into him. I then looked at the system,

'Sebas, show the status of me and my servants'

Light particles started appearing in my hands, and a medicine bottle materialised. Seb came closer with Obito in his arms, I poured the medicine over Obito's body. After a few seconds his body started to glow and regrow his broken rightside until it looked normal again, then he started regaining consciousness.

Obito: "Wha..wah...what happened? Huh, who are you?"

Shisui: "Show some respect to master for saving your life."

Night Zetsu & Seb: "Yeah, be grateful."

"Be at ease Obito Uchiha, I saved you from the hidden leaf village that betrayed you."

Obito: "What betrayal? I have to go back to my frien..frie..fri, who? Master? I don't know why but I feel I have to be somewhere but also I don't. Why do I feel this way?"

"Don't worry, let me feel you in. During your mission at kanabi bridge, the hokage of konoha and elders decided to betray and kill you, well kill the Uchiha clan. A guy named Danzo manipulated konoha citizens and the idiot hokage to start hating your clan to get plenty of chances to kill you guys for your sharingan. That guy Kakashi who you called a friend was apart of the anbu black ops who report to the hokage. When you got ambushed and crushed he went to check if you had died and would have taken your sharingan if I didn't rescue you in time. So yeah, you have been betrayed, and I want your talents for some future world remanagement."

Obito took afew moments to think of what I said and what he has lived through, the shocking realisation that he was betrayed broke him, his dream of being hokage died with some crying. Although I already infused my will into Obito so that his mind is already influenced by me and my words. Now Obtio's world views broke.

Obito: "I, my friends, my clan, my village..sniff..sniff, those bastards. They don't deserve to run Konoha, Konoha doesn't deserve to prosper, no one does!"

"That's why I will lead this world and make all the decisions, no corruption if there is only my position in power. To be at the top you need power and strength which I will have in folds."

Obito: "I..I..I understand master, I will enforce your will upon this world and clear it of corruption."

"Great, you will now be called Tobi to the rest of the world as Obito died today but don't worry as everyone here will call you by your real name. Shisui, step forward.

Shisui: "Yes master! I've been waiting for this!"

"I want you to start your first mission, you will create an organisation called 'Akatsuki'. Your first objective is to collect S ranked criminal ninjas from across the elemental nations and start doing jobs to increase reputation and funds. The second objective is in the far future to collect tailed-beasts to reform ten-tails so that I become its jinchuuriki. The true objective of the akatsuki is to make me the most powerful and rule the world. Obito will be your right handman in the organisation and a blue zetsu will join as a regular member, you will report to me through blue zetsu any significant event that occurs in the future."

"Right, now Shisui will train Obito to improve your skills, but first."

'Sebas, take out two sharingan evolution pills'

[Understood master]

Once I got the pills I turned to shisui and Obito and handed them the pills.

"These pills will not only unlock the mangekyo sharingan, but give you eternal mangekyo sharingan. The eternal mangekyo sharingan is the final form of sharingan until it become rinnegan which needs hashirama cells which only Orochimaru and Danzo have. Getting it will be up to you."

Shisui & Obito: "Understood master!"

Obito looked at me and then at Shisui and said,

Obito: "Shisui-senpai, please take care of me."

Shisui: "Of course, I will get you up to speed and let you catch up to my level."

The signiture evil smile was plastered on Shisui as Night Zetsu did to Seb and Seb did to Shisui, now it was Shisui's turn to do it to Obito. The hellish training continues.

'Now the new akatsuki is under my control, just like the furture of this world. It will be mine!'
