Chapter 287: The Gathering of the Five Chosen Ones

Time moved into August.

The Dark Knight spent his days in a tiresome routine, rushing between the territories of the Sun and Moonlight Knights, either getting beaten up or lying flat to rest and wait for the next day's beating.

In contrast, Wayne had a lot more leisure time, busy dealing with Veronica and spending the rest of his time practicing and playing cards.

He learned swordsmanship from Mula, and Archery Art from Dreyne.

Mula was an extremely excellent teacher who held nothing back from his successor. Dreyne, on the other hand, was somewhat perfunctory, hastily finishing the day's lessons and dragging Wayne off to play cards.

That day, as expected, Dreyne lost all her chips and, with a promise from Wayne to play cards with her every day, agreed to teach him her archery skills.

Since Wayne wasn't the successor to the Moonlight Knight, Dreyne didn't take teaching him seriously and was only concerned about him showing up on time to play cards.
