Tang Jin had slept for over an hour during her afternoon nap.
When she woke up, her small body was still curled up in Tang Chuang's arms, with her chubby little hands rubbing her own cat-like eyes, her cheeks rosy from sleep, as she softly yawned.
Tang Chuang leaned against the headboard, with his laptop placed on a small table next to him. At the moment, he cradled Tang Jin with one hand and operated the computer with the other, his eyes drooped, and his lips slightly pursed.
The room was quiet with no one else around.
Little Milk Jin lazily turned over in his arms and peeked out her little head.
"Where's grandpa?"
Tang Chuang looked down at her and casually pinched her cheek.
"Your Second Aunt was in an elevator that fell from the third floor and is now unconscious. Your grandpa has gone there."
Little Milk Jin took a moment to respond, blinking her eyes, "I see."
"What do you mean, 'I see'? What did our Little Immortal say before?"
