"Should be?" Lucas Griffin's eyes slightly darkened as he frowned, "I need an exact answer!"
Jonas Jox inwardly felt distressed, knowing that his response would result in Brother Kirin's reprimand. But Sir Hugh was elusive as a dragon that showed its head but not its tail—getting this much information on him was already a feat of great effort.
Seeing the helpless expression on Jonas Jox's face, Lucas Griffin snorted lightly, "It seems this Sir Hugh is no simple character. When does the gemstone gambling start tonight?"
Jonas Jox looked at his watch, "It starts at seven, there's still an hour and a half."
Lucas Griffin put down the document and stood up to leave.
"Brother Kirin, are you going?"
"Obviously!"
Jonas Jox hurriedly followed him.
The two men left the study and encountered Amanda Jenkins, who had changed clothes and was about to go out.
Lucas Griffin asked with concern, "Where are you headed? You've just come back. Why not rest properly?"
