Back to the present,
Whipped back to the past and returned to the present, Mah-man Rider (Gogo Satoru), remembered his debut as a superhero. Thanks to his contributions to busting an underground boosting operation, he was automatically regarded as a hero.
Back then, he didn't even need to take the test, and the girl who promised to take it with him also passed the licensure examination. It was the start of his journey as a powerless superhero.
(Knighthawk, Class 3-1's homeroom teacher and also a powerless superhero, came to the scene a year or so later. Since then, the appearance of powerless superheroes had become more common.)
