Izuku sat in the living room of his mother's new home. After it was confirmed that the league was dealt with Inko told him the real reason she'd decided to move. Gran Torino along with Tsukauchi had relocated her on suspicion of the league knowing where she was, which turned out to be true later when Shigaraki had attacked his home and been ambushed by Gran Torino.

Now that the league was dealt with his mother had bought a new place where he was currently residing along with Eri. Today was the day he was supposed to head to Kamino Ward and as such he hadn't been able to sleep last night. Izuku had tossed and turned all night before finally giving up and deciding to sit in the living room until morning which it now was. He took a deep breath and released it slowly as he stood up and headed to his room to get fully dressed.

After dressing and completing his morning routine he stepped out of the bathroom to see Eri standing there in white and gold pajamas and a small t-shirt with a green J on the front. He scratched his head as he saw his hero symbol on the chest of the shirt. Eri was probably his biggest fan besides his mother. He was pretty sure his mother owned every piece of merchandise associated with him.

"Hey Eri what are you doing up?" He asked kneeling down to her level. Eri looked at Izuku and smiled.

"I couldn't wait to go see the hero rankings." She whispered as Izuku smiled.

"I know Eri, but it won't start until this afternoon. I'm going to head out on patrol now, so I'll see you later ok." He said holding his fist out to her which Eri bumped with her fist. "Alright see you later." Izuku said before feeling Eri hug his leg with all the strength she could muster.

"Be careful." She said looking up at him with those intense red eyes of hers. Eri had been more adamant about him staying safe lately. Combining that with his mother and well it was a wonder he could leave the house at all. He thought before rubbing Eri's head.

"I will Eri I promise." Izuku said as Eri detached from his leg with a smile and her nod of approval. Izuku petted her head before walking out of the front door and looked at the morning sunrise and took a deep breath. The air was crisp as he lifted into the sky only to hear a voice from behind him.

"Hey JForce." Izuku looked behind him to see Miruko standing on one of the rooftops. He looked her over seeing that she had healed rather well, though she was still not quite fit for hero duty noting the sling her left arm was in. Thankfully it had been able to be reattached, but it would take a little longer before she was in tip top shape again.

"Hi Miruko how are you feeling?" He asked as he flew over to stand next to her.

"Oh I'm raring to go but I'm still on light duty." She said with a sigh as she looked at him. "What about you? Excited for this afternoon?" She asked elbowing him in the side. Izuku coughed from that and blushed.

"Uh yeah I am and I'm kind of nervous at the same time. This is what I've always wanted, but I didn't think it would happen this soon." He said rubbing the back of his head as Miruko smirked.

"Well don't freak out about it just enjoy it, and remember what I said once you've matured a little I'll make you mine." She said grabbing him by the collar and bringing his face inches away from hers. Izuku swallowed at that before the conversation he had with Jiro ran through his mind.

"Umm Miruko now that you've said that there's something I should tell you." Izuku said before going into detail about his multiple relationships. After he was done he expected Miruko to kick him off the roof or something worse, but she stood there staring at him for a moment her eyes locked onto him.

"Well that's…unexpected I didn't think you were such a predator Izuku. Still I'm not surprised about the Pussycats. Having you around would obviously be too much for those cats in heat. As for your classmates hormones and such speak volumes. I can tell you're waiting for me to kick the hell out of you, but I'm not angry. Surprised, definitely, but if you think I'm going to let you go just because of something like that you have another thing coming. I never back down from a challenge. I still intend to make you mine." She said ruffling his hair.

"Now that you've gotten that off your chest I'll get out of your hair for now. I'll see you at the Billboard rankings." She said before launching off the rooftop and receding into the distance. Izuku watched her go.

"Well that was…easier than I thought." He said scratching his head and thought about going to see the Pussycats, but thought better of it, besides they might show up at the Billboard rankings. "Well I should get to work." He said flying into the sky.

"What do you think Gran Torino?" Tsukauchi asked as the two of them looked down at the headless body of Tomura Shigaraki. Gran Torino sighed.

"I think this boy is another casualty of All for One's greed and I feel sorry for him. Other than that I think his body should be burned immediately." Gran Torino stated as he looked at Tsukauchi who nodded.

"I understand your feelings Gran Torino, but a lot could be learned from All for One and Shigaraki's body. Personally I agree that Shigaraki's body should be destroyed and everything regarding All for One and One for All should be kept under lock and key or even better expunged." Tsukauchi sighed. "But that's not my call." He said as Gran Torino threw the sheet back over Tomura's body.

"I know Tsukauchi, but let's talk about something you do know more about. What's going to happen with the League Members? I know that Dabi, Kurogiri, Twice, Spinner, and Compress their fates are sealed, but the girl I hear they might show her some leniency given her age." Tsukauchi walked over to the door holding it open for Gran Torino before shutting it after both had left the morgue.

"You have sharp ears Gran Torino, and yes that is what's being debated. Toga is by far the youngest league member, but her crimes are far from excusable. Mr. Compress and Twice have no murders on their sheet, mostly just theft and burglary. If they were younger they might get a deal as well. Toga on the other hand is a known murderer with several murders on her not to mention the three counts of assault on heroes. Still she's a minor so the courts might show leniency and of course her psych evaluation will play a big part in that decision as well."

Gran Torino stroked his beard before looking at Tsukauchi. "Toshi trusted your judgement a lot Tsukauchi, so I'll ask you. What do you think of the girl do you think she can be rehabilitated, or is she just a bomb ready to go off as soon as she gets the chance?" Gran Torino asked. Tsukauchi sighed as he cupped his chin.

"It's hard to say honestly. Toga is very intelligent so it is possible that she is just playing the system, but I also think that nothing she's done was through true malice. I honestly believe that she believes the act of murder and cutting is a sign of love and devotion. If she were to get the proper help, along with a morally strong support system she could be reformed or at least learn to manage her killer instincts." Gran Torino looked at Tsukauchi and nodded.

"If it does come to that give me a call. I think I have someone in mind who can help with that." He said as Tsukauchi nodded.

"Of course sir."

"Please Mr. Aizawa!" The majority of class 1-A pleaded to their teacher who sighed for what felt like the hundredth time that day.

"How many times do I have to tell you no? I am not signing off on all of you going to Kamino for the hero rankings. If you're that excited about it watch it on TV or something." He said shaking his head. The hero classes of UA had been sent to Shiketsu until UA was rebuilt and as such he had to come as well.

"Boo Mr. Aizawa! Izuku was your student as well shouldn't you want to be there in person to see him get his first placing on the hero billboard? This only happens once in a hero's career their first true debut. How can you not go and therefore not take us? Mina asked as Aizawa's eyes glowed red.

"If all of you don't want extra homework for the rest of the month I suggest you all leave and take Ashido with you!" He growled. The class took their teacher at his word and quickly extracted Ashido from his presence.

"Well that was a bust guess we will just watch it on TV." Kirishima said disappointed, but they had all known the chance of success was abysmal at best. Even though some of his classmates were disappointed the girls in the class seemed as if their very souls had been crushed by Aizawa's denial. "Come on guys it's not so bad watching it on TV." He said trying to cheer them up.

"I guess you're right." Momo said composing herself and looking at the rest of the class. "Come on everyone let's get back to the dorm. I'll make my special blend of tea as we watch." She said as Sato smiled.

"Good idea Yaoyorozu I think I'll bake something special as well." At this statement the mood was lifted right into the stratosphere.

"Thank you Sato!" Everyone cheered as they headed back to the dorm.

Bakugou stood in the gym flexing his arm. Looking at it he could hardly believe that it had been severed several days ago. There wasn't even a scar. Still Bakugou wasn't so naïve as to believe that this gift came without consequences so he'd been testing it and it seemed his wariness had been unfounded. "I guess it really is just as it seems." He said clenching his fist repeatedly.

At this moment Katsuki felt true relief flood his body as he released a long breath. "Thanks kid." He whispered.

Izuku looked at the group of criminals as they were herded into a police van. "Thanks JForce. As soon as you arrived they all just surrendered themselves. You're becoming like the new All Might." The older cop said with a grateful grin. Izuku scratched his head at that. It wasn't the first time that he'd heard something like this, but it was still kind of hard to accept just like that.

"I'm just here to help." He said with a smile as he shook the older man's hand before parting ways. Now that he'd handled the situation Izuku looked around and noticed where he was. "Hmm I think she was in a hospital around here." He said taking off into the sky to get a bird's eye view. "Yeah that's the one." He said heading towards a nearby hospital.

Izuku landed outside the hospital and walked in. As he entered the lobby the nurse at the desk took notice of him. "Oh my you're JForce right?" She asked as Izuku smiled and nodded.

"Yes that's me. Excuse me; do you have a patient here by the name of Minami Aiba?" He asked as the nurse sat back and got on her computer and nodded.

"Yes we do. Did she do something wrong?" The nurse asked worried. Izuku immediately shook his head.

"No, no nothing like that I was just hoping I could maybe check in and see how she's doing." He said as the nurse looked at Izuku and smiled.

"That's so sweet of you, do you know her?" The nurse asked. Izuku once more shook his head.

"Umm not really I was there when she was taken to the hospital and I just wanted to check in with her." He said as the elevator dinged announcing its arrival. Izuku's eyes shot over to the elevator as the door opened and out of it stepped the very person he was looking for. "Uh thanks, but never mind that's her." He said as he walked over. Minami was dressed in a black skirt and a white t-shirt. Over her shoulder was a small duffel bag. Izuku approached her. "Um Minami Aiba right?" He asked getting her attention. Her pink eyes rose up to meet Izuku's and her face flushed.

"JForce, what are you doing here?" She asked as Izuku kneeled down to look her in the eye.

"Sorry to surprise you I just wanted to see how you were doing. Are you sure you should be leaving so soon?" He asked. Minami stepped back a little before composing herself.

"I'm fine I wasn't all that injured. Besides I-I need to attend a funeral." She said as Izuku saw her eyes glisten.

"Oh I'm sorry for taking your time. I'm glad you're ok." He said standing up and stepping to the side. Minami walked past him, but before she completely passed him she turned to face him.

"I never got the chance to say this, so I'll say it now. Thank you I-I would've been killed without you." She said before hurrying past. Izuku watched her go and nodded.

"Anytime Minami Aiba!" He yelled after her before heading for the door himself. The alarm Izuku had set on his phone went off telling him the Billboard Rankings would start in an hour. After turning it off Izuku leapt into the sky. "Well now's the time." He said as he began flying to Kamino Ward.

As Izuku neared Kamino someone else joined him. He looked to the side to see Hawks flying beside him. "Well, well if it isn't the guest of honor. You ready for this newbie?" Hawks asked as the two landed on the roof of the stadium. Izuku swallowed and took a deep breath.

"I think so, but I'm still kind of nervous." Izuku said rolling his shoulders as they entered through the rooftop door.

"Don't sweat it kiddo you'll do fine. There's really no way you can mess this up. Just wait until they call your name thank the people and give a bow. It's easy I've done this a few times. At the end of the day all everybody wants is a smile and a wave." Hawks said as the two entered the backstage of the stadium.

As they entered the backstage Izuku saw heroes he knew very well. There was of course Miruko and even Endeavor. There were others like Kamui Woods and Crust as well. As soon as Izuku entered eyes turned to him. Izuku stopped and looked around before Crust walked over to him and grabbed his hand only to shake it vigorously. "Izuku Midoriya; JForce it is an honor to meet you! You're heroic spirit at UA was incredible! I wish I could have been there in person." The older man shouted ecstatically. Izuku smiled as his whole body was shook by the force of Crust's handshake.

"T-thank you s-s-sir!" He said trying to steady himself in hopes of not biting off his tongue from the vigorous shaking. Hawks stepped to the side as other heroes approached the young JForce and so Izuku wouldn't see him laughing.

Miruko shook her head. "That Crust." She said as Endeavor made his way over cutting through the throng of heroes to stand before Izuku.

"You came, that's good." He said as Izuku straightened up in Endeavor's presence.

"Yes sir I'm glad to be here and once more thank you for training me!" Izuku shouted with earnest. Endeavor stood there looking at the boy and nodded.

"Well just get ready it'll be starting soon." He said before walking away, and as if on cue the backstage was flooded with beauticians and stage crew. Izuku was snatched away by a trio of beauticians as they began to work on him touching up his face and suit making him look as if he'd just stepped out of a sealed package. As they worked him over they chatted vigorously about him and everything. It was so fast that Izuku could barely get a word in edgewise.

As fast as they had appeared they were gone and Izuku was instructed to wait behind the massive curtain until called for. As he stood there waiting he could hear the announcer speak starting the entire event by welcoming everyone there and thanking them for coming. As Izuku listened he also took deep breaths to keep himself relaxed.

At the Shiketsu dorms the common room was packed with students as they watched the start of the Billboard rankings took place. "This is so exciting!" Mina shouted practically jittering in place.

"Is it bad that I'm so nervous?" Ochaco asked as she continually wrung her hands. Even Tsu who was usually unreadable had a slight excited smile.

"I don't think so. I mean this is big. Izuku might just shatter the record for youngest pro hero since Hawks." Toru said smiling from ear to ear. As everyone gathered around the TV Bakugou sat in the back across from Todoroki.

"What do you think Bakugou?" Todoroki asked as Bakugou shrugged.

"If he doesn't get at least the top five I plan on kicking his ass." Bakugou said as Todoroki gave him a sidelong glance.

"You have a very unique way of cheering on your friend." Todoroki said as Bakugou frowned.

"Nobody fucking asked you!" He shouted before hearing several shushes from the students watching TV. Bakugou glared at them all until they turned back around.

"Ladies and gentlemen now that we have got the greetings out of the way I would like to present the new top ten heroes of this Billboard Ranking. First of all in Tenth place a woman who needs no introduction, but we'll give her one anyway. She like many other brave heroes took part in the Shie Hassaikai raid RYUKYU!" The announcer shouted as the Dragoon hero walked from behind the curtain and gave a wave as she entered onto the stage. The crowd exploded into applause for her.

"Please I don't deserve this rank. I thank all of you for thinking I should have it, but there was more I could have done. All I can say is that I will work that much harder to live up to your expectations." She said with a bow.

"How humble ladies and gentlemen the saying rings true with Ryukyu more than anyone else. A hero's work is never done." The announcer stated before prepping the crowd for the next kheroes those being Yoroi Mushi, Kamui Woods, and Crust. Kamui tool a moment to speak. "I recently joined Edgeshot's hero team and though he may still be recuperating in the hospital I will say that I won't waste the opportunity he gave me. I will bear this rank proudly as a member of his team and as hero."

Crust smiled at Kamui's heartfelt speech. "Well said Kamui Woods I will also redouble my efforts as a hero even though I couldn't be at his side during his last stand in Kamino I hope to hold up the ideals of All Might in everything I do. Thank you for showing us the way All Might!" He shouted fervently. Mirko scratched one of her ears trying to come back from Crust's shouting.

"I don't have any flashy speeches or anything like that. All I have to say is that any villain who wishes to cause trouble I will stomp you out no matter what." She said stamping her foot against the stage. The announcer took a somber stance at what she said next.

"Unfortunately our fifth and fourth heroes were not able to make it to this event due to injury on the job. Those heroes being the currently fifth ranked hero Edge shot and the fourth ranked hero Best Jeanist. Let us all remember what they've done as heroes and give them our best wishes." She said bowing her head fora moment. After a brief moment of silence the announcer picked herself back up.

"Now then we have come to the meat of the event the top three heroes in all of Japan. All ten of these heroes are the best, but these three are the cream of the crop so let's not keep them waiting. Our third ranked hero is….HAWKS!" At this Hawks came around from the curtain looking extremely bored and uninterested, but he was able to give off a few waves as the crowd cheered.

"Thank you, thank you everyone." He said simply. The announcer smiled at Hawks.

"Oh still so cool that's Hawks everyone." She said pointing at the hero who gave a small smile. They probably think I'm upset about being dropped to third place, but they seem to forget the only reason any of us were promoted was because of All Might's death. None of us really earned it so losing it isn't that big of a deal to me. He thought to himself as the Announcer went on.

"Now our second ranked hero we're almost there folks. This is truly unprecedented and has never happened before. The youngest hero to date to earn a Pro Hero license and claim the second spot in the hero rankings! Izuku Midoriya better known as JForce!" As the announcer spoke the curtains opened to reveal Izuku who slowly stepped out onto the stage to overwhelming applause.

"Is there anything you want to say JForce?" The announcer asked before handing him the mic. Izuku took a breath and looked out over the crowd. He could see his mother and Eri in the crowd and smiled at them.

"Umm yes there is something I want to say. First off I'd like to thank you all for believing in me enough to award me the number two hero spot. I won't let you down. Growing up I wanted to be just like All Might, but after entering UA and going through everything I've been through. I now know that no one can be All Might. We all not just heroes, but everyone can and has to be their own hero and make the world a better place in their own way. That is what I promise you. I will continue to make this world a better place in a way only I can!" He shouted and raised his fist.

"And that's how it went All Might. Endeavor remained number one hero. I wasn't too bummed about it. Hawks said the only reason I wasn't given the number one hero spot was because of my age. The hero committee couldn't exactly put someone so young in that spot." Izuku said sitting against All Might's grave. The stone statue had been weathered and aged over the years, but the hero's smile could still be seen smiling down on all there. "I should have come sooner, but everything got so busy after I took the number two hero spot." Izuku said before rubbing his short cut green hair.

"Ok to be honest I didn't want to come here until today because I was kind of ashamed. It took me another six years from then to tell you this. I did it All Might I am now officially the number one hero. Endeavor really wasn't easy to overcome, but I finally did and I wanted to tell you the whole story only after I had made it this far." Izuku said smiling as he stood up. Izuku Midoriya twenty one years old. The Number one hero of Japan stood at six feet his frame filled out with muscle, but still quite lithe. He wasn't the tower of muscle that All Might had been, but anyone could see strength in his frame.

Izuku's unruly hair was cut shorter in an effort to maintain his ruffled hair. He was dressed in a black and green suit with thick gloves and metallic boots. "Thank you All Might for giving me your power, and for giving me the chance to live my dream. I hope I've lived up to your expectations." Izuku said as he placed his fist against the gravestone before turning away and heading outside the graveyard. Waiting for him there were Toru, Ashido, and Jiro. "Sorry that took so long." Izuku said as he looked at the three of them who shook their heads.

"Don't sweat it babe we knew it would. I'm glad you got to say everything you wanted to him." Ashido said as Izuku nodded. Jiro pressed a finger to her ear and nodded.

"Sorry Izuku, but we need to get going. There's some Liberation army activity at Kamino. Momo and Shoto are requesting back up." Izuku nodded.

"Alright then let's go." He said as a pair of jet black wings sprouted from his back and from those wings shot black tendrils which wrapped around Mina, Jiro, and Toru. Izuku flew into the air with the three of them before flying towards Kamino.
