Chapter 90: Wedding of many tails P1

MiMi hadn't slept all night excitement and worry over took her. Today was the day she would become Mrs MiMi Lanxian she smiled brightly imaging Dominic calling her MiMi for the first time and screamed into her pillow in excitement.

She jumped up out the bed and went to the mirror admiring her reflection, "Mrs MiMi Lanxian" she said to her reflection shyly clasping her hands to her now burning cheeks. She grabbed her phone excited and to read what public opinion on her an Dominic was today. She had hoped no one would have noticed she had altered Dominic's smile in their wedding photos. She clicked on one of her favourite gossip columns and as expected the headline read;

[THE WAIT IS OVER! Today we'll have our official Mr and Mrs Lanxian]

Comments from the public was flooding in below the article, with many envying MiMi, but she was annoyed to see that people had realised her photo editing on Dominic.

MiMi closed her phone in annoyance, she turned to looked at the huge canvas of her and Dominic above her bed and bitterness filled her heart. "I'll make you smile for real for me one day, you must feel something for me otherwise you wouldn't have agreed to marry me right?", she said disappointingly to the image of Dominic on her wall.

As she was lost in thought thinking of how her life with Dominic will be after marriage her mother walks in, "MiMI stop daydreaming and come let's make our way to the venue", Mrs WuXain said smiling, "okay mother" MiMi bounced back to her excited self, as they headed out of the room Mrs WuXain stopped in her tracks and turned to look at MiMi "I can't believe you're going to be a married woman today, my beautiful Alpha daughter marrying the countries most elite alpha…. Am so proud of you sweetie" she spoke gently embracing MiMI into her arms.

"Ahhh Ma stop...do this when am actually ready, now let's go I want to check out the decorations" she beamed pulling her mother by the wrist.

At the Lanxian family mansion Dominic awoke with Kang Lei wrapped in his arms. He smiled the second he laid his eyes on his lover, remembering the previous day, yesterday was the most amazing day of both their lives. "yesterday must have worn you out huh" he whispered gently kissing Kang Lei on his forehead.

Dominic looked at the time and smirked, Today was the day he had been waiting for a long time.

"Mrs Lanxian wake up" he stroke Kang Lei's cheeks gently, Kang Lei stirred slightly burying his head further into Dominic's chest, "mmmmmm…. Five more minutes" he replied. Dominic smiled at how lazy Kang Lei had become lately, "you've been sleeping a lot lately, normally you're the first awake… am I wearing you out too much each night" he jokingly teased.

Kang Lei raised his head to be greeted by Dominic's cheeky grin reflecting back at him.

"What you so smug about? how about I make you sleep in the guest room tonight?"

Dominic looked at Kang Lei with pleading eyes, "now honey what have I done to deserve such a punishment".

"Breath" kang Lei fired back.

"Well in that case I'll stop breathing" Dominic held his breath refusing to breath, startling Kang Lei, "stop being silly and breath" he lightly scolded, but Dominic shock his head no still holding his breath. Kang Lei panicked when he saw Dominic's face turning red, "okay, okay, okay… I won't make you sleep in the guest room" he said defeated again by his weakness for Dominic.

Dominic took a deep breath "promise me you'll never make me sleep there even if your mad" he made sure to seize the moment while he can.

Kang Lei glared at him "such a opportunist, fine you win…now get up and get ready you have your wedding to attend"

"Yes my love, but first how about you mark me with your scent" he gently kissed Kang Lei on his lips while running his hands over his body.

MiMi on the other hand had just arrived at the wedding venue with her mother and had wanted to see how the decorations was coming along to be told this wasn't possible. "How dear you tell me I can't enter this is my wedding I have every right to enter" she barked at the Daniel and the wedding organisers.

"Miss WuXain we have been directly instructed by Mr Lanxian to not let you and your family enter till the time of the ceremony. Our apologise Miss WuXain, but please may I ask for you and your mother to head upstairs to the bridal room for your preparation, we promise everything will be perfect by time you're ready to walk down the aisle". Daniel responded respectfully.

"You better have everything prepared in time and exactly as we have agreed otherwise there'll be hell to pay!" Shouted Mrs WuXain looking displeasingly at Daniel.

MiMi scoffed at she left the area "so useless" she muttered.

Daniel and the wedding organise silently watched the mother and daughter disappear into the distance. "Hump, so this is going to be an interesting wedding" The Wedding planner commented folding his arms. "It sure will indeed, where you sitting?" Daniel asked excited for what's to come.

"At the front of course, who sits at the back when such drama is taking place, I need to be the first to witness and have my camera ready to record. Oh come to think of it I need to charge the battery I don't want to miss a thing, see you in a few hours for the show" the wedding planner whistled happily away leaving a laughing Daniel behind.

By the time MiMi had gotten ready there was only twenty minutes left till the ceremony. everyone in the bridal room looked at her in amazement, she was indeed beautiful. for her dress she had decided on a figure hugging, limited edition Chanel Couture dress with a long train and light shimmering laced with diamonds decorating her tiny waist, her make up was neutral with a soft tone of sun kissed peach on her eyes and lips, her hair pinned up with small decorative flowers and a strand of hair left out in her face. She truly looked like a Porcelain doll, refine and elegantly designed.

"Wow honey you look amazing, am sure Dominic will be amazed when he see you" complimented a proud Mr WuXain, with everyone in the room agreeing she sure did look beautiful.

"Thank you daddy, I can't believe this day has finally arrived, I have been waiting for this day since I was young and now finally I'll become Mrs MiMi Lanxian" she smiled brightly in the mirror picking up her peach and white bouquet and taking one last glance at her reflection.

"Miss WuXain, Mr Lanxian and his family are here, can you and your family make your way down to the ceremony hall" Daniel walked into the room to inform them, MiMi nodded her head linking her arm with her father and with her mother beside her they headed out.

Everything appeared normal, the decorations on the outside of the hall was done beautifully as Mimi had wanted. As they stood outside the large double doors MiMi's heart raced, excitement and happiness filling her body. However the moment the doors was opened to the hall MiMi and her parents opened their eyes wide in shock, this was by far their worst nightmare coming through.
