"Brother, I missed you so much!" Frank yelled as he flew into his brother's embrace. "I'm so glad to have you over for a month. The rest of his family streamed in with their luggages.

"Frank, my boy! I think you've gotten fatter!"

"Quiet, you prick," Frank laughed as they left their luggages to the servants before walking into the room.

"Lucky man! Your wife is so beautiful!" Frank's brother said as Serene stood in the common room. They came over to sit down on some chairs.

"Right?"

"Must be exciting sleeping next to her!"

"It's why I have these dark eye circles," Frank laughed.

Oh, sincerely, how Serene wished that had been true.

"Shall I call for refreshments?" Serene asked them.

"No, thank you."

"Maybe you could be the refreshment," his brother said and that instantly put a frown on her face. She was going to have to put up with this horrible man? It was early morning and he already reeked of alcohol. She may be desperate for a baby but she would never stoop so low.

"Shut up," Frank said, laughing. Laughing? This was funny to him?

"Get the thing you mentioned you would for me, Frank."

Frank nodded his head and left the room. Serene looked around. She was alone with the creep. He looked her up and down, his mouth almost drooling.

"Beautiful thing you are," he said as he got up from his seat to approach her.
