Preparation

It has been 2 days since the disciples have initiated their breakthrough after the lecture and successfully reach the foundation building realm. 

After that break through Jian has satisfied all conditions to upgrade the sect to a 2 star sect but he didn't immediately upgrade the sect.he is still preparing and after having perfect preparation then only he will initiate the upgrade to the 2 stars sect.
