Having understood the whole story, Dylan Flack felt as if the dark clouds hanging over him had vanished in an instant.
Dylan kept rummaging through his drawer, and Ivy Grant had no idea what he was looking for.
"What are you doing?" Ivy walked over to Dylan's side, unable to see anything from behind him.
"I'm looking for the matching rings I bought before."
Matching rings? Ivy thought seriously, was it as she assumed?
"What matching rings, you mean rings? How come I don't know about them? When did you buy them? How come I didn't know?"
Nevermind, it doesn't matter if she doesn't know. Dylan didn't want to explain too much; he just planned to give the gift to Dad and Mom later.
"Hurry up and come down, or they'll have finished eating!"
Dylan found a small box. Ivy only caught a glimpse before Dylan pulled her downstairs.
Once downstairs, Dylan quickly turned his head, as he truly hadn't expected the two people below to be so affectionately entwined.
