Eight Years Later

Shiro kneeled down and bowed in front of Damion.

"Master, please teach me everything. I want to be a true pirate."

After hearing that, Damion couldn't help but smirk.

He hated pirates and despised them for some reason.

So when Shiro mentioned about becoming a pirate, he was against it.

He didn't want to teach a child to rob or kill others. A basic self-defense teaching was enough, but any more and Shiro could go towards a worse route.

However, he realized something. In fact, he knew about this from the start.

Only a pirate can claim and keep the treasure for himself.

A pirate isn't bound by any laws. In fact, those are the people who break the laws.

If Shiro were to join the Anti-Pirate Federation or the Sea Federation and was happen to find a treasure, then all the credit would go to his superior, if any.
