27: The seduction of a Maggot

SAM'S POV

"Let go of me you shit!" Galit na sigaw ko rito sabay kawala mula sa mariin nitong pagkakahawak sa damit ko.

"Can you at least lower your voice, woman??!" Inis namang sigaw nito after he had let me go.

The small lampshade near the black dwarfsized couch was the only thing that provides light in that room kaya kahit papano, I can still see his face throwing an icecold glare at me.

"Wala kang pakialam kung magsisigaw pako rito, bweset ka!" Pasigaw paring sagot ko riro habang nanggalaiti na sa inis.

"How dare you to just drag me like that??!!! I didn't came here para tratuhin mo lang ng ganun-ganun, na hihilahilahin mo na lang as if I am some rabid dog that needs to be leashed!!! Nababaliw ka na ba talaga huh??? Gusto ko ng matulog at makapagpahinga but then you have stupidly dragged me here for what?! Anong gusto mong gawin ko rito huh? To kill you??? Then fine! Game on!" I added with short breath sabay kapa sa likuran ko where I fortunately hid my gun.

I think today is the perfect time to end my Calvary!

The bastard just shook his head and let out a sigh before he wheeled around with stiffed back saka naglakad patungo sa may dingding, ignoring my threat.

This shit!

"Mr del fuero!! Do you happen to lose your elephantine ears kaya di mo'ko nariri-----"

I suddenly stopped and blinked my eyes a few times when the light suddenly flooded all over the room, blinding me for a few moment. But when my eyes were able to adjust with the light, I was able to study the details of his room. It was indeed small but not as small as my apartment back in the Philippines.

The wall was in cream color where a few small sized paintings were hanged on it. A single sized bed with pristine white sheets just a few meter from the couch was inviting me to lay on it.

Dahilan para biglang masala ang unis ko rito as my sleepiness came back.

Kahit gaano pa kaliit ang kamang 'yon, I won't even mind that right now.

"Fortunately, Hindi pa naman ako nabibingi, Ms. Javier at kung pwede, tumahimik ka nga?? I'm trying to rest my mind and you aren't helping me at all with you shouting like a mad lion."

When he growled that out, gad na namang unit ang ulo ko rito.

"At mas lalong hindi ka nakakatulong sa'kin. Where do you think I'd go right now when Captain Mason, the only person who kindly offered a place for me to stay was surely out there, papunta na sa kung saang lupalop ito nakatira sa lugar na'to! Saan mo'ko balak patulugin ngayon?? Sa daan? Sa---"

"You can take my couch..."

"Your what???!" Shocked na tanong ko rito as my murderous eyes narrowed into superthin slits when I heard that atrocity from him.

I think my teeth would crack any moment with how tight I had clenched it right now.

"You want me to take your fucking dwarfsized couch as my bed? Are you mad or sadyang nahihibang ka lang talaga??!"

"I said your voice, Ms. Javier!" He answered in a hissed. With his brows creases than ever and eyes that could make anyone run, he was clearly in the verge of losing his patience.

"I already offered my only couch for you and it's up to you if you'll take it or not!"

"Ahhh so this was your plan? Kaya hinila mo'ko ng ganun-ganun lang because all this time, this was your plan! Your idiotic and out-of-madness plan!" I spat back in a yell with my hands itching to just shoot his damn balls.

"No. I won't. I won't sleep in that couch!" I firmly refused.

And the bastard just shrugged about it and slowly nodded in agreement before he comfortably sat on the couch with crossed legs and then feigned inspecting his slender hands.

"Then I guess, you can take the floor tonight kung ayaw mo rito. Your choice. Maluwag luwag rin naman ang sahig kaya hindi ka mahihirapang matulog dito. " He said, giving me a mocking smile saka nagpatuloy.

"Yon nga lang, tiyak titigas ka sa lamig nito. Ikaw ang bahala."

This shit! The clenched of my teeth tightened as my breath halted and nose ready to release lavas!

As in literal lavas!!

"Kung hindi mo lang saba ako hinila kanina, I should've been in Mason's bed right now at hindi mo saba kailangan pang makipag-away sa'yo just for the bed!"

The bastard just scoffed at that and shook his head. As if I had spout the craziest thing he know.

"In his bed? Are you even listening to yourself now, Ms. Javier? Hindi mo kilala ang gagong 'yon. Lahat ng babaeng dinadala no'n sa condo niya ay kinakama niya. And what did you just said? You want to be in his bed tonight? Huh! You're impossible, Ms. Javier!" Aniya pa while shaking his darn head, causing my blood pressure to hike up.

"Yes. He must be like that but I trust him more than you! At tingin mo ba gusto kong pumunta do'n for that thing? No. I want his bed and just that at dahil hinila mo'ko rito then you should be the who should sleep on the cold floor!" I shouted at him and then with that, I ran to his bed before he could even stop me.

I hastily plopped down on his bed and comfortably laid my back there, feeling like I was in cloud nine when my back finally touches the soft duvet.

"Don't you dare, Ms. Javier!! Get off of my bed right now!" He growled out that order as he was now towering over me while glaring down at me. Ready to throw me out of the window.

That, if this small room had ever have a window. Wala naman akong nakikita rito so I think I'm safe.

Hindi ko na ito sinagot and just shut my eyes off as I snuggled myself to the comfort of his soft pillows.

I heard a loud frustrated sigh from his way, probably he was ready to burst out with his anger towards me.

"I'm warning you, Ms. Javier. I said get off of my bed this instant if you don't want me to do it myself!"

My eyes just rolled upwards behind my closed eyelids, still not answering him. Feeling so tired to even mind him.

Manigas sya!

"Ms. Javier!"

I let out an annoyed sigh when he growled that in a close distance.

Dios ko naman! Wag mo namang hayaang paalisin ako sa kamang 'to and just let me sleep O God!

"For the last time, I'm warning----"

"Will you shut your big mouth for awhile and just sleep on that cold floor of yours, won't ya?!!!!Ang ingay-ingay mo!" Inis na putol ko sa kanya sabay dampot ng unan na nasa may kanan ko and put it on my ears, not wanted to hear his damn warning.

The moment I've uttered that, lots of profanities can be heard from him, words that can make satan ran back to hell.

I smiled at that thought, amused with the thought of him being put off.

Serves him soooo righ-- huh!

I yelped out when suddenly, I felt a pair of warm hands gripped my ankles and then bigla na lamang niya kong hinila pababa sa kama.

"Hoo my God!!!" Biglang sigaw ko nalang as my hands automatically gripped the bedsheet tightly to stop him from kicking me out of his bed.

"Mr. Del Fuero!"

"I already warned you pero hindi ka nakikinig!" He hissed while still trying to completely drag my ass.

Good thing I was quick to stop it by grabbing his sheets dahil kung hindi, he would've succeed with his plan.

"Bitiwan mo nga'ko, Mr. Del fuero! You can't make me get off of here! Patulugin mo naman muna ako." Sigaw ko rito while kicking him in the process to let my poor ankles out of his iron grip.

"No! Not if you won't get your ass off my bed this instant!" Then again, he tried to drag my poor ankles, dahilan para halos mahulog na ang pwet ko mula sa kama.

Goodness, Sam! Get your healthy butt back to the bed , now! No matter what!

Just think about him as someone attempting to steal your holy-innocence.

With that thought, mas lalo ko pang hinigpitan ang kapit ko sa bedsheets and then gave him a few more strong kick.

I swear I could even tell how I'd looked like right now. A short-legged spider trying to fight a giant Gorilla won't be enough to describe how funny my situation was.

"Shit!!!!"

he suddenly cursed out nang aksidente kong masipa ang panga.

"Oops? Masakit ba, Mr. Del Fuero? I think I have given you a rather strong kick dahil mukhang umiitim na yang panga mo." I taunted with a mocking grin.

Agad namang dumilim ang mukha nito, with the veins in his temple kept twitching, I can tell he was ready to burst out in rage now.

"You're such a pain in the ass you woman!" He angrily muttered sabay hila sa'kin in a more forceful way, surprising me with it at dahilan para mahulog ako ng tuluyan.

"Mr. Del---- Awww!!" I cried out when he was able to drag my butt off of his bed and into the cold floor in a rather ungentle way kasama ng kumot na mahigpit kong hawak-hawak.

Oh Gods! Palagay ko nawalan ng isang mukha ang pwet ko with how bad it had landed on the marbled floor.

My hands quickly nursed my poor ass, checking it kung okay lang ba ito and if I still have both of my butt's face.

Of course, I wasn't definitely fine! And this was all his fault!

"I'm sor----"

When I heard him, I glared up at him. Making sure to make it a glare that could make anyone run back to their momma's ovary.

"This is all your fault! Are you planning to give me another injury??! Hindi pa nga tuluyang gumagaling 'tong kaliwang paa ko at ngayon balak mo pang dagdagan!"

His remorseful eyes darkened in a second as he glared down at me.

"And now you're saying na hindi ka pa lubusang magaling when I clearly advised you to just stay in the Philippines at wag ng sumama rito. That's your fault, Ms. Javier dahil kagustuhan mong lahat ng 'to."

When he scolded that, I couldn't help but bit my lower lip while groaning.

Oh yeah shit. My big mouth had blurted out na hindi pa talaga ako lubusang magaling.

And it's not that too late yet to take it back.

"Well, hindi naman pala ako nasaktan." I lied while trying to make a straight face at him and pretend wiping my aching derriere, making sure na hindi ako mapapangiwi everytime I touched it.

"You aren't?" Came his unconvinced tone.

"Of course!" sagot ko agad rito before I got up with gritted teeth and without even meeting his eyes. Then I carefully picked up the sheets on the floor then walked towards his couc.

Alam kong nakamasid lang ito sa mga kilos ko, probably inwardly laughing at me right now! The heck!

Pasalamat sya't I'm in a shitty situation right now and should never let him know I was hurt physically!

When I came near the couch, agad na'kong umupo in a rather very careful way saka maingat na humiga sa tagiliran ko, facing the back of the couch.

Mahirap na, we don't want him to find out na hindi naman talaga ako, di ba??Never!

Kahit na nahihirapan pa'ko sa posisyon ko lalo na't his couch was too small for me , I tried to shut my eyes and pretended asleep but heck, my gun at my back won't allow me with it making me uncomfortable to lay on my back.

Shit! Ba't naman kasi dito ko pa inilagay 'to of all place! I'm sure the bastard would pester me kung saan galing ito and I'm sure as hell he won't like it one bit.

Me spending his precious cents.

Kahit na nahihirapan pa'ko at gustong-gusto ko ng humiga patihaya, I stopped myself and just stayed still.

Later. I'll just take it out later when no del Fuero was around.

With that, pinilit ko nalang ang sarili ko to sleep and thankfully, I think my exhaustion paid me off dahil mga ilang sandali pa lamang, I dozed off into a deep slumber with nothing but a piece of sheet with me.

I woke up from my sleep with sore back and a stiffed neck.

Oh no.

Ito na nga bang sinasabi ko.. That bastard really have no shame in his bones!

Massaging the back of my neck while hissing in pain, agad na'kong bumangon with my eyes still closed. I sat for a while saka minasahe naman ang likuran ko where I hid my gun.

And unfortunately, I forgot to take it off gaya ng naipangako ko kanina. Kaya naman ngayon, I felt like it had stuck on my skin.

Gritting my teeth, I took it out at inis na isinilid 'yon sa bag ko na nasa paanan ng upuan.

I could even imagine my back now,  with a gun mark as my tattoo.

Sighing, I slowly opened my eyes then got up on my feet. Yawning out, I was about to stretch out my limbs when I remembered something. Something related to some bastard who owned this room and this couch.

Yes. Speaking of, nasaan na kaya ang taong 'yon?

My eyes quickly shifted to my left, to his bed and hoozah! No gorilla was on it and it seems like it hadn't even been used with no creases could be seen on its sheets.

I wonder where's that bastard now. Anong oras na ba? Did I sleep---- what???!

My eyes widened in utter surprised when my wristwatch slapped me with the time.

2pm???!

Shaking my head, I picked up my bag then took off my jacket, feeling a bit hot before I brushed my hair with my fingers.

Siguro nasa meeting na naman ang gagong 'yon. With how long I had slept, I'm sure halos nalibot na nito ngayon ang buong Canada while I was asleep..

Shrugging, I started to walk around his room, planning to explore his tiny place and execute the reason why I'm here.

Perfect timing!

I quickly walked towards his bedside table, planning to start with it. I know this isn't right, but being an investigator for so many years, I.don't.care.

Agad ko ng hinalungkat ang mga drawers nito but I just found a few business documents and nothing related to my case.

Letting out a sigh of disappointment, I walked to the other side of his bed, to his above-waist tall cabinet.

Hindi ko alam kung anong bagay ang makikita ko sa ginagawa kong 'to but who knows, may tinatago palang bangkay ang taong 'yon dito and I'd be lucky enough to witness that interesting thing!

I just shook my head while smirking at that thought, entertained with it.

Agad na'kong yumukod as I held the cabinet handle and was about to pull it but stopped when I heard the bloody main door creaked  opened.

I stiffened and then swallowed hard.

Shit!

"Care to explain kung anong ginagawa mo diyan, Ms. Javier???"

More curses came out from my mouth as my hold at the handle tightened.

Perfect timing nga! Bad timing, bweset!

Ang swerte ko talaga!

What to do now? Ano nga bang ginagawa ko rito aside sa pangingialam sa mga gamit nito??

I heard his footsteps coming to my direction, making my body stiffened more. I bit my lips hard while thinking a way out of this situation.

Ano nga ba?

"I-I---" I quickly bit my tongue to stop it from stuttering.

"I what?"

Another curse came out from me when I heard him said that, now just a few feet away from me.

Okay. I think kailangan ko na ngang magsalita before the bastard would be suspicious.

Heaving a deep breath. I straightened my body saka humarap rito with a wide innocent smile.

"I was just trying to execute some bending exercise, Mr. Del Fuero. Like this oh." Then I bent down my body to the front, to my left and then to my right. To my left and then to my fucking right. Stretching my body like an idiot.

"Oh.. Ang sakit talaga ng katawan ko ! Oww! Ang liit naman kasi ng couch mo." I added as I slowly turned my head from left to right.

Pilit na magmukhang nag-eehersisyo kahit na alam ko namang nagmumukha na'kong tanga sa harapan nito.

"Pero di bale, at least you've offered that thing. So fucking kind of you!" Pagpapatuloy ko habang pinagpatuloy ang kalokohaang ginagawa.

His dark brow just arched up as he gave me a pointed look, obviously not liking what he was seeing.

Then that's good news. That means I have successfully diverted his attention and he didn't suspect me at all as some thief.

Ignoring the look in his face, I continued my demonstration, now doing the squat with exaggeration kahit hirap na hirap pa'ko sa jeans ko.

He just shook his head then headed to the couch. He placed his briefcase on it bago ito naglakad patungo sa may dingding malapit sa'kin.

I just followed him with my eyes as he was now heading to the wall with curtains draped on it.

Mukhang kakagaling lang nito sa lakad or business meeting since he was clad with his usual immaculate suit. I'm not sure kung anong kulay ng suot dahil sa medyo madilim dito sa loob.

I wonder kung umidlip man lang ba ito sandali kanina. Masyado pa namang----

My eyes snapped shut when a sudden light flooded throughout the room, surprising and blinding me with it.

Shiit..Ano bang nakain nito para gulatin ako ng ganito? At pa'no nagkaroon ng ganito kaliwanag ang room nito when I----

"Are you planning to just stand there at tumunganga nalang, Ms. Javier??"

My eyes slowly opened nang marinig yon. When my eyes adjusted with the bright light, I found him stood like a proud God but with a frown in his face.

Okay. Erase that. I think God was too perfect for a description for him.

With the bright light present around, now I can clearly see his appearance. He was in his usual navy blue suit with his hair slightly messy. Probably with him kept brushing it with his fingers out of a habit.

I wonder kung anong nangyari sa lakad nito for him to look like this. Well, wala---

"If you're done checking up on me, then you can go now Ms. Javier and maybe clean yourself up before you appear again in front of me."

My ears instantly pricked up the moment I'd heard that.

"I am not checking up on you, okay?! I was just wondering kung saan ka galing. And don't you dare say na ang dumi- dumi ko na because I am not!"

The bastard just shrugged at that.

"You're not but why can I smell something stinky from here? Don't you think you need a thorough shower now and probably..."

When he trailed off, my brows creases as my eyes narrowed at him, challenging him to continue that.

"Throw that piece of clothes you're wearing right now. Go wear something better than that."

My already narrowed eyes thinned in pin pricked glare with his sarcasm.

"Ah so you want me to throw this clothes and what? Bibigyan mo ba'ko ng pampalit nito?If you will, then fine! as you wish, señorito! Ora mismo!" Saka akto ko na sanang huhubarin ang jacket ko, causing his eyes widened in surprised.

"Ms Javier! Kung anuman yang binabalak mong gawin, stop it! Just do it in private!"

I almost laughed at his reaction. As if he was just about to witness some porno in actual.

Oh.. ba't di kaya natin pagkatuwaan ang gagong 'to?

Let's see kung may interest man lang ba sa babae ito. Which I think.. Impossible. Because from what I've researched at the internet, matagal na itong walang babae sa buhay nito.

"No. It must be better if I do it here. Saan ko pa ba pwedeng hubarin 'to?" I  spat back and then pulled up my shirt to my head. Alarming him more.

"Do not do it, Ms. Javier! Maghubad kana kahit saan but not here!"

"And why not? Pareho lang namang 'yon kahit dito pa'ko maghubad." I taunted him more saka akma na namang itaas ang damit ko, revealing my skin in my tummy.

Causing him to groan in disapproval and avoided to look at me.

"Basta wag rito! Just do it anywhere but not here at wag kanang magtanong pa!"

"Bakit nga?? Okay lang naman sa'kin rito dahil wala naman akong gusto sa'yo."

"But I am still a man, Ms. Javier! It wasn't appropriate---"

"Oh to hell with what's appropriate." I snapped at him saka tuluyan ng hinubad ang shirt ko, leaving only my bra.

He quickly looked away and shut his eyes the moment I did that.

"And what are you doing, Mr. Del Fuero? May problema ba sa mga mata mo?" Nakangising tanong ko rito. Amused with his reaction.

He just groaned again with his jaw just kept twitching, na para bang may iniinda itong sakit ngayon.

"Pumasok ka na sa toilet, Ms. Javier. I still have a job to do and you're delaying me to do it!"

"Delay? Bakit? Inaano ba kita? I didn't tell you to close your eyes so you're the one who was actually delaying your job."

The twitching of his jaw intensified as he heaved up a deep breath. When I noticed his hands were tightly balled in fists on his sides,I smirked then crossed my arms.

"Takot ka ba, Mr. Del Fuero? I thought you said na hinding-hindi ka magkakainteres sa'kin so why now? Why close your eyes? Takot ka ba na baka kainin mo lang 'yong mga sinabi mo?" Hamon ko rito as I enjoyed his funny reaction.

He just grunted and then pinched the bridge of his nose.

"If you won't stop taunting me, I swear you're going to regret this, Ms. Javier." He warned out, as if something bad will gonna happen.

"Then try me. Kahit hubarin ko pa lahat ng suot ko ngayon, I'd never even feel ashame to do it right now."

Instead of taking up my challenge, he just blew out another exasperated breath and then took the white sheets from the couch sakay nakapikit ng naglakad palapit sa'kin. He was really determined not to even see my half naked form.

At ng makalapit ito, I wasn't able to stop myself from laughing nang bigla nalang niya 'kong kinumutan pati ang buong mukha ko.

A laugh which caused him to groan again.

"Tingin mo ba nakakatawa 'tong ginagawa mo ngayon?"

When he growled that, inayos ko na ang kumot sa mukha ko for me to be able to see him.

And I laughed again when I was met with his frowning face as he glared down at me.

"Of course, Mr. Del Fuero. Just seeing your reaction now, I can tell my first guess about you is true then." Natatawa paring saad ko rito while clutching the sheets with me.

"What guess?"

"Na allergic ka sa katawan ng mga babae because you are gay. Tama ako---"

My mouth clamped shut when he suddenly grabbed the sheets from me, leaving me half naked before his very eyes while I just gawked at him with wide shocked eyes.

"A-Anong---"

I gasped out in surprised when he suddenly grabbed me by my waist and then pulled me towards him. Leaving me out of breath and with eyes ready to separate from my own sockets.

H-Holyy shit...

"A-Anong ginagawa mo, Mr. Del Fuero?" I asked in a stutter, uncomfortable with the proximity of our body and as how intense was his dark stares at me.

I could even feel the erratic beating of my heart now just how his warm breath fanning against my face.

"Binalaan na kita, Ms. Javier but you never listen. And now you're even saying that I'm gay just because I don't want to see your naked body. Gusto mo bang malaman kung bakit ayokong makita kitang nakahubad, Ms. Javier?"

I didn't answered and just swallowed hard at that. I just don't think I could even talk now when I couldn't even breath normally right now.

Mas lalo pang napapalaki ang mga mata ko when his face suddenly bent down more closer to me. Completely disabling me to even move a muscle para itulak ito palayo.

"I don't want to see you naked because if I will, baka hindi ko na mapigilan ang sarili ko and I could do something you'd never want to happen. Something like devouring you, Ms. Javier. Devouring you until you'd cum----"

My hands automatically pushed him off on his chest before he could even finish that statement.

Knowing what it was, I have to stop him and be away from him now. Before I'd let him do something foolish on me.

With a glare, I tightly clutched the sheets around me.

I gritted my teeth when the bastard just crossed his arms at me with a smirk, looking like nothing just happened between us when it wasn't just nothing for me! The abnormal beating in my chest was still there damn it!

"Yes. You better be. Dahil hindi ako ang dapat mong hinahamon sa mga ganoong bagay, Ms. Javier. I'm the type that would never back out on that challenge. Especially on you."

I wanted to punch him now. So I could wiped that smirk out of his face. I didn't answered him and just glared at him.

Battling with stares at him while he was still smirking at me. This shit! Talagang tuwang-tuwa ito sa naging reaksiyon ko kanina.

Kung pwede ko lang sanang------

"Del Fuero, my friend! Open your door please!"

Our head were snapped to the door when Mason suddenly called that out with a loud knock on the door outside, interrupting my thoughts.

Throwing him a glare again, I tightly clutched the sheets around me.

"Mon ami, my friend! Open the door for me please!"

With that, I heard him groaned out before he walked for the door. Probably to stop Mason's loud mouth and from disturbing anyone in this floor.

"What now?!" He barked out the moment he'd opened the door and revealing the smiling captain with his floral collared shirt and white short.

"Well, hello to you too mon ami my friend!" he greeted with a grin saka agad ng pumasok, oblivious with the heavy atmosphere inside this room.

"Hihiramin ko lang sana sandali ang secretary mo-----Oh! Samantha!" He cheeefully called out when he spotted me, waving at my way with a wide smile.

I just answered him with a small smile.

"Nakatulog ka ba ng mabuti, Samantha? Hindi ka ba pinahirapan ni Cameron and let you sleep on his couch? I'm sorry kung agad na'kong umalis kanina when this man--" then he pointed his friend who just grunted beside him.

"unfortunately grabbed you and shooed me away!"

At the mention of that, I quickly glared at the bastard again as I was reminded with his kindness!

"Now that you've reminded me, nakatulog nga 'ko ng mabuti.." I sarcastically stated with a nod, still glaring at his way.

"But lucky me to have your friend, your good friend na masayang inioffer ang upuan at sahig niya to be my bed! How kind of him, right?"

Mason just shook his head while clucking his tongue, giving his friend a 'you're-such-an-ass' look.

"Such an idiotic friend I have here.."

"Says by an idiot and playboy himself.." Mr. Del Fuero answered in a hissed saka lumayo sa may pinto and stiffedly walked to his bed without even glancing at my way.

"Hey! Hindi na'ko ganun okay? Nagbago na'ko ngayon. I'm a changed man del Fuero man."

He just scoffed and shook his head, ignoring the captain's protests.

Nanatili lang akong nakamasid rito with hateful glare while he sexily---no, scratch that. Hindi ito sexy okay? He was just taking off his coat for God's sake!

"I need my privacy now. You two leave now." He said while waving us off with his hand after he had placed his coat to his bed.

Mason's face beamed at the moment he heard that.

"Oh yes! Bago ko pa makalimutan, nandito pala ako to fetch and invite you to go out to the beach. Let me tour you around Liam's hotel and perhaps, we can try some water activities after that para naman maenjoy mo ang vacation mo---"

"She's not here for some useless activity like that Mason but for her 'job' as my secretary."
