Third person POV
It was morning at 9:44 a.m. when Hoshi and his friends went to the mall arcade to have some fun. So, at 11:01 a.m., they all decided to have an early lunch so they could do other stuff like shopping. They eventually chose a Mexican restaurant just across the corridor as a place for their early meal. There they entered in and saw how authentic it was. The restaurant really put in a lot of effort to make it more Mexican to impress customers.
"This place is so nice."
"Yeah, I can't wait to eat here for lunch!"
They then went to a table for six and settled there, before a waiter came and gave them the restaurant menus so they could choose something for their meal.
And so, they began to browse the menu's selection of authentic Mexican dishes, from tacos to quesadillas.
"So, what do you kids want for lunch?" Sha asked them while reading one of the sections of the menu.
"Hmm… I think I would like 2 classic tacos," Taro responded.
"Mine is probably nachos with guacamole," Bokuto added.
Saki and Hoshi are still choosing though, but Sha is patient with them.
Eventually, they chose a plate of a big quesadilla with three choices of sauce.
"Quesadilla?" Sha raised his eyebrow for a few seconds.
"Yeah," Saki responded confidently.
"We want to try that," Hoshi added.
Understanding their reasons why, Sha accepted it. "Okay, let's share it instead. We'll have glasses of regular water with iced cubes as well."
With Hoshi and Saki's agreement, Sha calls a waiter to come to their table, before having his and his students' orders listed down by the waiter.
"Okay, I'll be back," the waiter said to them nicely and politely before hurriedly going back to the kitchen to place their order.
As they waited, Hoshi brought up the topic of what to do during their summer break. "Oh, that?" Taro responded back, before thinking about it. "We can go on short trips."
"Wow, that sounds fun!" exclaimed Saki in excitement.
"Okay, let's list down where we want to go," Sha replied to this. "Let's make this summer memorable!"
And so, while waiting for their order, they list down the places they want to go this summer vacation on a piece of paper.
They pass down the paper from one person to another so that one of them can add the name of a place or two as suggestions.
Hoshi added Manila and Minalin, Pampanga to the list; the latter of which, is his father's hometown.
Saki added Lake Biwa because she finds the place as interesting alongside Kyoto.
Bokuto added Osaka City and Kobe City because he wants to go there.
Taro, meanwhile, added Nagoya because he wants to try that place while Sha guesses with Aomori City for no reason.
This lasted for 10 minutes. By that time, their order had arrived, so they folded the piece of paper and put it away in Hoshi's black messenger bag. Once the waiter arranged their order neatly and left the table while telling them to enjoy, they all made a prayer gesture. "Thanks for the food." They then grabbed their utensils and got some of that big, delicious quesadilla with stretchable cheese. Some get some nachos from Bokuto's plate for themselves, but they are not greedy. They then all tasted the quesadilla, and they were mesmerized by its delicious taste and flavor.
"Woah…this one is so delicious!"
"The meat matches this so well!"
"Man, quesadillas are actually good!"
Then, they put some sauces on them and tasted it once more, causing the flavors of the sauces to explode in their mouths.
Again, they were mesmerized by it, and all of them had a great time, showing that their friendship was strong and dynamic.
