Chapter 2 - Blood and Age Five

Lilith walks over to where Orga is sitting but Nico goes to Lucy and sits next to her. Then Evian resumed talking.

Evian; As vampires we need to have blood every so often. The time it takes varies from vampire to vampire but the average is 2-3 days with you mean blood. We can consume most blood with the exception of demon and angel blood.

As demon blood, rotten and Angel blood will kill us from the inside out. You can find blood and many different ways like a Flask, pills, cigarettes, and cigars.

But flasks are more commonly used for blood weapons. The most commonly used ones for consuming are blood pills. The cigarettes and cigars are most used by the wealthy to show off their power.

Then Lilith stands up and goes to the front. And Evian goes and sits done.

Lilith; Blood weapons are similar to Beast weapons but they are made with the blood of the vampire who wields the weapon. And then have a unique skill based on the vampire. Beast weaponsnormally will share the same skills if they come from the same beast or same mix of beast crystals that made the weapon.

Over the last 5 years Nico learned about. This world had 9 continents. 8 continents being occupied by the 8 main races and the neutral continent was managed jointly by all of the 8 main races. Each race took turns in guarding and managing the neutral continent.

One turn lasts for 10 years each. Strong representatives are sent from the home continent of a race to the neutral continent. The general trend being that at least 2 peak Emperor ranks are sent along with a minimum of 10 king ranks. There are people of all sorts of races in the military and administrative departments of the neutral continent. Only the 2 Emperor Ranks and 10 king ranks are rotated on a 10 year basis.

The oceans that surround the Neutral Continent are South ocean Uriel, North ocean Raziel, West ocean Anubis, East ocean Bezaliel, South-West ocean Gabriel, South-East ocean Samael, and South-North ocean Raphela.

The south is the land of eternal night. Where the vampire, Werewolves, and demons. The North is where the Elven, Human, and angel. To the East are the Witch and the West is the Dragon.

As her fifth Birthday comes around the mansion is getting ready for a massive birthday party inviting all of the local nobility in the Dracula region for the local debut of Nico into vampire society.

On the day of the banquet and in the banquet hall as the low ranking noble arrive of the banquet. And as it being man shot out "Preventing hand of house Dracula... Evian Dracule.

Preventing The Madam of Dracule... Lilith Dracula.

Preventing the first born of Dracule... Orga Dracula.

Preventing the second born of Dracule... Mikazuki Dracula.

Preventing the third born of Dracule... Lucy Dracula.

Preventing the fourth born of Dracule... Nico Dracula."

And one the first shot is hard. All of the nobles in the room stand up and perform a fist to chest to salute. And one when Evian walks into the room he has to six throne looking chairs on a slightly raised platform in front of the noble and claims the center chair. Lilith claims the chairs to the right of Evian. Orga sets to the left of Evan lang with Mikazuki. Lucy and Nico claim the right side chairs from Lilith.

As Evian sets the rest of the Dracula sets as will then the noble sets.

Evian stands up and said "Hello my guess, thank you for traveling to come and celebrate my fourth born 5th birthday and her local debut you. Now let me introduce the young lady of the hour Nico Dracula." Then Nico stands up.

Nico; Father may I?

Evian; Yes, Nico.

After that Nico looks at the room and with a simple command 'PROSTRATE YOURSELF' Nico makes everyone stand up and kneel on the ground in front of her. Then Nico again with a simple command 'YOU MAY RISE' allows everyone to rise with onto their feet. Then Nico returns to her feet.

Evian says "Let the party begin." in a Loud and authoritative.

Then the first of the stupid woke up to Nico and asked "can I have this dance Miss. Nico Dracula?" and Nico say to them all "No"

After the tenth one Mika come up

Mikazuki; Sister, Can I have this dance?

Nico; Yes, Elder brother.

Then Nico and Mikazuki go out on the dance Floor and begin to do a beautiful waltz. Then Nico dances with Evian and Orga before the night.

As the fine morning comes around the entire Dracula family makes it to a room in the back of the mansion.
