"So what now?"

She asked me, looking at me with suspicion face.

"Let's search for the key, it must be somewhere here"

I started searching with her but at the end I given up and sat back in the sofa and continued working while she kept searching for the key.

But how could I focus while she was moving there and here, my eyes could not help but stare at her, she stopped and come toward me, and I shifted my eyes back to my laptop.

"Why are you so relaxed? We are stuck her"

"I searched but I did not find it"

"So call someone to help us out"

"I do not feel like calling anyone"

"What! This is all your plan right, tell me where did you hide the key"

"I did not hide it"

I simply said and never glace at her, suddenly the laptop has shut close hard by her and glared at me

"Alex you are being unreasonable her, I am the one who should be angry at you after bombing me with such news to me but instead you are acting so cold toward me."

"Then how do you want me to treat you, I found you with my brother, how do you expect me to react to such thing."

I crossed my hand over my chest and just glared back at her, I am not losing in this glare competition.

"Ah Damn this is just too much, Alex there is nothing between me and your brother from the start, this was all just act"

"What! Really, are you telling the truth?"

"Yes, it was all act stop acting like this with me"

I did not know what should I say anymore, she had nothing to do with Evan, I pulled her wrist and hugged her tightly not letting her go.

Finally I can have peace of rest after hearing those words from her from her mouth directly; she does not know how I have been stressed out.

"A...lex, I cannot breathe"

I break out the hug, to realize I really overdid it, she was squeezed between my arms and she was taking big breath.

I could not help but smile at her.

"Sorry, i did not mean to do that"

"Alex there something I must tell you, I realized I am always late at telling important thing and I want to tell you this because I do not want to regret it later"

Suddenly I felt so nervous, what she is planning to tell me that she is this serious. Could it be she is tired from all this and want to finish everything right now.

Before she finishes her word I cut her in the middle, I cannot take it anymore, she just went to end everything, and this is just excuse to get rid of me.

I am scared now to look at her am scared to what she will say next, I cannot take it anymore.

I stood and hurried to enter my room leaving her dumbfounded after I yelled at her.

"Mr. Alex is this way to treat a girl who is confessing to you."
