Aokigahara Forest (1)

Within a room in a luxurious and majestic mansion, a girl with an angelic appearance just woke up. She did a light stretch in the morning.

Right after that, she decided to take a look at her smartphone because the notification light was flashing, signaling an incoming message,

"Hm, Mii-chan? Why is she texting me when she's only in the next room?" The girl tucked a few strands of her black hair behind her ear.

Even though she felt it was a bit unusual message, she simply read it. Yet, her expression immediately turned a bit sour and helpless.

"Ah, so, you secretly left the house so early in the morning to go to the Kisaragi Clan's mansion to join in the fun? You little girl can really overwhelm me sometimes. What do I need to say to father, mother, and grandfather, hmm?" The girl smiled and tapped her smartphone to her chin. She tried to think of an excuse for her little sister.

At that moment, she remembered that she had only read one of the two incoming messages. She also needed to read the most recent one.

The girl looked up as if she was so helpless. She then lay down on the bed and covered herself with the blanket as if she was going back to sleep.

She still remembered what her little sister told her last night about Yuna's secret boyfriend and some other things.

"Akane, are you awake?" A gentle female voice greeted from behind the door as the knock ended.

"I'm awake, mother. Could you come in for a moment? There's something I want to talk to you about." Akane popped her head out of the blanket and answered.

The door was opened, and a mature lady dressed in a blue yukata patterned with sky and clouds entered the room. She was pretty worried to see her daughter still lying on the bed. "What do you want to talk about, Akane? Why are you still lying on the bed? Are you not feeling well?"

"Come here, come here, mother." Akane replied in a whisper and signaled her mother to come closer.

"Hmm?" The clueless mother had absolutely no idea what her daughter was planning. Even so, she just went over without any hesitation.

"Please look at this, Mii-chan went secretly leaving the mansion early in the morning to Kisaragi Manison. She went with Yura-chan. What should we say to father and grandfather? Please help me think of a solution for Mii-chan." Akane showed her smartphone and gave her mother a pleading look.
