"Who's she?" I frown after her.

"My sister," Sly sighed before he went out to get the large bags she left outside.

Probably, she must have known that he was going to bring the bag inside.

"Your sister?" I bet my eyes were just too large, it looked comical.

"Yeah." Sly closed the door to the house when he got the bags inside. However, he left them there and came to where I was standing. "I know we don't look alike. Well, that's because we don't share blood."

"She was adopted?" My eyes and thoughts couldn't widen any more than they did, dramatically widened some more.

I bet I looked like a damn clown.

"You heard that right."

"The food!" Gasping, Marli ran towards the kitchen.

"Don't tell me she left something on the gas," Sly frowned at her retreating figure.

"Is there a day she doesn't forget something?"
