Chapter 06
It’s Elijah’s father... I didn't know what to do, so I went near him and greeted him.
"So, it was you." He pointed me out.
"Where is my son?" he asked me.
"He went out," I said.
"I will be direct then. Why are you here?" he asked me.
"I’m his girlfriend." I said .
"Aren’t you ashamed to say this? You belong to Dylan Master. Get out of here.. "he said.
" I don’t belong to anyone, and you don’t have any right to chase me away." I said this as he tried to grab my hand, but I resisted.
"If you want me to get out of here, call your son because he is the only one who has the right to tell me what to do." I said as he started to argue.
(Meanwhile, Elijah urged him home because he got information that his father had gone to his home.)
At home
"Bitch, get out of here. Don’t spoil my son’s life," he said as Elijah opened the door.
" Is your wife here?" "Whom are you calling a bitch?" he asked him with a sarcastic smile.
"Elijah, tell her to get out. She is manipulating you," he said, as Elijah gave him a smile and said. "She is not as talented as your wife."
"Elijah, you are crossing your limit. I’m your father. Don’t forget that, "he warned him.
"Wh-what? You are my father? How can you call yourself a father when you married that wench on my mother’s funeral day? " Elijah let out an annoyed sigh,
"What do you want me to do then? You want me to cry for your mom? Only the stupid would do that, Elijah. Grow up," he said, as my temper got high.
"Get out, Mr.," you don't even deserve to stand here and call yourself your father, "I said.
" You wench, how dare you ?" He raised his hand on me as Elijah grabbed him and punched him.
"You can't touch her with your filthy hand, Mr. Richard, and I don’t need your concern. So get the fuck out of here. Elijah said, as his father walked out quickly, After his father left our home, Elijah broke into tears as I hugged him.
I won’t stop you from crying, but you cry on my shoulder. " I hugged him as he cried a lot. At night, he fell asleep early because of the crying. My mind keeps telling me to do something about Dylan. So I sneak out of the house, but only after a short distance. I forgot the way to Dylan's palace. So I went back. After arriving home, I decided to make friends for myself so that I could explore this world. I went to Elijah’s room to check on him.
When I opened the door, I saw him sitting on the bed.
"Elijah," I called him out as he turned to see me.
"I have searched for you, but you are not here." I interrupted him and said, "Babe, you were sleeping. I don’t want to disturb you. That’s why I went walking by myself, " I said as he hugged me and sobbed like a child,
" I thought you left me because of my father," he said. I made him look at me and I said, "I will never leave you." I kissed his forehead as he pecked my lips. We kissed passionately.
"Can we cuddle? He asked me, and I said yes. We went to bed and started cuddling. In the morning, I woke up. Elijah is still sleeping. When I tried to grab his wrist,
"Stay with me a little longer," he said as I leaned on him.
After some time, I went to the backyard. I was mesmerised by the beauty of the backyard in the rain. I jumped in joy because in my world I only saw snow. I called for Elijah and showed him. But he is not as happy as me. He just nodded and left to bathe. After that, he went to the library and locked himself in. I asked him to come out, but he said, "Can you leave me alone?" he yelled as I went to my room.
I thought he would spend time with me, but instead he yelled at me. Cook asked me to come and eat, but I didn’t have an appetite to eat anything, so I denied it and fell asleep.
I woke up in the evening. I felt so tired after waking up, but I was still excited about the rain. So I made a cup of coffee for myself and went to the backyard. I let out a sigh and took a sip from my cup. The sky is still pouring. This chill gives me a good feeling, but as soon as I think of Elijah, my smile disappears. He's never yelled at me before. Maybe that’s why I'm feeling so down. I sipped my coffee with a sad face.
While I was watching the rain, I saw a girl playing in our backyard. I called her out, but she didn’t seem to hear me. So I went near her, but she went far away from me. So I kept following her. Finally, I went near her. While I tried to grab her hand, someone held my hand. It was Elijah. He dragged me from that place.
"What are you doing here?" he asked me.
"I saw a little girl." While I was trying to explain, he cut off my sentence.
"Can’t you stay still? Why are you always getting yourself into trouble? " He gave me a death glare as I stood silent and looked down with a sad face. He sighed and hugged me,
"Tina, this world is not what you think it is. Everything here is dangerous. So stay away from those, dear" he said and kissed my forehead as I pouted.
While he was trying to convince me, the wind began to blow hard. The sky started to become dark. We are both stunned because of this sudden change. We heard a voice that was summoning me. I looked at Elijah with fear as he held my hands tightly...
