Chapter 85

Blanchette wakes up and sees that she is chained up with iron shackles and strapped down to a iron chair bolted to the ground.Then. She noticed that someone treated her wounds as she is covered in bandages.

Then Blanchette sees a shadowy figure in the shadow of the room.The shadowy figure walks into the light and it's Alexander.

Alexander: Were you sent here to kill me, are you a assassin sent by my son...-Alexander tries to finish his sentence but Blanchette interrupts him.-

Blanchette:I have no time to waste,I was told you could make me stronger.Im not here to entertain your delusions.-said as she looks at Alexander with a fierce gaze with one of her eyes glowing blue while the other eye is covered by bandages.-

This causes Alexander to stumble back as he remembers his brother.

Alexander:You my Brother's Granddaughter,you got the same eyes.Blanchette wasn't it.You grew up into a fine young lady.But why do you want to become stronger,there is no need because you a princess?

Blanchette:There is someone I have to protect because he is always putting his life on the line ,to save others even if it means that he will sacrifice his own sanity.I don't want to see him in pain like that anymore.

Alexander:Let me guess his a pesant, same like Lancelot.And you love him.

Alexander:Hahahahahaha...-Alexander laughs as this causes Blanchette to calm down and her eye stops glowing blue.-

Alexander:Okay Blanchette,I understand your situation.But this path won't be easy.Not even my Grandson Lancelot made it halfway to complete my training and he almost died a few times.But if you want the strength to overcome the werewolf and human kingdom.You gotta even surpass my training and become the strongest knight in the world.

Blanchette: Whatever it takes.-said as her eyes is filled with strength as she thinks about Joshua.-

Alexander walks to a drawer and takes out a scissor.

Alexander: First I got to get rid of all that hair that gets in your way if you fighting.-Alexander stands with scissors in his hand as he smiles menacingly.But Blanchette begins looking around for something urgently.-

Alexander:What are you looking for?

Blanchette:Did you see knuckle busters?(what If I dropped it while climbing.)-Said as she looks around worried.-

Alexander opens a drawer and takes out Blanchette's knuckle busters.

Alexander:I know this is good quality but why is it so important to you?-asked as he places the knuckle busters on the table.-

Blanchette looks relieved.

Blanchette:It's because Joshua bought it for me.

Alexander looks shocked when he heard who Blanchette is in love with.

Alexander:(Joshua Xeno , the son of the great warrior Scarlett Xeno.Your son got the love of the princess .Scarlett you would be proud of your son.)Hahahahahaha...-Alexander begins to laugh as he remembers the past,this makes Blanchette irritated as she thinks he is laughing about Joshua's gift.-

Alexander walks behind Blanchette.

Alexander:I'm gonna cut your hair now,say your last good byes.-said with a evil smile as he holds the scissors.-

Blanchette ignores him as she is still annoyed.Alexander begins cutting Blanchette's hair.

Alexander:(No reaction,this is no fun.I thought girls cared alot about their hair but Lancelot had a better reaction.Lancelot I'm disappointed in you.)-Thought as he cuts Blanchette's hair.-

Lancelot sneezes as the trio is finished training and walking off of the training ground.

Raphael:Bless you.

Lancelot:Thanks.

Jack:You know what that means , someone is thinking about you.Maybe it's a secret admirer.-said as Jack is making a stupid face.-

Raphael:With Lancelot luck ,it's probably a mortal enemy.-This causes the trio to laugh.-

Then they stop when they see Joshua standing by the entrance.Joshua smiles at them but then he sees their serious demeanor.

Joshua:Hey guys, why the long faces.Did you guys see Blanchette?

Lancelot: Joshua, you should go see my Father ,he has something to give you about that.-said as Jack , Lancelot and Raphael has sad expressions.-

Joshua:What do you mean ,did something happen to Blanchette...-asked as Joshua begins walking as fast as he can to Captain Percival's room.-

Jack:How do you think he will take the news that she left?

Raphael:I'm not sure but I wouldn't be to happy, especially after everything that happened,I wouldn't want Julia to leave.

Lancelot:Don't worry guys , Joshua is stronger than he looks and I bet Blanchette left him something explaining why she had to leave for a while.

Joshua arrives at Captain Percival's room.And knocks as sweat drips down his face with a worried expression.Captain Percival opens his door.And looks at Joshua with a sad expression.

Captain Percival hands Joshua the letter Blanchette wrote.Joshua unfolds the letter with haste.

In the letter states.Joshua I killed Sawyl and got revenge for you.But I realised something how I am now.I could never protect you.I can't stand watching you in pain and not being able to do anything.So I went to train with Alexander the great.I might be gone a while but this is all for you. So don't forget I love you.

Joshua falls to the floor and sits against a wall and begins to cry as he struggles to wipe away his tears.Captain Percival looks at Joshua with a sad expression.

Joshua:What the hell is wrong with you guys,I thought Blanchette died or something but she just went away to train.-said as Joshua begins smile while he rubs away his tears.-

Captain Percival smiles aswell by seeing Joshua's reaction.

Captain Percival:We thought it will be a hard pill to swallow.

Joshua:Nah ,this showed me that I'm also to weak because I keep getting hurt and making Blanchette worry.So I'll have to get stronger.-said as Joshua has a determined look on his face and this makes Captain Percival smile.-
