I learnt a lot of things that night without Ray's help. In the morning there was some noise from outside, probably the students getting ready to go back to their homes. I woke Ray as it seemed like he was far from feeling rested enough to wake up without help.

"Five more minutes." he said in a gruff voice.

"Everyone else is awake." I told him and he groaned as he turned over his bed.

"How can you tell? It's so quiet." he said.

"I can hear even though the rooms are sound proof." I reminded him.

He sat up on the bed and glared at me as if I had just taken something from him. I had worn the now dry clothes and I had taken a leather jacket that I believe belongs to him. I had even taken his shoes that were somewhat uncomfortable and tight so I had to shrink my feet.a little bit. He looked at me like he was in awe of something while I stood by the window.

"You look good. I guess we'll have to take you shopping after this. You can't wear my clothes forever." he said as he got down from the bed.

"Okay." I said walking towards the couch.

He went to take a shower, which was very brief, and when he came out he was already dressed.

"I thought you said you had no change of clothes." I said noticing that he was wearing different clothes from those from the previous night.

"This is the school uniform. We have to wear it to go back I school."

I nodded my head and we left the room soon after. There I noticed the long line of students lined up in the hallway while the teachers were doing something that seemed to be a roll call. I looked for Rose and Rilili and from them surprisingly standing apart from each other. I am hoping it's not because of what happened yesterday but I fear it might be so. l won't walk to either one of them because it might complicate things. I stuck to Ray but after some thought I realized that it was strange for me to stand in line with the students when I wasn't one myself. I walked to the front and received looks of suspicion and curiosity. The woman who had come to save the obscene man from last night recognized me immediately and smiled brightly.

"You are here." she said like she had been expecting me to come over.

I smiled at her and extended my hand to shake hers. She took it with subtle excitement in her eyes that was hard to ignore.

"Where did you sleep?" she asked with a perplexed expression as she handed the register she had been holding to another colleague.

"One of your students was kind enough to offer me a bed." I said and her eyes darted to look at the line of students where Ray had his hand raised and waving to show that I was talking about him.

She made a movement to Ray in a come hither man er and he excitedly came over to where we stood. She smiled at him as if she was grateful and then asked me to follow her. I did and she led me to the elevator where she asked me about where I was going.

"I want to enroll in your school." I answered smiling at her and she looked taken aback when I said that.

"We will gladly accept you but we will need your details for that." She answered nervously as she dried her hands of the sweat that had been forming in them.

"That won't be possible." I said and I saw the look of suspicion that spread on her face,"I left my ID card at home and my other documents are with my uncle."

"Where's home?" she ask a little relaxed.

"A week away from here by road." I said smiling brightly.

"You can have them take a photo of your documents and then we will enroll you."

Why is she so upright? At least I know she manages her students well. I smiled to reassure her that I would do that and she smiled back just as the elevator door opened. We walked out together and I asked if I could go with the students as I didn't have any other normal means to travel. She agreed and I started waiting for my friends to come down. It didn't take too long and we left the hotel together and entered the school bus. The other students looked at me with curiosity and some of the girls with adoration. I'm a royal after all so I understand why they are enchanted by my looks. I sat next to Rose and saw how Rilili's face darkened and she had a frown for the whole journey.

Somewhere along the way Rose fell asleep so I made her lay her head on my shoulder and I received some glances from the other students but I decided to ignore them. Later on, after the bus had arrived at the school, I woke Rose up and she looked disoriented and confused as she looked around at the people who were now getting down from the bus.

"Are we already here?" she asked me as she peeped out from the bus window looking at the school where I noticed some elderly people who I perceive to be the students parents were standing.

"Yes. Let's hurry up." I said to her.

"You seem more composed today." she said smiling at me.

"I was studying all night." I informed her,"I might just be more intelligent than you now."

She looked at me like she was about to strangle me and I laughed.

"Don't worry, I'm not that intelligent." she smiled after I said that and we got down together; me carrying her luggage.

"There's my dad." she said that she pointed at a middle aged man who was glaring at me.

I waved at him and this made the man's eyes widen. Rose turned to look at me as if she was examining me and it was satisfying to have her look at me that way and for that long. "He usually looks like that." she said talking about her father,"He must think that you are some delinquent."

I nodded my head in understanding and looked at myself and to me I don't think I look like a delinquent.

"Maybe it's my height and my good looks that he finds threatening." I whispered to Rose as we walked towards her dad.

She giggled quietly so that no one would hear her and I frowned.

"You should just laugh out loud." I told her,"It's bad to keep in your laughs."

"Why is it bad?"

"I don't know. I guess you might die without your joy being expressed."

"Isn't that a good thing? At least you'll die happy." Rose said.

"But that joy will leave you the moment you breathe your last so it doesn't make sense; whatever you're saying."

Rose frowned at me and quickened her steps.

"Dad!" she said excitedly as she opened her arms to hug her father and the man received her with as much joy but when he looked at me, the smile that was on his face when he looked at Rose disappeared instantly.

"Who is he?" I heard him whisper to Rose.

"He's a friend.....a new friend."

"I did not know that your school has a new student.

Rose just laughed at that.

"What is his name?" the man continued to whisper.

"Vermont Dee." Rose said with slight passion in her voice that I did not fail to notice.

They pulled away from the hug and Rose brought her father closer to where I was standing.

"Vermont, this is my dad, Brad Walts. Dad this is Vermont."

We shook hands briefly and then I handed Rose her bag. She took it wandering if I was going somewhere.

"I'll go and say goodbye to Riley." I said addressing Rilili by her own name that I had learnt last night.

Rose nodded and I left the father and daughter standing alone. I found Rilili with her parents who were exchanging their greetings and warmly welcoming her. There was a young boy there as well who I assume is Rilili's brother judging by the resemblance. As if sensing my presence Rilili turned to look at me. She smiled a little bit and then turned to her parents.

"Mom, dad, I would like you to meet someone." she then turned to look at me,"This is Vermont Dee, the superman who had saved the Minister's daughter last night."

I waved my hand at them and they did the same cheerfully unlike Rose's Dad. The boy in particular was very energetic about greeting me he came running towards me and then jumped on my leg because he could not reach my waist properly. I nearly stumbled because I hadn't expected for him to hug me.
