ChenJi Officialy Sailed

The very next moment, Chen was being dragged by Jihun to the rooftop of their building for a very private chat addressed by Jihun himself, he looked very serious when suggesting, so believing it to be actually important, without asking more questions Chen just let himself be dragged by the maknae. Upon reaching the rooftop, Jihun dragged Chen to stand away from the door and hurried back, leaving Chen standing there to close the door after themselves as no one could hear them if any of their members had followed them.

After closing the door, Jihun returned back to a very confused yet curious Chen. They stood facing each other for a few moments, that's when finally Jihun spoke after a long silence, finding courage and collecting his thoughts which was not so easy for him as they stood there staring into each other's eyes intensively.

"Chen-ah so...um, what I wanna say is that....uh....I-I" Jihun was nervous as hell, his heart was beating like it wanted to escape his rib cage that kept it in place. He was even more nervous than when they had performed for their debut stage.

"Yah Jihun-ah~ Why are you so nervous?! Just go ahead and say what you wanna say. I'll just listen and not judge if that's what you want, ok?! You behaving like this is also making me nervous." Reassured Chen although he himself was anxious to hear what Jihun was gonna say that it was making the ever so confident Jihun behave in such a manner.

So giving Jihun an assuring smile to help reduce the maknae's nervousness, whereas Chen himself was dying inside out of curiosity. What was it that had Jihun hesitate so much?

"WANG CHEN! I LOVE YOU!! PLEASE DATE ME?! I have the confidence to make you happy!" Jihun was a blushing mess with a bright flush of red coming across his pale white chubby cheeks. Although being skinny Jihun had fats at the right places making him a handsome individual.

But now Jihun had finally confessed his feelings for which he was happy, thinking he wouldn't have to regret anything in the future even if he were to get rejected now, it would help him get over his one-sided crush a bit faster. Although all his planning of a perfect confession had gone to waste, he just wanted to get over with it because his feelings were growing as time passed. But he had not expected Chen to be blushing as hard as himself because of this sudden confession from Jihun, also too shocked which caused him to choke on nothing.

"cough cough.....cough cough cough! Argh....Jihun-ah....um....you see....so know.....it's like......IloveyoutooyouseeandI’llhappilydateyou!!" (reads out as- I love you too you see and I'll happily date you) Chen ratted out, just wanting the ground to somehow open up and swallow him whole to take him away from the most embarrassing moment of his 16 years of living.

Chen had also just confessed to Jihun in return. This left the maknae shocked as well, Jihun not being sure about Chen's feelings had expected that he would get rejected. He always thought that he was friend zoned by Chen long ago not knowing that Chen felt the same, because Jihun asking to drop formalities, not calling only hm as hyung and being close like best friends got Chen thinking that he was friend zoned by Jihun, whereas Jihun had done that to get another step closer to Chen who was new at that time, now it was Jihun's time to be so shocked to even speak.

"Chen-ah~L-Like.....You sure?!.....It's not like I have confessed so you have to just accept it and give an answer right now!! Take your time to think about it, I feel like I'm forcing my feelings onto you to accept them. If that's the case then no! I'm not forcing you, ok?!" Jihun tried to resonate, trying to find a loophole where this could be wrong.

Chen just shook his head in response to Jihun's concerns, saying "Aniya (No) Jihun-ah~ I have waited too long for this chance and for the first time in my life I'm so sure of my decision!"

Chen with the most heartily smile he could pull off, pulled the younger into a sudden hug despite their height difference, he fell even harder for the maknae seeing his reaction after Chen's sudden answer to his own confession. Jihun out of nowhere burst into tears which caused Chen to hug him even tighter, comforting the maknae now his boyfriend for his sudden outburst in emotions.

*Clap clap clap clap clap clap*

"Woah finally!! I was so worried about you both never confessing it to each other!" Commented Ren, who came along with Jino, Jae, Hajoon, Mark, Young and Ten.

Causing the two to pull back immediately and look away blushing, this made the others to burst out laughing at their cute antics as the groups youngest members were now all grown up, grown enough to date each other. Hajoon never lagging behind, took this chance to tease the two "Ohiiiii~~ Look at them acting like nothing happened! We saw it all, you know?! So learn to close the door properly first kids!"

Jihun was mentally cursing Hajoon for his remake but was also pleased seeing Chen’s reaction, who was technically a blushing mess unlike himself, who was glaring at Hajoon. Jihun had never expected that this day would be imprinted into his memories forever as the most happiest day in his life. Where he had not only confessed his feelings to Chen but also Chen had gone ahead and accepted his confession.

When Jihun saw the smirk on Young's face, he was starting to get how his members had ended up spoiling the great moment the two were having. He cleared his throat purposely drawing the attention of his hyungs to himself so that they would leave Chen alone by saying "Ani Hyungs~~ You have such bad timing. We were just getting to the good part and you all ruined it." He was literally whining like a small kid, like when someone takes a kids favorite candy that he was eating.

The adorable remake by the maknae made them all burst out laughing, that's when Jihun saw Chen who was now turning more and more red due to his comment but what he didn't know, is if it was from anger or if the elder was intensely blushing.

Young still laughing cheerfully being happy for the two said "Ok ok.....now let’s not tease them any further, they are finally together after so much planning for our side. But Jihun-ah I'm proud of you."

"Young-ie hyung~ At least you should have told me about it. But it's ok, I'll forgive you since I and Chen are now together because of you." Jihun complained but still grateful thus, giving Young a very thankful smile for helping him in his relationship.

Whereas for Chen he was internally cursing Jihun for what was happening but at the same time realized that his long awaited desire of being in a relationship with Jihun was actually happening. He saw Ren coming towards him mouthing Congrats as the others were too loud and sure that he would not be able to hear the latter properly over all their chaos.

Ren was finally facing Chen, thus he said "Yahhh~ Chen-ah~ You should have told me that even you loved Jihun, all of this would have happened a lot more earlier--" But he got cut of by Chen saying "Hyung, I didn't want to force my feelings on him and especially wanted him to confess first." Chen explained with the cutest smile ever.

"Ok ok! Hahahahaha.…You two are such love birds, caring for each other secretly." Ren commented, flashing a smile, feeling happy for the two.

Their conversation was interrupted by Young calling them for dinner to celebrate ChenJi being official, this celebration was to be held at the NEO 35's dorm as Young had already called the others beforehand but they didn't know the reason for the sudden over. Ren ran towards Jino who called for him as Chen saw Jihun approaching him with a cute smile with his right hand reaching out as if wanting to be held. Chen immediately held onto Jihun's hand and saw their hyungs waiting for them.

The other members soon arrived at the NEO 35's dorm but didn't find anything out of the ordinary as it was normal for the others to see ChenJi so close. They all sat down around the dinner table fit for all 18 members. Young was the first one to speak up while the other members were having fun chit chatting over dinner.

"Guys there is a reason for this special dinner which I didn't inform you all over the phone. Do you wanna know about it??" Young spoke like a show host teasing the members.

"Yeah I actually wanted to ask about the sudden invitation but then I was like chuck it." Kim said laughing at his own comment.

"But still tell us Young-ie hyung!!" Said Win, who was sitting next to Yuka. Young signaled Jihun to say more about the topic, thus Jihun stood up dragging all the attention towards himself and spoke up for the first time since they arrived there, smiling like an idiot

"Hyungs~ ChenJi is now OFFICIAL!! Chen and I are dating."
