The Tower

Now by looking at Hephaestus now, many would suspect her as imposter or something as she was known for her eye patch and slightly short red hair that she always kept in a loose ponytail.

But now, she became a completely different person with no restrictions on her power and divinities as Alex updated her soul making it change to keep with the update and along with the physical changes. The restrictions that Ouranos had put on the gods and goddesses who descended to earth had disappeared from her.

That could be seen from the aura around her that was hot and warm.

"If I went back like this, there will be an uproar because of my appearance and my divinity that became unrestricted after you enhanced my soul." Hephaestus who was sitting beside Hestia on the sofa opposite to Alex spoke.

"You are right, even me who know you well didn't recognize you for a second." Hestia said.

"Well, we can solve this problem," (Alex)

"How?" (Hephaestus)

"I will put a seal on you that will prevent your power from leaking and help you control your divinity without it getting out of control. With this, no one will find anything wrong with you even Ouranos."

"That's good, but what about my appearance? I can't just go out like that."

"Just focus on your energy and imagine your old appearance, then circulate your energy throughout your body to change your appearance. But your height won't change, are you okay with that?"

"Yeah."

"Okay."

She closed her eyes while taking a deep breath, then imagined her old appearance before circulating her divine energy throughout her body, slowly as she didn't have that much control over her new energy and power.

Suddenly, her body began to emit red bright light that increased its brightness with every passing moment untill the light of the red energy covered her whole body..

It wasn't blinding light but it emitted heat and fire that danced around her body.

And soon enough, the light diminished and slowly disappeared revealing Hephaestus with her old appearance but without the eye patch of course.

"How is it?"

"Perfect, the same old Hephaestus I know." Hestia said while nodding.

"Old?" Veins popped in Hephaestus's head when she heard her friend saying that, but then she sighed as she knew by that answer her previous appearance was back, then she looked down on her breasts with a disappointed look.

'They turned back again, huh.'

Alex smiled secretly when he saw her disappointed look as if knew what she was thinking.

Anyway, with everything done, it was time to go back to do the usual which was grinding in the dungeon.

Now by looking at Hestia, Alex wondered about the time for the canon as he arrived to the Danmachi world without knowing the timeline.

"Hestia." Alex called, making her look at him along with the others.

"Do you have anyone in your familia?" He asked making her widen her eyes thinking that he wanted to be part of her familia or something, but then looked at Vine and sighed.

"No, I don't have one."

Alex nodded at her and thought that may be the canon was near.

"Anyway, I will leave you for some time as me and Vine have something to do." He said while looking at Vine who understood what he wanted to do and she nodded happily.

"Where are you going?" Asked Daki who was sitting near.

"A project." He said without going in detail.

"A project? What project?" Hinata wondered.

"It's quite complicated to explain, so you can come if you want."

They nodded, then Hephaestus and Hestia looked at Alex before sighing as that was something for his wives to see and they weren't his wives, that was what they thought.

"You two can also come." He said, making them smile and nod before following him.

Then all of them went to the back yard of the palace, which was a wide dusty place surrounded by walls with no roof.

Arriving there, they became confused as they didn't see anything around.

Alex saw their confused faces and didn't elaborate anything and just looked at Vine who nodded and stepped forward.

"You may go back a little." She said, while the others stepped back along with Alex standing in front of them.

Then Vine closed her eyes for a second before opening them along with them becoming cold and expressionless.

Her eyes glowed dangerously and her body was surrounded with violet energy that casted a very huge pressure on the whole place, making all people inside the place breath heavily to the point of losing consciousness.

But Alex helped them to ease the pressure a little as he casted a barrier using his pure chaotic energy.

Although it didn't prevent the whole pressure but it lessened it at least because Vine now with her complete control over her power, became the most dangerous person among Alex's wives.

While Alex didn't feel the pressure at all as his energy nullified it immediately.

Although the ground was shaking, but what happened next made it worse.

The ground under them shaked violently, making some of the women present to lose their balance and fall on their plumb soft asses.

But then, something appeared from the ground shocking them, it was so tall and huge yet thick surrounded by majestic aura.

It penetrated the clouds at this point, then stopped getting longer or else would be bad.

The ground also stopped shaking as well while Vine smiled proudly at her work. Although she wasn't proficient in building things like this, but with the help of Gaia, she managed to do it.

Gaia lended her the power of creation to create and modify a tower like that.

The Tower was majestic leaking a terrible and horrible aura of death and blood that could kill anyone if wasn't careful or strong enough.

It was the tower that Alex wanted to create and told Vine to help him create it, along with Gaia who lended them the power of creation to make it.

Once the power did its purpose, it would go back to its master which was Gaia in this case, she trusted Vine this much to lend her her power.

Anyway, now the tower that Alex wanted to create was in front of him right now based on the game he played in his past life.

Although it was a FPS game, but it had one of the strongest Zombie Modes Alex had ever seen.

It gave high rewards but with higher risks. As they say the higher the returns, the higher the risks. Any one in the financial markets know about this.

Now, the Tower of Doom has been manifested, making Alex excited to try it.

Even his smile didn't go unnoticed by Vine who looked back at him along with Daki and Hinata who stood beside him.

But one thing for sure, the one who experience this tower, will have his power increased by several levels.

It could be said that it was better than the dungeon itself at this point.

Don't worry nothing will change and Alex won't stay inside the whole Arc as he still wanted to enjoy the world along with his goddesses that he needed to train to make them his perfect wives.
