She slowly stood up, all packed ready to leave. She stood in front of me, about to say her farewells. But I would like to give her something before our date finally ends.
"Sarah, before you go."
I told her.
She looks at me with her sparkling purple eyes, the window to her soul. Where I see sincere reason and appreciation, innocence and purity. She stood gracefully in front of me, smiling at me sweetly.
"What is it?" She says followed by a small giggle. I then pulled out a paperbag I'd hid beside me.
"Here, this is for you." I hand the paper bag to her. Her face lit in excitement, wondering what could be inside it.
"Open it." I said. She gently opened it up and her face brightens up in joy as she slowly pulled out a purple dolphin doll pillow, buried in some chocolates that I bought earlier. She held it out and smiled cheerfully as she examines it.
