Helping a friend who doesn't need help

I stepped out of the class to see my friends giggling as Clara asked .

"So are you guys officially a couple " she asked as Lyda took my hands shaking it while waiting for what I would say I moved close to them like I was about to tell them some juicy news .

"We are just friends " I said whispering as Clara and Lyda looked at each other .

"Friends " they said in unison as Lyda dropped my hands before turning to face Clara .

"So all the cuddling,hugging and chatting was just FRIENDS "Clara said as she held her head like it would explode because of the new information which she refused to accept .

" I am such I have a good memory and it still functions well clearly enough for me to remember that we never cuddled " I said Clara shook her hands waving at me to stop talking as she walked closed to the wall resting her back on it .

"But did he say he would like to see you again ?" Lyda asked as I nodded before saying .

"Yeah sure he said he would like to meet me again " .

"Gorgeous ! We just have to teach her how to approach " Clara said as she walked to Lyda as they both stood looking at each other while Lyda nodded agreeing to what Clara said .

"Approach who ?" I asked as I walked to stand at their middle Clara pushed me from their middle as I staggered a little before hanging my back pack on my shoulder .

" yeah a new makeover and gosh even her hair and also her dressing is our top priority "Lyda said as she glanced at me giving me a pitiful look why does it looks like they were planning something for me and I really didn't no what was it and they were also talking about my hair and dressing what wrong with it .

Raising my hands up I asked " Lyda i thought you like my dressing "

" so you told her she was beautiful in those things she wear it not good to tell lies when it revealing " Clara said whispering which I heard as I walked to her flicking her head she winced rubbing her forehead as she glared at me .

I started walking leaving them as they followed me .

Someone walked behind Clara as he whispered close to her ear .

"Hey Clara I bought you this flower " Clara yelled as we turned to see my brother .

"Oh my brother " I whispered as I rubbed my forehead with my palms doesn't he know that you can't force someone to like you .

"Are they ...were they ...are they really ...Oh gosh I can't form a coherent speech " Lyda said as she looked at me as I shook my head telling her I don't know about it .

Clara took the flower as I turned to Lyda who also held a surprised expression maybe she actually liked him though .

" thanks Richard I don't like flowers nor the red once and the important one you should know is that I don't like YOU " Clara said as we squinted our eyes at the way she shouted she threw the flower on the floor while stomping on it with both feet Lyda giggled as Clara turned to us .

"Oh you don't like that one I could get another one but I won't stop confessing my love for you and I know for sure that one day you will reciprocate my feelings " Richard said as he clenched his fist Clara rolled her eyes as she used her hands to bring her hair backward which got scattered when she was stomping at the flower .

"Yeah that will happen when pigs fly " she said as she started walking as we followed her .

We kept on laughing as we came out of school and then we took the bus Lyda whispered something to me which was very clear enough for the person who which we are talking about to hear but to us that was the lowest we could ever be .

"Their name is going to be clahard ". I said as I clapped my hands before separating them .

" yeah sure I think that a nice name "Lyda said as we giggled Richard smiled as Clara kept on boiling with rage .

I don't know if it was the sun or just my sight but it felt like smoke was popping out of her head which I thought wasn't normal for a human except the person was a robot maybe it was because of the laughter it was funny getting back on this bubble headed Clara .

" we can all hear you "Clara said as we laughed out loud we took the bus home as Lyda and Clara went to their house while me and Richard went home .

I went to my room as I slumped on my bed today was very long and weird I thought as I stood up going to the bathroom to take my bath .

After bathing I put on a much lighter clothes as i went down stairs to prepare something to eat I was climbing down the stairs when I heard Richard yell out

" I already ordered some pizza " he said as I turned to see him watching foot ball on the TV I walked to the living room I sat down as I took one pizza taking a very big bite from it I remember talking to ken as I chuckled as I also remember Clara face before she left I laughed out as I quickly covered my mouth .

"Why are you laughing so annoyingly huh I can't see anything funny in what they are doing , watching the first time you laughed I asked my self what was so funny that I had to squint my eyes to look further but I still couldn't find anything funny then you laughed so loud I realized something " Richard said as I took a bite from my pizza .

"What " I asked barely audible .

"That you were losing it I mean you were going crazy " Richard said as I frowned looking at him not wanting to pick up a fight I said .

"Sorry let's go back to football " Ricard sighed as he turned to the television.

I took another pizza as I ate it I remember Clara and Richard name clahard as I softly chuckled I thought about me and ken's name kenma no mean no that was dumb I thought maybe we could figure it out I said as I nodded to myself .

Richard turned off the TV as I turned to see him raising his eyebrows while opening his eyes wide he moved closed to me touching my forehead as I frowned looking at his hand on my head .

"You are perfectly fine so why are you smiling " he asked me as I rolled my eyes at him .

"Do you have a death wish I could help you fulfill it " he said smiling for some reason the smile did not look convincing .

"Alright am sorry " I said throwing a pillow he caught the pillow staring at me with a glare .

"Since you ruined my football I might as well know why you are laughing " he said as he turned to face me .

"Um nothing it just that I never knew you liked Clara that much I knew but not that extent " I said .

"Yeah i do but she doesn't find me interesting " he said for once I felt like my brother was serious so I didn't try to make fun of him I could see he genuinely liked Clara but why, no offense cause Clara was my best friend and I also know how annoying she is so what did he really like in her .

"I tried everything but she doesn't want to accept me and don't you dare say that she is older than me we could still make it work " he said I gave a short laugh at my brother choice of words .

"Okay firstly girls don't like it when you bug them or get in their business every time they really like getting flowers and gifts but Clara as you know is not that type of girl get.

secondly bugging is one of things people hate when you move around with people keep talking and not allowing them to talk or you keep professing love to them and not giving them time they will take you like you are some stalker bugging them you almost looked like some obsessed fan waiting for his celebrity and what do all stalkers get from celebrity yelled out maybe even dragged by their body guard beating if that person is wicked or insulted because of stalking and that similar with what you did today coming everyday professing your love it kinda of like you are some paparazzi and what does celebrity do when they see those people they run away from them similar to the way Clara is running away from you even if you are trying to give her gifts try to give it on a specific occasion maybe birthday party or Christmas sure then if you want to tell her how beautiful she is maybe when she needs it example is when she is trying to prove something to somebody you could try giving a compliment not to much .

And thirdly take a break from the whole confession thing once in a while and try to make it romantic you seem like you are obsessed try telling her things Clara would like but not to much and not every time " I said as I placed my hands on Richard shoulder who nodded to what I said I stood up to go and sleep cause I was so tired .

"Good night " I said while yawning .

"Yeah goodnight " Richard said waving as I left climbing the stairs .

I walked to my room as i laid on the bed i took my phone to see that cara and Lyda sent me a message I opened the message as I read it .

' we got ideas in ways to approach him and also a new outfit . Clara '

' it me Lyda I also got a suggestion on a new hairstyle '

Lyda sent a message with Clara phone I then texted back .

' are you guys together ?' .

'Rhetorical question girl Clara ' . Clara texted so they were together .

' yeah she is in my house it turns out that her sisters wasn't around so she came here to stay . Lyda '

Lyda texted as i read it I replied back with .

'so the almighty Clara is scared of being alone '.

Lyda : hahahahaha.

Clara:you guys are not serious am not scared at all never was never can be I am just taking precautions .

I laughed at what Clara said trying to cover up as I texted back .

' taking precautions for what just admit it you are scared cause you are a scared cat . chicken '.

' she is angry now ' Lyda typed .

'It good for her you guys don't have anything to do than to look for ways I could met a boy "I texted back to Lyda.

'We are just being good friends ' Lyda texted while sending a sad emoji .

" well new splash I don't need both of you help good night " I texted her as I dropped my phone on the table what kind of a friends do I really have I thought as I turned to the side before I fell asleep .

On the other end in Lyda house after reading the message she turned to Clara .

"We are still going to help her right ?" Lyda asked Clara .

"You ask silly question. We are definitely going to help her "Clara said as she cover the blanket on her body .

" let's get some nice sleep tomorrow is going to be a long day for both of us cause we are nice people " Clara said winking at Lyda who smiled back at her .

"You're right what kind of friends we will be if we don't help her " Lyda said as she joined Clara covering the blanket she turned to the side as they both fell asleep .
