Chapter 1: Understanding Circumstances

It all began in Kei City of China with the news of a luminescent baby being born. After that, more individuals gain these exceptional circumstances and the exceptional became the norm. Fantasy into reality! To this day, eighty percent of the world's population has supernatural abilities, twenty percent falling mostly as elderlies. The abrupt change made the world fall into chaos and a profession that everybody dreamed about came to be... HEROES!

Three month's after the baby with luminescent quirk was born and thirty percent of the population already has the thing called 'quirk', in a big private laboratory where different projects are being researched and invented by a black haired man and his partner who suddenly gained a quirk called flaming nails.

"Looks like we will never be able to use this experiment of ours in creating super soldiers". The man said while playing with the flames on his fingers. "We might as well stop this partner since the world has already given many people what we want to give them".

"No! We are almost done with the serum and other projects. Might as well finish what I have started and wish that someday my descendants have a way to use it Noel", the black haired man said.

"Okay, Daishi! I will help you to finish this stuff, then I will return to Canada since hell is already breaking loose their", offering to finish the project together.

"Cool, I will just pass down the results of projects to my descendants if need be, "Daishi Midoriya said.

The twenty-third century, five generations after the first heroes are born, in a quirk assessment clinic.

"I am afraid there's no hope for him," the doctor said

"No! there must be some mistake!? the other kindergartners already start showing signs of their quirks" Inko said while panicking

"Pardon my asking Ma'am, you're the fourth generation, Yes?" the doctor inquired.

"Yes, Of course... I can pull small objects towards me and my husband can breathe fire."

"By the age of four, a child should manifest either or combination their parents' quirk. However early quirk research discovered one important finding, it has something to do with the presence or absence of extra joint in the pinky toe, humans has no need for parts they don't use, you see. And those without the extra joint represent those who had quirks" the Doctor explained. "And as you can see Izuku here has two joints. It's quite rare these days but this only means that he posses no quirk at all."

Izuku looking sad, looked at the doctor."But I can still be a hero like All Might, right mom?"

"No kid! It's better for you to become the police or a common workforce" the doctor harshly said making Izuku cry.

At the Midoriya household. Inko watched his son play the videos of All Might.

Izuku looked at her, "Mom I can still be a cool hero like All Might right? That's what I want to be."

"Sorry, Izuku! I'm sorry Izuku," Inko looking at his teary-eyed son, suddenly remembered the things that her husband left behind after his death. "Don't worry baby, you can become a hero!"

Flashback after Izuku was born.

"Inko, I need to tell you my family secret", Hisashi said.

"Wha...What is it, honey?", Inko asked curiously and nervously

"Relax! I just want you to have this! It contains the products of research of one of my ancestor. It contains several of the projects he wished to use to create heroes when suddenly quirks started appearing", Hisashi explained. "My ancestor also leaves a note on how each item is to be used and he wished that if someday one of the members of his household wished to be a hero give it to him. And it was passed down generation after generation but none of us wants to be a hero, so if ever Izuku wished to be a hero give it to him. And the reason I'm saying this is because you know that I'm working as an undercover agent for the government right? There may come a day I won't be able to tell him this personally. And I don't want to break this passing of inheritance of some sort. Hahaha!"

"O-Okay! Bu-but you won't die I believe this!", Inko nervously argued.

"Sure dear! Sure!" Hisashi laughing it off!

Two days after the event

"Hahaha! Shave head we're just asking for your soccer ball and you won't let us play with it"four-year-old Katsuki said while pushing the mini explosions of his hand to the gut of the shaved head boy while his flunkies hold the boy.

Izuku seeing this ran forward stopping Katsuki from bullying the other boy. "Enough Kacchan. You already made him cry... Stop it...I...I won't let yo-you!"

"So Deku, quirkless wonder.. think he can play hero now, huh?" Katsuki said while smiling evilly.

That day I know that EVERYBODY is not born Equal! That's the hard truth I learned at the age of four.

(Izuku's POV onwards)

Mom said that I should return early and she has to say something to me.

"Mom, I am home"

"Oh! baby lock the door and come here!", my mom said softly with a serious face.

"Okay, mom!", I said gulping

"Izuku! Do you really want to be a hero?", mom asked sternly.

"Yes, I'm will become a hero", I said with the determination.

"Heheheh! My baby is so cute", said mom while pinching my face. Then she became serious again, "Izuku, this an inheritance that was left behind by your father and his ancestors", Inko then slowly explained what the small case contains and how to open it.

"Izuku, you need to prick your fingers and drop small blood on that scanner", Inko said while pointing at the scanner near the locks of the case.

I pricked my finger while crying a little bit.

"Does it hurt the baby", my mom said concerned. I looked at her and said "It's okay mom"

Then the case opened and my mouth hangs open. How could it possibly contain all this stuff?

Many kinds of stuff are organized in the case. Vials with medicines, some papers with notes, high tech kinds of stuff and small memory chips like in the video games.

I read the notes. "To my descendants: I wish for all my research be put to good use and please do not share any information about this in ANY circumstances, only us the Midoriya family are allowed to know about my research. The instructions on how to use the items can be seen in that red phone like device... Love your ancestor, Daishi Midoriya.

I opened the red device and it scanned the nearest of the things in the case, a blue liquid in a large vial.

-Negative Side Effects: Must be trained since it is like a baby.
