Chapter 5: Are You Dating?

Ann entered and went to her office, as soon as she entered Jane came to her

Jane: Ann, you're finally here?

Jane hugged Ann, Jane was Ann's friend

Ann: Yes, I finally came

Jane: Why didn't u come to work yesterday?

Ann: It's my husband, Jane. He left me with our 2 kids

Jane: What?

Jane screamed making people look at her

Jane: Sorry

People got back to work

Jane: He's so wicked, That's why I don't trust most men

Ann sighed

Ann: He even sacked us from his house

Jane: Oh, this man is wicked. He didn't even care about his children and just left them

Ann: He left with Veronica

Jane: Veronica? She's such a rat or let's say a dog

Ann: Yeah, Maybe you're so right

Jane: I better get back to work

Ann: See you later

Jane left and Ann began work immediately. It was soon breaktime and Ann was soon to finish typing. The bell then rang which means it was breaktime, Ann closed her Laptop. She took her lunch and the other one for Glenn and took it to his office

Ann: Can I come in, Sir

Glenn: Sure, come in

Ann entered

Ann: I decided to bring you breakfast since you don't have breakfast every morning

Glenn: Thank you

Ann placed it on the table

Ann: I'll just leave now

Ann turned to leave when Glenn held her hand

Glenn: Sit with me, Can u do that for me?

Ann: Sure, Would u need coffee?

Glenn: With milk, no sugar and whipped cream

Ann: Okay, Sir

Ann went and made the coffee and brought it to him

Glenn: Thank you

Ann sat down and decided to eat hers too

Glenn: Did u made it yourself?

Ann: Yes, I did

Glenn took a bite

Glenn: It's so delicious

Ann smiled, they began chatting until Glenn asked Ann a question

Glenn: So, uhm...Are u Dating?

Ann's Mind: What should I say?

Ann: No, I'm not dating
