Alex’s House

Characters: Ruth, Wisdom, Alex and Antoinette

Alex returns from work later in the evening. Wisdom runs to welcome his daddy.

Wisdom: Welcome daddy. You kept long today.

Alex: Hope you are doing fine my boy?

Wisdom: I'm fine daddy.

Antoinette takes Alex's bag and welcomes him.

Antoinette: Welcome Mr. Alex

Alex: Fine. Hope you are fine?

Antoinette: I'm fine....

Ruth comes from the kitchen and welcomes her husband.

Ruth: Honey you are back already.

Alex: Yeah just came....in

Ruth: Welcome honey. Food is almost served. You just came at the right time. Guys, food is ready. (They are sit on the dining table.)

Alex: Honey we will visit your mom tomorrow at the village so please get prepared.

Ruth: I got some foodstuffs yesterday so I think we can send some to her.

Alex: eeeerm sure. Yep that's a good idea. Just get inside and put things together.

Ruth: Antoinette please make sure u take very good care of my angel for me.

Antoinette: Hey!!!! He's my angel too. In fact he's my hero. I'll take good care of him. We'll only miss u.

Ruth: But we aren't going to keep long. It's just a visit. It's been a very long time we visited her. It's Wisdom's Granny we are talking about.

Wisdom: Mom I'll miss u. Please don't keep long.

Ruth: I won't my dear. (She rubs her hand on his head to pamper him)

Wisdom: Send my regards to grandma. Tell her I miss her.

Alex: Annette kindly take good care of yourself and my son for me.

Antoinette: Don't worry I'll.

Ruth: You know he's our everything. Please just take care of him for us.

Afterwards, they all sat and watch television. After some hours Ruth calls Wisdom and takes him to bed.
