Into Trouble

Shian walked out of the house still seething in rage and headed confidently, towards the heart of the city.

As he walked by the buildings, they were noticeably better than the ones in the outskirts. They were more developed, their intricate designs were visible for all to see, along with their towering and magestic sizes, the cars moving by didn't move on wheels, instead they hovered above the ground and made a humming noises when they passed by. The ground was clean, unlike the outskirts where dirt was everywhere and the air was filled whith the putrid smell of waste, this side had a fragrant smell.

Shian's destination was a restaurant called 'The New Day', he had always wished to eat in that restaurant and he finally had the chance.

The previous day, Shian's neighbors had contributed credits and gave to him, he was over the moon when he was given, so he planned to use a part of it to finally eat in a restaurant like rich people do and then use the rest for his mission.

Shian eventually got to where he was headed, he stood outside for some minutes, taking in the beauty of the restaurant.

The door of the restaurant and the windows were transparent and he could see people chatting with a plate of food on their table or a glass of drink in their hands, above the door was a sign which said 'Welcome to The New Day Restaurant', the words were constantly changing colors like neon signs, all in all, it was eye catching and seemed to be calling out to the people walking by.

Shian walked in boldly and sat down.

The interior was just as alluring as the entrance. There were flower pots on the shelves, along with vines on the walls and some plants were hung from the ceiling. The lighting's were perfectly hanging from the ceiling and on the walls, there were different kinds of murals.

Just across the restaurant, there was a stage with a band of musicians performing and playing slow and soothing music. Shian was blown away. He knew the restaurant was beautiful, but he didn't think it was this much.

Shian sat down with a smile plastered on his face. On his table was a tab, he picked it up and scanned the menu, he tapped several times until he finally settled for a descent dish. A moment later, a tray on moving wheels stopped at his table, the tray was just a little bit taller than the table which made the tray slip into the table smoothly without making any noise.

"Thank you Mr Robot." Shian said and surprisingly the bot replied.

"You're welcome Sir." It said with a monotone voice.

Shian didn't need to be told what to do next. He began to devour his food without any manners earning himself disgusted glances and making them whisper among themselves then continue whatever they were doing. Shian being the center of all the attention didn't even bat an eyelid towards them, of they didn't like his manners then they could just piss off.

Shian cleaned his plate, paid the bill before walking out.

As he got to the automatic door, he accidentally bumped into someone, and as Shian opened his mouth to apologize he stood, frozen.

A tall girl around his age with an hourglass figure, she had a round face which ended with a pointed chin, bright ruby red eyes, long black eyelashes, long red hair that reached her waist, her skin was smooth without any spot almost like a porcelain doll. All things considered, she looked beautiful, more like an angel. Shian was left with his mouth hanging open, unable to snap out of his daze.

"Well, won't you apologize" The girl said not caring about the way Shian was staring at her.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going." Shian finally managed to say.

Just then three boys who looked a bit older than them walked in their direction. The one in the middle was taller than Shian by a centimeter or two, he had thick short white hair, was muscular and two other boys were tailing him like two loyal dogs. The one on the left was thin and was just as tall as Shian with blonde hair, while the other on the right was as muscular as the boy with white hair, but with long black hair instead.

The three boys approached Shian and the girl with smiles on their faces.

"Hello Vanessa" The boy in the middle with white hair said courteously. Shian was surprised by his comportment.

"What do you want again Seth" Vanessa, the girl Shian was speaking with said with anger in her voice. Those walking by gave a brief look in their direction.

"Look, I know you are mad at me for what I did the other time, but please just hear me out." The boy with white hair known as Seth said.

"I've already given you my answer so we do not have anything to talk about anymore. Go and find someone else, it's not like I'm the only beautiful girl in the Academy."

Shian had already gotten a general idea of what was going on. It looked like Seth had asked Vanessa out or something like that and she refused, but Seth kept on chasing after her and she was beginning to get angry about it.

"Please Vanessa."

Shian was getting irritated, not just because Seth kept begging, but because of the way they were staring at her, they were clearly having lewd thoughts about her, and Vanessa apparently didn't want to talk to him but Seth just kept on persisting.

Shian decided to not interfere but his mouth had already moved before he could stop himself, so he just decided to go on with it.

"What's wrong with you, she said she doesn't want to speak with you, what's so hard to understand in that. Even if you want to talk to her, is it in an open place like this you are supposed to do so. It looks like that thick hair of yours is pressing down on you brain so hard, you can't think straight."

For a second the four of them were unable to do anything. Vanessa didn't even believe the person she had just met will stand up for her.

One of the boys standing behind Seth was the first to react. The one who was muscular like Seth pounced on him with surprising agility and with the intent of tackling him to the ground. Shian with all the training he had received easily side stepped the incoming attack.

The boy crashed on the ground heavily and wounded himself in the process. He got up ready to attack again. but was stopped on Seth's order

"Stop Druber, leave him alone." Seth said then gave him a look as of to say.

'We'll deal with him later'

The boy, Druber, who attacked Shian, looked at him and said

"You're dead."

Shian didn't reply but gave him nonchalant look which only angered Druber, but in his head he was cursing himself.

'FUCK MEEE!!!! me and my loud mouth again'
