Registering the Marriage

When the hospital room was empty, Royce also came to see her, mainly to berate her about "falling and hitting her head."

"Lily, you're faking it, right? You did this to piss me off."

There was a nearby porridge shop with good food. Lily often went there. She took Edmond inside, ordered, and they found a spot at the back.

While waiting for the food, she brought up the subject herself.

"Uncle Edmond, did you sign the agreement I sent you earlier?"

Since Edmond hadn't mentioned the prenuptial agreement, she had Aria find a lawyer to draft one for her.

Edmond looked up at her when she mentioned the agreement.

"The agreement is unfair to me. I didn't sign it."

Lily was taken aback, "What's unfair about it?"

Impossible. It was all in his favor.

Edmond said, "Check the last clause, the 10th additional provision."

Lily opened her phone.

She had sent Edmond two documents, one prenuptial agreement and one marital contract.

She directly opened the marital contract.

This was mainly to restrict her behavior, such as not interfering in his affairs after marriage, listening to him on all matters, big and small, behaving properly, and not causing trouble... Lily found the 10th additional provision as Edmond had mentioned.

Lily took a screenshot and sent it to Aria, asking what was going on.

The food arrived, two bowls of millet porridge. Edmond placed one bowl in front of Lily and pushed the steamed dumplings toward her.

Lily took the spoon and thanked him.
