My mind was cast back to the memories of yesterday at the park, not minding what was happening around me. But that was until Jasmine tapped me once again, bringing me back to my actual reality that was this miserable life as a scholar.
"Dee will be representing us," Albert Lorten announced.
I didn't quite process what Albert had said on first hearing and so, I blinked a few times while blankly staring at him.
"Dee?" Jasmine called, shaking me for what I reckoned was about the sixth time.
I turned with a surprised look on my face, gazing upon the pink-haired beauty that had been mine from last night.
"Huh?"
The only word that escaped my lips.
She directed me with her head movement towards Albert's standing position and I followed equally, turning to look at Albert.
