As news reached me of Andreas' victory over my own men, I couldn't escape the chilling realization that I might be his next target. My brother, once a mere subject of rumors suggesting he was cursed, had seemingly transformed into a vengeful force.

Fear gripped me. Even with the estate heavily fortified by soldiers positioned at every corner, what chance did they stand when my most skilled fighters had been defeated by Andreas?

Even Nigel, a loyal companion, had not been spared, and the majority of our troops were still missing in action. The thought of dispatching more men to aid them weighed on me, as I feared the same fate might befall them.
