Rewards

The rest of the meeting was smooth, Byrth and Luckas finished telling the story of the cave and soon they were dismissed.

Before they could exit the tent Philips sent a mental message to Jeffrey remembering him to tell them about the rewards. Jeffrey was caught off guard he wanted to announce the rewards when they reached the city, but he understood his uncle's thinking.

-" Oh, so you know, I plan to rewards the villagers for their contribution in the fight against the Dark Palace, of course, you two would gain a bonus as even the other villagers admire the feats you two accomplished." Jeffrey knew his uncle wanted to fish Byrth with material benefits.

Byrht and Luckas eyes shine as they heard that, they bowed and thanked Jeffrey. Soon the trio was left alone in the tent. Philips was silent so they maintained the silence and waited for him to speak.

-" Jeffrey, when we get back you need to settle the villagers, get a good plot of land for them, especially for the village of the man." Byrth finally spoke, he felt blessed everything had gone as he wanted and he even got more. -" And for the rewards don't be stingy, reward them well, if we treat the villagers well enough he would feel indebted to us." Philips knew how close the communities of the villages were, they were almost like a clan, a really, really poor clan.

Jeffrey nodded, he wanted to speak but Philips threw a ring at him.
