Capturing Loki

A few weeks later after joining S.H.I.E.L.D., Hiroto was now on a Quinjet going to Germany. During the time he joined S.H.I.E.L.D., he worked with Natasha on numerous occasions to complete missions.

He was now familiar with the hidden workings of this world. Still, he was careful in dealing with things as Azazel warned him about a powerful presence he felt. But overall, he was already accustomed to his current job.

He also met some people he knew such as Tony Stark aka Iron Man and Captain America, Steve Rogers. He didn't know much about them other than they are heroes. This was because he only watched a movie about each of them like Iron Man 1 and Captain America: The First Avenger. Other than those two, he doesn't know much about this world.

As for why they are headed to Germany, it was due to someone named Loki. They need to capture this guy with their team. This is the first mission the Avengers team will go through.

"Yo kid, are you gonna be okay? You know we won't be fighting some normal guy."

Hiroto glanced at the man beside him commonly known as Iron Man. He then grabbed a standard-issue pistol given to him as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent before proceeding to crush it with one hand.

He then looked back once again to Tony, "There's a reason I was recruited to this team, Mr. Stark."

"What the–!? Did you use some kind of super soldier serum or something?" Tony exclaimed. It was quite a surprise to see a teenage boy with that strength after all. Steve who was sitting with them, perked upon hearing the question.

"Wouldn't you know that Mr. Consultant? Besides, it's a secret," Hiroto smiled before closing his eyes. In truth, he was communicating with the other chat members.

[Hiroto (Admin): I think the invasion will happen soon.]

[Azazel: Why do you say so?]

[Hiroto: I'm on a mission to capture this guy called Loki and he stole an item called Tesseract which from what I gathered in S.H.I.E.L.D., is capable of different space-related abilities.]

[Azazel: I see, then we will be ready just in case.]

[Hiroto: Alright, then talk to you later, Azazel-san.]

After ending the chat, Hiroto just relaxed to prepare for the incoming fight. He was more than ready though as his strength, with the help of Garp, has improved greatly.

Mainly on the haki training but he was also taught some Rokushiki Techniques which he learned throughout their stay. He mainly focused on two Rokushiki though, Geppo and Soru as these were the most useful for him currently.

He also continuously gathered points via the daily log in which he used to buy some cheap things like <<Comprehension Improvement Pill>> which have an effect to improve comprehension by double which lasts for an hour.

"I can see the target!"

Hiroto immediately opened his eyes and ready himself. It didn't take long before he and Steve jumped out of the Quinjet. Tony already left much earlier but was on standby from afar.

Hiroto saw a man, Loki, surrounded by kneeling people, and when he was about to blast an old man, the two landed. With Steve blocking Loki's attack and Hiroto carrying the old man to a safe distance. He then joined in the fight against Loki.

With haki-coated arms, he threw a punch at Loki, throwing the latter.

*Bam!*

"Aren't you too weak?" Hiroto muttered after seeing Loki being thrown with a casual punch. Though subconsciously, he was comparing Loki to his sparring partner every day, Garp.

"Good job, Hayama," Steve said before rushing off toward the downed Loki.

Hiroto also followed and then saw Loki already having stood up with his Scepter.

"You...damn mortal! Kneel before this god!" Loki gnashed his teeth in anger and shame. 'How could I be overpowered by a mortal!'

Loki then aimed his scepter at the two avengers before shooting multiple blasts from his scepter.

"Ha!"

*Bam!* *Bam!*

Steve went in front and blocked all attacks then Hiroto followed after. He rushed toward Loki from the side and used Soru, immediately appearing beside the guy.

*Bang!*

Then he threw a fully powered haki-coated kick at Loki's temple, throwing the latter and removing his helmet in the process.

"Agh!"

"Isn't this guy too weak for a god? I remember Azazel mentioned that gods in his world can casually level islands and even countries. But this guy, proclaiming he is a god, seems too weak in comparison." Hiroto mumbled.

"Hayama, let's restrain this guy," Steve said.

"Alright," Hiroto walked over to Loki before giving the guy a full-powered punch to make sure the latter is knocked out.

After that short ordeal, they successfully finishes their mission and brought Loki to the Quinjet.

While on the Quinjet, on their way to the Helicarrier. A sudden storm appeared. Dark clouds gathered, thunder rumbled, and lightning flashed through dark clouds.

'I have a bad feeling about this,' Hiroto thought. And sure enough, he "saw" from his observation haki, a figure approaching their vehicle before a "thud" was heard on the roof.

"Oh, what now?" Tony grabbed his detached helmet and wore it. He then walked over to the hatch and opened it.

"What are you doing?" Steve asked but there was no response.

Just then, a blonde-haired man entered, carrying a hammer. Without any warning, this man attacked Tony and blasted the latter backward.

The blondie then took the unconscious Loki before flying off.

"Another Asgardian?" Natasha said.

"You think he's friendly?" Steve asked.

"Doesn't matter, if he frees or kills Loki, the tesseract's gone," Tony said before walking towards the open hatch.

"Stark, we need a plan of attack," Steve said.

"I have a plan–" Tony glanced at Steve, "–Attack." He then flew out.

"Haa," Steve sighed before getting one of the parachutes on the Quinjet and starts wearing it.

"I'd sit this one out, Cap," Natasha said. After all, their opponents are gods, and while Steve may be a supersoldier, it's too far-fetched to fight a god. Or at least that is what she's thinking.

Hiroto on the other hand was on stand-by, he wouldn't risk fighting the new guy. To him, that was more like a god than Loki, someone capable of affecting nature to an extent like how the new arrival created a storm.

"These guys come from legends, okay? They're basically gods," Natasha warned Steve.

"There's only one God ma'am, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that," Steve replied before walking towards the hatch and jumping off.

"Well, there he goes," Hiroto commented prompting Natasha to glance at him.

"You're not going with them?" She asked curiously. She already saw his strength, he easily thrashed Loki.

"To fight the blondie? No, I don't think so." Hiroto shook his head. "I don't have a suitable weapon or protection to go in that kind of battle. Cap has his shield and Mr. Stark has his armor, I have none but my body."

"Make sense," She shrugged.

'Well, I can try fighting that guy with the thing Azazel-san gave me. That artificial sacred gear thing.' Hiroto smiled slightly. Not like he would reveal that thing, it's a trump card for him.
