It's basically been 3 years. I look at them questioningly while tilting my head. "*sniffs* Mort, I'm sorry... I'm sorry we left you alone..." Marianne sobbed, making me roll my eyes internally. I should probably pretend to not understand them...

The boy came running towards me and just by the voice, although it's starting to get deeper the last time I heard it, I knew exactly who it was. Just then, the blond-haired boy came running to me and hugged me very tightly. If I could, I would escape, but the boy is hugging me like his life depended on it.

Yes, it is Noel— the demon...

The kids, around the same age as the current me, are currently screaming and cheering in excitement looking at the "supposedly angel". I bet Marianne and Father Mateo lied in this kid's mind telling me I was a sleeping angel or something.... And that obviously is me...

Which I beg to differ is completely the opposite of what you kids are thinking. Because I'm totally the opposite of that.

I then started coughing at this choking bitch hug of this demon. "Mort! You're awake!" Noel sobbed as he finally stopped hugging me and cupped my cheeks as he looked at me. There was definitely snot coming out of his nose, eww... I wish I had my gun and could kill this dude right now.

"Alright, alright calm down..." Marianne says to Noel as she pulls him away from me. From the corner of my eye, the system suddenly glitches... Or at least that looked like that. Honestly I could care less what happens to those things, but the fact it suddenly turned blood red kind of disturbed me. Not that I mind since that would be my favorite color.

Suddenly a circulating pain emerged in my whole body. "Ah-!" Thankfully, it was just luke grounding yourself... Except it was all over the body. It made me confused for a second before everything went black. The system screen appeared in my view at the last second and I noticed one word.

Then gravity and lack of control overtook me and I fell down. I saw Marianne and father Mateo's look of panic once they noticed I fell. That was the last thought

In the late evening, the Great Church in the Holy Kingdom. Inside a room, there was a lovely woman with brown hair who lay asleep next to an angelic looking toddler with unusual white hair. He wasn't sleeping, his eyes were in fact wide open, revealing his light blue eyes.

This boy is Mort, and the woman was sister Marianne. "*Sigh* What the hell is this now..." Mort grumbles quietly while being trapped in sister's embrace. 'Could this get any worse?' Mort thought to himself, before the newly blood red system panel suddenly appears in front of his eyes

[ Congratulations for successfully changing race. You are now a semi-demon ]

Mort stares at the panel with a dumbfounded look. "Fuck..." He mutters, and hasn't realized that he spoke English.
