The sky above the Sea of Japan was cloudy, reflecting the tension that covered the region.

Before launching the attack, Zero contacted the Chinese Federation and formed an alliance with them, the Chinese federation certainly did not mind helping Zero to defeat Britannia, because if Britannia's occupation of Japan was defeated, they would also benefit. On the other side, on the Chinese Federation's flagship, Li Xingke looked at the monitor screen showing the Avalon's formation.

Li Xingke was a tall young man with a slender body, he had brown eyes and long black hair that reached his knees that was adorned with a red headdress. He wore a short blue shirt that was similar to a man's qipao and a long white shirt with two leg slits below it. He also wore a red sash with his sword attached to it, black trousers, and brown boots.

"We can't give them a chance! Attack with all our strength!" Li Xingke ordered firmly.

With that command, the Chinese Federation's Knightmare pilots began to launch attacks.

Red and gold fighter planes launched from the ship's deck, heading straight for the majestic Avalon. However, Schnezel was ready. He knew they were coming.

The Chinese Federation's ships launched missile attacks, but Avalon quickly mobilized its defense system. Laser guns and anti-aircraft cannons lit up, destroying the incoming missiles.

In the air, the battle between the fighter planes began. "Counterattack with a new formation!" he shouted. They began a coordinated attack. The Chinese Federation's fighters formed a triangular formation and began to approach Avalon.

Meanwhile, Schnezel saw the new formation.

"They're trying to change tactics. Aim our weapons at their weak points!" he ordered. Avalon began firing more precisely, destroying several Knightmares that tried to attack.

But Li Xingke did not give up. He ordered a large-scale attack while he also entered the cockpit of Shenhu, China's seventh-generation Knightmare to participate in the battle.

In the midst of the battle, a key moment arrived. One of the Chinese Federation pilots, managed to infiltrate Avalon's defenses. With extraordinary courage, he launched his final attack.

However, Schnezel anticipated the move. Quickly, he aimed his weapon and destroyed Mei's Knightmare before the attack could succeed. "Too easy," Schnezel muttered, feeling victory was getting closer.

Meanwhile in Tokyo, Lancelot with extraordinary agility managed to avoid Guren's anchor attack before approaching and drawing his MVS sword.

Guren immediately caught the MVS sword with its claws before activating a radiation wave. Seeing Guren's attack, Lancelot immediately released the MVS sword and retreated.

Without hesitation, Guren continued to chase Lancelot at close range.

Guren's left arm fell to the ground after being cut off by Lancelot, but at the same time Lancelot's left arm also exploded due to the radiation wave.

On the other hand, Zero faced Cornelia who was piloting Gloucester, facing Gloucester's spear attack, Raijin avoided it easily, Zero immediately activated the power of time to stop time for a moment and disappeared from Cornelia's sight before appearing behind Gloucester. Zero broke Gloucester's arms and legs before taking Cornelia out of the Cockpit.

"That's right" Lelouch answered briefly in a monotone tone.

"Just for this, you killed Clovis?, even almost killed Euphemia?" Cornelia asked calmly without caring that she might die.

"Older sister too, even though you idolize my mother, Marianne?" Lelouch asked sharply.

"It seems like this conversation will be useless if it continues" Cornelia said while supporting her body with one hand as she finally managed to sit on the ground.

"That's right. Then... Lelouch Vi Britannia orders you to answer" Lelouch said while activating Geass in his left eye.

"Yes" Cornelia answered with a blank look because she was under Geass control.

"Did you kill my mother?" Lelouch asked.

"No"

"Then who?" Lelouch continued to ask Cornelia.

"Yes" Cornelia continued to answer Lelouch's questions with a blank look.

"Why didn't you guard her?"

"It was His Majesty who ordered Schnezel to take her body away from there." Cornelia replied

Lelouch was stunned when he heard Cornelia's unexpected answer.

Just as Lelouch was about to ask further, the ground beneath his feet suddenly collapsed and a strange spherical Knightmare appeared.

With no other choice Lelouch immediately dodged and entered Raijin.

Currently Lelouch's magic power was almost depleted because he used it too much on the previous battlefield, so he could only retreat and get away from the Knightmare that looked dangerous at first glance. But the Knightmare continued to chase Lelouch madly.

"Don't run away Zero...!" Jeremiah's angry voice was heard from inside the Knightmare.

"Oh,?, orange?" Lelouch said in surprise when he heard Jeremiah's voice that had not been seen for a long time.

"O.o..Orange?!!. Zero!" Jeremiah immediately fired non-stop, among the shots there were even missiles.

"Tch, troublesome" Lelouch clicked his tongue when he saw Jeremiah continue to attack non-stop.

Having no other choice, Lelouch immediately stopped time with his last magic power before killing Jeremiah with a Slash harken shot that penetrated Jeremiah's Knightmare cockpit.

With Cornelia's defeat, Kuro no Kishidan managed to take over the government building and win the war in Tokyo.

when Kuro no Kishidan attacked Tokyo, Euphemia who was in the Vermilion kingdom immediately left for Tokyo at the fastest speed because she was worried about Cornelia's safety.
