Multiverse Cartoon council

I hope you like this story. It has a lot of potential that I hope I can fulfill. Our MC is going to be traveling through some awesome works of all kinds. It includes TV shows, books, movies, animes, and others. With a system that would give him certain cartoon characters to help him, from fighting for his life to making some awesome snacks. Finally, please, please comment and help me out if you see anything wrong. P.S. Except for my OC, everything else is inspired by some great artists out there.\ P.S.S I am not a great writer, i am not good at follow trough, i am just someone who is extremely inspired and loves these fictions i would love any advice or help no matter how small or big or if someone out there wants to do a crossBrian situation i do hope to get some more lee way on account of working two jobs

Ideas and dumping ground

As the title says, I am going to show my ideas. Please feel free to add to them.

 System

The system will have emotions but will not be male or female. It will try its best to help the MC but will not go against him or manipulate his emotions to keep him happy. It will mostly serve as a very neutral guide.

Maybe the MC will call it Jarvis or Alfred as a nickname, but again, it is neither male nor female.

Shop System

The shop will have a sale option where he can sell items for VP (Value Points). The VP are based on the object's rarity and value. For example, gold from a plane where gold is basically useless will be cheap, but gold from Earth owned by a historical figure will be super expensive.

For purchasing, the shop will only offer resources that the MC has come into contact with in some way. If he obtains a world, he can have anything from that world, past or present. For materials, after a certain amount, the price will increase until it doesn't anymore, but it will still be high. There will also be a wish function to buy something he has never encountered, but it will be insanely expensive.

Mission System

The mission system will not force him to do anything by threatening him with death. Missions will be based on his own goals and some optional choices or accomplishments, but most will be hidden.

Inventory

The inventory will have a limited capacity that can only grow by absorbing space energy or space items, based on the mass of the object. The inventory will be unaffected by time and can be shared.

Homebase

Only the MC and those he invites or those marked by him can go there. It is an absolutely safe environment unless a true god intervenes. It may have elements from various works, but at the beginning, it will just be a simple space, like a small ranch. The MC can go there only for a limited time, but he can still communicate with his summons. His summons can stay as long as they want, but once they leave, they have to follow the same rules as the MC. They can stay as long as they want once they finish their side world.

Summon Panel

He can only use his SP (System Points), which can be obtained through significant achievements or through rebirth, where some of his power would transfer to his soul and some would be converted.

Ideas for Crossover Worlds and Magic System

HP (Harry Potter), Fairy Tail, One Piece, MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) with some comic elements, Naruto, Dragon Ball

Magic System:

Childhood Magic:

As children, when we experience strong emotions, our magic reacts and communicates with the environmental magic, creating uncontrollable effects. For example, if a child feels in danger, their magic might teleport them or let them fly to ensure safety, though the method of rescue is unpredictable.

Adult Magic:

As adults, our magic grows in size and quality but becomes less flexible and active due to reliance on wands, fixed spells, and lack of proper magical training. House elves, for instance, can use magic with just their will.In the Harry Potter universe, wizards use minimal personal energy, instead commanding ambient magic. Spells are mathematical formulas involving movements and language to direct and transform energy, influencing ambient magic.

Language and Magic:

Language has inherent power, making it easier to control ambient energy. Hence, strong spells must be performed carefully or wandlessly (e.g., Apparition or Fiendfyre).Spell learning should involve using a wand initially, then replicating the spell wandlessly, and finally using personal intention to influence magic and the environment.

True Gods:

True gods are manifestations of universal concepts (e.g., God of Fire) and may have avatars in different multiverses, universes, or worlds. Avatars differ based on the world's characteristics, like the most powerful sentient fire in a given world serving as the Fire God's avatar.

One Piece World:

In One Piece, Devil Fruits embody a small part of universal rules. To upgrade a fruit, one must find its higher version, explaining certain inconsistencies.Alternatively, users need a certain physical power and understanding to fully utilize a fruit's abilities (e.g., Kizaru could potentially destroy the world if not limited).

Devil Fruit Reincarnation:

The idea of Devil Fruits reincarnating nearby is flawed, as evidenced by Impel Down's existence, where Devil Fruit users are imprisoned. If fruits reincarnated nearby, powerful figures like Big Mom would have discovered this through extensive killing and fruit consumption.Strong groups would dominate with superior fruits, leaving no room for weaker users. Hence, the reincarnation theory doesn't hold up.

Naruto World and Uchiha Rebellion:

If the Uchiha had rebelled or if there was no support for either side, the resulting losses would be immense. A Uchiha victory would lead to other clans rebelling, while a defeat would destabilize Konoha, causing major problems and potential wars.Konoha's weakened state would invite invasions, leading to more conflicts among the victors to divide the Fire Country. While wrong in some aspects, avoiding the rebellion may have prevented greater harm to the world. However, a peaceful resolution would have been preferable if possible.
