"So I just restricted mine too, started looking for variables or souls needing another chance just cause I need unpredictability in the vast void that even I could not explore.

Also, this is a clone of mine, actually one of my clones. Think of shadow clones from Naruto universe except they are real and they have my enthusiasm for my kind of entertainment.

You should also know that Naruto universes and every others universes are real, it's just that they are fiction to your earth and it's parallels since the creators got insight from Omniverse itself." GOD concluded.

The soul exclaimed "Wow!!".

Seeing it's reaction, GOD was satisfied.

Bringing out a file and glancing through it, he spoke "Alright Mr. Scott, looking at the summary of your life, I can say you're boring, therefore I will ask this once, do you want to reincarnate, transmigrate or go to heaven?."

"Reincarnate!." Scott exclaimed once again making GOD chuckle.

"Alright, you have the opportunity to pick five wishes"

Scott replied "Alright...but first, why did you pick me?."

GOD face became amused, then he chuckled while answering in between.

"Let me make it clear that you're not special or anything, mortals aren't, except a given few.

You did not save anyone or a race, you died by drowning in your own pool, you never inspire anybody.

I just pick mortals from the omniverse, not just humans. You're pretty lucky that you never got chosen by some ROB since they may force you in some parts or be kind to you.

For example, some may give people sentient system, make them do work for them or outright take away their souls from their body and throw them into some foreign or familiar universes without cheats...."

The more GOD spoke, the more Scott's face darkened while secretly thanking his non-existent luck.

"Now, I'll give you five chances, better wish for something great or I'll spin THE WHEEL. We both know how low your luck is."

GOD smirked a little bit after seeing Scott's current expression.

"Now choose. Ring the bell when you're done, I got reincarnators to watch."

A bell appeared on the table while GOD vanished, leaving Scott alone in the office.

[Three days later]

*Ring Ring*

"So... what are your wishes?."

Spoke a voice from Scott's behind, startling him. Looking behind him, he breathe? deeply as he saw GOD stiffling a smile.

Calming down, he spoke, "For my first wish.."

-----[1st POV]-----

After listening to the story of GOD, I realized I was lucky.

Thinking of my soul being pulled from my body and thrown away to some universes like marvel without any notice, makes me shiver.

Since I'm given a new chance, I'll take it. Why will I choose to go to heaven?, My life on earth was boring doesn't mean I would want to go to a boring place like heaven and miss my chance.

I mean, even angels get away from heaven sometimes, so why will I go there.

GOD's story reinforce my idea, therefore I should be careful in what I wish for, don't wanna take the wheel at the end.

-----[Three days later]-----

After ringing the bell and calming down, I decided to ask GOD about the limits of my wish first before I tell him since I kinda forgot to ask before thinking.

"Um....what is the limit of my wishes?." I asked.

God replied, "As long as you don't wish the three Omni at the level of beings like TOAA and The Presence, you can wish for anything.

But don't test your luck like asking for more wishes and the kinds, you should be thanking me for the five wishes.

Most people are only given one to three with limits.

That said though, you can still surpass people like TOAA and reach my level....it's just that they might not let you."

"Can I modify some of them?." I asked once again.

"Yes, you can" GOD said to me.

Hearing his confirmation made me smile. But I asked a question once again since something has been bothering me.

"Why don't you just check my mind and bypass this process?." I asked since I was truly confused about this.

*Sigh*

why is GOD sighing?.

"Haven't you heard what I said?. It's takes away the fun for me and no unpredictability nor can I feel anticipation when doing that. It's the same feeling mortals have whenever they use cheats to complete a game.

Extreme dissatisfaction.

And yes I look at mortal in a world and their daily lives, sue me.....haha you can't because I'm GOD yo."

Hahaha...pretty funny though since I can't exactly sue him like American Karens whenever they face any little problem.....and why does GOD behave like a jokester hippie?.

Man...I forgot that boredom is the bane of all immortals if they don't remove them with their powers.

Thinking about powers, I guess I should tell him my wishes.

"Alrighty God," wow I'm relaxed in the presence of a mighty being. "My first wish is that you should help my family throughout their lives, and when they die you'll also give them the same choice you gave me.

If they choose to reincarnate or transmigrate, you'll send their locations to me in whatever world I am at that time.

Is that okay."

GOD nodded, "Done, atleast you're not unfilial. Four wishes remaining."

Feeling happy and proud for GOD's indirect compliment, I continued,

"My second wish is that all of my abilities and Bio-data or DNA that I have or will have will be stored in my soul. That means every abilities in my soul won't conflict each other and my abilities will help my soul.

For example, if I wish for an evolution or adaptation ability, my soul will be directly affect so that if my soul get influenced, attacked or destroyed, I won't die and my soul will adapt to them.

And since they are stored in my soul which is further enhanced by my abilities, even though my body has the ability, clones, power nullification, copy or steal won't affect me.

Also make it so that anytime I'm cloned and they add abilities to my clones, I will also gain access to such ability."

"My third wish is the ability to travel multiple universes and be able to bypass whatever protection beings below your level has put on them.

Modifications include:

1. Anytime I chose to go to a new multiverse { A universe and it's parallels } I'll simply be reborn there, thereby gaining things, DNA or abilities exclusive to that multiverse.

For example, being reborn on earth in marvel will allow me to gain X-gene, inhuman gene or any alien gene which the parents has.

And also, every foreign DNA, be it dominant, latent or as small as the atom of an atom will be optimized and sent to my soul in accordance to my next wish.

2. All previous universe that I have gone to will be saved as a coordinate, therefore I don't need to be reborn to go there."

"My fourth wish is that my soul should have the aspect of all Omnitrixes from Ben 10.

Modifications:

1. Should be as indestructible as shown in the cartoon.

2. My soul should have the aspect of the A.I which means my thinking of soul also affecting my brains should be able to analyze DNA or energies that are in contact with my body without me actively trying to.

Conditions: They must be in contact with body, be it the physical or spiritual body.

3. My soul will be able to analyze how DNA can be improved or evolved without me actively acting on it.

Conditions: How to evolve will depend on the availability of resources and my proficiency with biological experiment {Since one can have knowledge but without practicing they will amount to nothing or just be helpful to those with enough experience}."

Hehehe.... I just got overpowered overnight and basically covered everywhere since my last ability will cover the last flaw.

"For my last wish, I want the ability of legion without the side effect or drawbacks + meta ability creation and without limits."
