She turned to Genevieve and whispered to her,

"Go hide behind those cartons." Genevieve's face which was scrunched up in pain relaxed a bit but then she got the meaning of what she had just said.

"What did you say?" She asked, her eyes wide open.

"Go hide behind those cartons while I stall him." The blonde-haired lady looked more determined as she said that.

Genevieve wanted to argue but she knew even if she stayed behind there was nothing for her to do. She had a broken ankle and even standing felt like a big task for her.

She turned to the place where the cartons were arranged and bent to enter it, before she went in she looked at the blonde lady, "Please be safe." She said and the lady smiled.

With that Genevieve went in, the black was dark and mostly covered with cartons but apart from that it was comfortable and also big enough for her to stretch out her leg.
